Hotel con perfecta ubicación, y check-in automático que te ahorra perder tiempo. Lo único negativo es que no hay parking gratuito en la zona.

Eigentlich ist es super.Ich finde nur schade, dass es kein Personal gibt. Dafür ist es ja auch günstig für die Lofoten.Wer viel Gepäck hat vermisst einen Kleiderschrank.

The place was disgusting

Basic room which was very clean and lots of hot water. Parking could be an issue unless you want to pay. Didnt sleep very well due to doors to the lift area being slammed shut all night up to 3am with inconsiderate people

Ich möchte dringend jedem von diesem Hotel abraten, wir haben darin keine Nacht verbracht.Die Matratzen waren dreckig, die Kopfkissen waren Teils gelb, eklig und versifft, der Stuhl in beiden Zimmern verdreckt.Beim ersten Zimmer konnte man die Türen nach außen nicht schließen beim zweiten hatte man einen Ausblick auf die Mültonne.Die Betten sind billig und extrem unbequem, die Hygiene ist Mangelhaft. Der Geruch in den Zimmern ist nicht wirklich ansprechend.Wir bekamen aufgrund unserer Beschwerde ein zweites Zimmer zur Auswahl. Dieses Hotel haben wir nach dem zweiten Zimmer fluchtartig verlassen, beide Zimmer waren einfach sehr dreckig und luden nicht zum wohlfühlen ein.Die Gebäude sind von außen auch schon sehr heruntergekommen. Es ist eine Absteige gewesen, leider sehr schade...Service gibt es nicht, keine Rezeption ausschließlich telefonischer Kontakt.

Sehr unpersönlich, möglicherweise noch Pandemie bedingt. Zimmer funktionell eingerichtet. Für die Größe des Zimmers, hätte das Bett etwas breiter sein können. Barrierefreiheie Dusche. Zentral gelegen. Ideal für einen kurzen Aufenthalt, da auch preisgünstig.

Ankom til et veldig skittent rom.Støv, skitt, hår fra tidligere gjester, og lag med skitt og fett på bad.Var fremdeles ikke rent etter at de rengjorde på nytt dagen etter (etter forespørsel fra meg).Spesielt bekymringsfullt med så dårlig fokus på renhold og hygiene skjer under en global pandemi.Kundeservice var utrolig dårlig. De innrømte skyld, men beklaget ikke, og visste ingen vilje til å ordne opp (finne annet rom, refundere beløp etc.)De velger også å ikke svare på henvendelser (ignorerer med andre ord).Konseptet i seg selv er greit, du sjekker inn med en kode, og rommene har ganske lav standard, men er ok. Forventer dog et rent rom, samt ok kundeservice når du gjør feil.

Recht einfaches und günstiges Hotel im Zentrum ohne Rezeption und Frühstück. Nach Buchung erhält man am Anreisetag per eMail einen Zugangscode. Die Zimmer sind recht klein aber sonst ok. WLan ist gut.

Yet another hotel with no reception and no service, not even via phone 24 hours. You are locked out if you return to your room after 9pm. Please support hotels that actually employ people, if only people who answer the phone.

Very easy hotel without reception keycode to rooms. Clean and convenient with a good location.

Simple self check-in, clean rooms, the bed was way too soft, but besides that all was well. Small fridge in the room, no television but very fast WiFi. Parking in the area can be troublesome during high season, use the Easypark app to find and pay for parking.

We really loved the concept of a hotel without reception/staff and just the essentials. Im sure this will be the future. The check-in instructions and key code progress worked perfectly, and the room was roomy and clean. The only negative was that the walls arent quite as sound insulating as they really need to be in a hotel. We could hear the couple next to us talking as we lay in bed. Not word by word, but enough to illustrate the point that you hear your neighbors. It doesnt keep us awake - we still had a great nights sleep. 4/5

Disgusting service, they will rob you of your money

Never experienced service like this, when a hotel is closed, they should let you know and give you a refund however fast hotel is closed and I have no place to stay and will not issue a refund, high class robbery.

Worst experience ever never book with this company, currently closed due to covid and will not offer a refund for my "guaranteed booking". Paid for service, they accepted my money, tried to go to my reservation, but they are closed and still wont offer a refund not even a credit! Better off buying a tent because at least the tent wont close.

Our visitation was short and environment was expectable.Pros: Communication, location and value for price.Cons: There was no possible to get to Svolvær, because of a bad weather. So we were not able to stay for the first night. This special case was not refunded from both sides (owner and Booking).

Hôtel très bien placé par rapport au centre ville ! La chambre est correcte, la salle de bain non fonctionnelle avec leau qui mets plus de 5 minutes à chauffer... ce nest pas très "Fast" ni écologique. Cest donc la "méthode Viking" que nous avons employé et cest dommage vu le prix payé.

Molto tecnologico. Impersonale direi ma funzionale. Colazione inclusa comprensiva di prodotti confezionati monodose. I bagni non sono proprio il massimo direi. Un bel box doccia non sarebbe male

Easy check-in. Our oom was cosy. There is a water boiler and two cups.Great location.It takes so long for the water in the shower to get hot.

First and foremost, this hotel is not like Scandic, Radisson, etc in the sense that 1there’s no actual reception (there’s an information room / office that’s open during the day. 2there’s no breakfast buffet. Rather you get a bag of food hung on your door at midnight. The bag contains a medium sized baguette, 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of cheese, a cup of yoghurt, a small carton of orange juice, strawberry jam, a sachet of coffee, a tea bag and a pack of plastic cutleries, a napkin, sugar, pepper and salt. 3the rooms have everything that you need, but it’s simple,and there’s no TV.The hotel is literally right next to the boat harbor, meaning that if you’re traveling by boat, you won’t have to search for your hotel. It’s also kind of in / close to the center of the city, so you can walk to the mall or to the promenade or to a restaurant. The parking system is kind of confusing. You have to download an app and stuff. Make sure you read the signs well!The hotel has a kitchen where you can cook your own stuff, get proper plates and cutlery, and get some hot chocolate.I would definitely recommend this place if you’re okay with a somewhat minimalistic place to stay. You might not get the luxurious treatment you’d get a more expensive and popular hotel, but you get an affordable, comfortable and convenient place to stay. The people at the office are also very helpful and kind.

Отличное расположение в центре, хороший wi-fi. Недостатки - нет помещения для завтрака, нет рецепции (чек ин самостоятельно через терминал, что не всегда просто, или надо с трудом дозваниваться по указанному телефону), часто путают заказанные номера - с одной большой кроватью или с двумя...

One of inexpensive options in svolvaer. It’s a standard hotel and located in front of bus terminal. Easy access to restaurants nearby. No reception at the hotel.

Nice hotel where all is automatic.The room was simply but comfortable and there was all you need for your stay, fridge included.There was two vending machines for coffee and food.They give you the breakfast near the door at 22:00 and it was rich.Hotel is in the center of the city and there is a big park in front of the hotel.

Great hotel with an easy automated check in system. Everything is coded so you dont need to carry a key! The bathroom was amazing as its heated and has a bathtub. The room itself was massive and the bed was very comfortable. Theres also free breakfast which was...better than nothing. Overall a great place to stay and would come back again.

È un Hotel senza quasi personale tra automazione e fai-da-te; la reception è senza personale e lingresso azionato con codici che arrivano tramite la prenotazione; labbondante colazione è appesa alla porta in un sacchetto. Vi è però personale per le pulizie (visti di personae i referenti rispondono tempestivamente alle domande via mail o booking. Camere spaziose e pulite, posizione ottima, se si passa oltre il discorso dellautomazione la qualità prezzo è ottima.

Ottima posizione: in centro a Svolvaer, proprio di fronte alla fermata degli autobus di linea. Prezzo adeguato, più basso rispetto agli standard norvegesi. Non cè personale e le procedure di check in e check out sono automatizzate, ma il servizio per noi è stato molto efficiente. Camera spaziosa, pulita, calda, con tanto di colazione inclusa (essenziale ma più che accettabile).Ci siamo andati per caso, ma siamo stati molto soddisfatti!

pros: good location, close to bus terminus, inexpensiv, spacious roomcons: no reception, I was given a wrong door code. I emailed them. Luckily, they responded immediately. I stayed there for two nights but they hadn’t given me the breakfast for the second day. Again I emailed them but no response at all.The room is not clean. The floor is dusty, the chair stained and there is rubbish behind the heater.

Once working out the keyless, coded entry system, it was easy. Room was very clean and presented well. Nice decor. Beds were comfortable and hot showers worked well.

Hmmmm, schwer zu sagen wie es mir gefällt. Die Zimmer sind neu und modern hergerichtet (war ja bis vor einem Jahr eine absolute Bruchbude), es gibt keine TV, keine Kasten und keine REZEPTION - das muss man mögen. Die Zimmer werden nur einmal frisch und sauber übergeben - es gibt keine tägliche Reinigung. Es gibt kein Frühstück - wer will, kann in einem benachbarten Restaurant Frühstücken oder man kann ein Säckchen mit allem erforderlichen ordern, dass dann am Morgen vor die Tür gehängt wird. Alles erfolgt über das Internet

At first was unsure as they do not have reception (you check in via your mobile and codes- was pleasantly surprised! Clean, efficient (you dont waste time in lines at reception), and awesome continental breakfast including buns, meat, cheese, yogurt, coffee, tea, orange juice, hung on our door. They even let us checkout late at no charge. I would highly reccomend for the efficient traveller!A note on check-in: they have free wifi that you can get right outside the hotel entrance, so you dont need to worry about finding wifi to get your code. Check your junkmail.

Great if you want a budget option.No TV in the room, but they have a mini fridge that doesnt make much noise. You get a breakfast bag by the door the night before and its OK.The beds are amazing, and the check in/check out system is hassle free.

If you plan to have a place to live in Svolvaer Norway downtown,this one is an excellent choice.Neat, clean , no one to service you (of course no one to bother you too). Walk to express boat and to car rental place.

Soggiornato per 4 notti. Arrivati e non abbiamo trovato l asciugamani. Mandata l email perché non c è la reception nessuna risposta per almeno 1 ora sono andata giù e ho trovato un carrello con degli asciugamani che ho preso da sola. Fatta la doccia accendo l asciuga capelli e va via la corrente. Mando un altra email dove non ottengo risposta. Nel corridoio ho trovato il quadro elettrico. La mattina seguente non ho trovato la colazione,mandata la terza email alle 8.00 ricevuto risposta alle 10 passate verso 10.30 ho ricevuto la colazione Finalmente! Non andavano i termosifoni c erano 2 stufette ma una puzzava di bruciato. Posizione ottima. Camera molto bella e grande. Prezzo molto buono

This hotel is the most unfriendly, unfinished, service less place I have ever been! There is NO stuff on site, the breakfast is left outside the room on the floor next to the door! No coffee or tea is delivered within the bread bag. No coffee or tea available in the hotel. Unfinished rooms, no trash can anywhere in the lobby. I can NOT recommended this hotel! !
