We just had thin crust pizza and Ceasar salad with teriyaki chicken on it,,,it was all SOOOO good! Thanks Farros for a great lunch!!! (Appreciate so much that the dressing can be ordered on the side! :)

These two young lads working this evening made my night so much better, we are driving across the country from Ontario to Kelowna bc and stopped for fuel and food, these guys made fresh pizza in minutes and it was the best I’ve had in many years, the pure appreciation for our business was fantastic this place deserves a full 5 star rating. Good job boys will definitely be stopping back in on my way home in a few days.

The lady who picked up the phone was very rude and the pizza was undercooked with very little sauce. I was hoping this was good pizza as its right by my hotel. Plus guys at work would continuously buy it.

As a customer of a very busy restaurant, that IS nice.As usual the pizza was top notch, even ordered 25 mins to closing. I had tried Farros about 4 years ago when I first moved to the Hat. I honestly dont remember if I liked it or not, but for some unknown reason never order again. Anyhow, it was my birthday and I wanted pizza for lunch, so I decided on Farros. I honestly dont know why I didnt order from there for the last 4 years, cause it was great! Enough cheese, great sauce and a nice crust. Will definitely be ordering again....but in less time than 4 years though.

The best pizza joint in town. Just like my review I left for Antonio’s Pizza & Donair, it makes me proud a locally owned shop beats any other establishment or chain in town. Not only is the product the best but when you spend your hard earned cash you can feel that you are appreciated for choosing them. That keeps me coming back more than anything with ANY business. Just ordered two pizzas, they were SUPER soggy. The middle just fell in when picking it up, the toppings all fell off when we took it of out the box. Really disappointing, felt like a waste of money, since we could only eat two pieces because they were just that awful!

Ordered a large greek pizza, upon getting a slice from the box - all of the toppings fell off. Greasy ++. Overall just okay - nothing special. Over $45 for 1 pizza, in addition unaware I was being charge a convenience fee.

Used to be one of the best pizza joints around town but things have gone drastically down hill. Pizza was not worth what I paid for it.

Their pizza by the slice tasted reheated, and had cheese I could write a full fledged novel about. It tasted like it had been handled by thirty men, left for a week, melted and put onto a pizza only to be shoved into a moderately warm supply room, then to be reheated.Im sure their full pizza is much better, but I did not enjoy it.HOWEVER, the prices are good and affordable. Just avoid getting a single slice.

I called today to order two pizzas for pick up. The guy on the phone sounded too stoned to function. I ordered the pizzas for 4pm and I picked up at 4. I was completely ignored by the first girl that seen me and the second one who processed my order treated me as though I was bothering her with my presence. I drove to my house down the street and both pizzas were cold. I ordered banana peppers and cheese on my pizza and instead received jalapeños, which I can’t stand. After craving pizza all day this was a major let down. Will not be ordering from here again and will be advising others to do the same.

I ordered off skip and got the wrong pizza, "no big deal", I thought, "Ill just call and they can fix it for me." So I already paid for the delivery and the tip charges. I get on the phone with them and they tell me they cant do anything for me. Exact words were, "Im not sure what you expect us to do for you". I could have gone in to pick up my correct order but they expected me to "exchange" the pizzas. Why would I waste my time, MORE of my money and energy that I tried to conserve by ordering in. I already payed extra, the least they could do for me is let me have that extra pizza that they messed up on to begin with. Very frustrating. Will not be ordering for here again.

Pizza shop that sells by the slice! You can grab a piece or two to get you through to supper or catch a full 10, 12 or 14 inch pizza for a full on scoff up! Eat in or takeaway. No washrooms available though unless you go next door to the pub. Great options and good value.

Farros Pizza has some of the better pizza in Medicine Hat. The cheeseburger pizza isnt all that good, but the Caesar salad is HUGE and is great! They have a vast menu, with some excellent choices, and some not so great options.

Good service but horrible quality of food. Uncooked pizza and soggy salad. They sent the salad with two forks and already dressed.. and the pizza was made with poor quality.

Love Farro’s Pizza. Great for just grabbing a slice, a $5.99 pick up special or ordering pizza for the whole family. I’ve never been disappointed with the quality of the food and the service has always been friendly.

Excellent pizza at an excellent price. Great friendly service and fast delivery or pick up. Locally owned and very generous in the community. A must if you are thinking pizza, pasta or accompaniments.

The “manager” is the rudest woman I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Had been eating and ordering pizza from them since the 80’s, but I am no longer a customer because of how poorly she treats her customers. I called tonight thinking maybe I’d order from them because maybe she was LYING and isn’t the manager...nope...she’s still managing...and also tells staff not to tell people who the manager is or owner is. No shock there. Wouldn’t want to be called out by name for being a terrible manager, and have what you did, blasted online lol. All good though. I’ll just continue to let other people that I know in on your customer service skills and have them also quit patronizing your establishment...

Delicious home style fresh tasting pizza. This is often my go to pizza place. Reasonably priced multi topping pizzas and cheap medium two toppers if your budget is tight but you still want a pizza way better tasting than the corner Little Caesars.

I remember when I went to school across the street from this place. Some of the best pizza Ive ever had. 15 years later, my schools not there anymore, but when I think pizza, I think Farros. Beats most chains hands down.Stop in for a slice, or try one of the pastas. Absolutely delicious.

The flavour brought back memories of Pizza I had in Queens NY as a child. The taste is great and consistent the service is quick.

Oh dear lord. I live in Winnipeg, home of some of the best take out. The pizza here surpassed all of my expectations. We have been ordering every second day. There will be no disappointment. Order from here!!!

I ordered 2 Alfredo pastas and a salad for 28$ for a delivery. The 9.50$ pasta was simply spaghetti with some melted cheese. The salad was rather sad...in general this meal was way to expensive for its value. I could have made it myself in 10 minutes and would have saved time and money. Will not be buying again.

This is the pizza place in town. Whats not to like. Local guy employing local people selling top notch food. Its always great never a bad experience. Friendly staff. The only pizza place that I have in my contacts on my phone.Well done Farros and keep up the good work.
