Faro del Castillo San Felipe del Morro - Historical place museum in San Juan, Puerto Rico
The architecture and historical integrity is absolutely awe-inspiring.
This is hands down the best destination in San Juan. Tickets are $10 no cash card only and you get to see some incredible architectural feats with breathtaking views. Do not climb on the open ramparts because they will tell you to get off even though it’s pretty fun.
Where history becomes the present!!

Go see it. Impressive fort. Wear good walking shoes. Gonna be busy if cruise ships are in port.
What a great piece of rustic history !Unfortunate for the struggles of the times, but what an amazing monument if human survival strategies !!
Great breeze, and city views, not a lot off historical information.
Awesome history, friendly staff!
Amazing place to go with your family. Right in front of the Morro the perfect winds to fly kites. Spectacular views everywhere you go.We did the tour for this place and we loved everything. So much history and beauty preserved. It’s a must stop if you go to Puerto Rico.
Cus its where my dad was born n where i love to visit anytime i cen...love it
Hermoso😍
Is a beautiful place where you can go , the people are friendly the food is good . I went by cruise many time and all the time I go , I fell like to be the first time.
Admission for inside the Morro is Adult $7, kids under 15 FREE. The outside part you could fly kites and play in the grass, that part is free. Bathroom are in a little building right in the middle of the field and it cost .25 cents each person. They sell souvenirs here too. Very clean, but these dont have baby changing table. The bathrooms inside the Morro are included in the admission fee and they do have baby changing table. These are very clean and they have a beautiful view. I dont recomend visiting the Morro if you have some type of walking disability. Lots of stairs but you still could be able to reach some areas that have ramps if you are in a wheelchair. But for those that have problems with going up stairs, dont go down the stairs thinking there is an exit at the bottom because there isnt and you will have to go up again. This place has lots of history and gorgeous views. We parked in a near by parking and it was aprox $2 each hour with a minimum of $7. If you want to fly kites you could purchase them here, lots of street venders sell them for cheap. Outside the Morro is a beautiful trail called Paseo del Morro and its free, the entrance is going down the outside stairs near the entrance of the morro. This trail will take you to the Puerta de San Juan o the Paseo de la Princesa. Did you like my review?? Dont forget to hit like :)
Beautiful historic site, left by spanish soldiers.
