Well maintained, big park, lots to do.

What a great park. Plenty of space and lots of things to enjoy

Lots of great activities to play with friends and family. Good walking and biking paths.

I was impressed 3 churches came together to beautify the city and was hoping for a unified sermon from all the preachers but was disappointed when they all split up and went there different ways for lunch the sheep got along great but the Sheppards dont want their flocks to mingle. O and the park was already beautiful it didnt need our touch to beautify it but maybe we can touch the harts of the Sheppards and next year be there as one unified church throughout the event

Perfect Frisbee golf course.

They changed the disc golf course for the better. More fun roundabout. Also, theres a water park. Idk how I feel about that. Im too old. 🧓

In town on a roadtrippin adventure to see family and took my 7yr old daughter to the water park here. She had a blast which made dad happy. Great spot to take the kiddos if youre in the area. They also have a snack shack for food, drinks and icees!

The new pools are great, lots of room to swim even if it looks packed.

Im a nomad who travels in my van. This park was a great place to park while I cleaned up the van, filtered some water & ate lunch.

Great place for the whole family! Reasonably priced with lots of things to keep you cool! Will definately go again!

It is such an incredible opportunity to be able to get to go swimming there it is big and spacious there are a lot of places to go swimming and to walk around.

It was fun except they moved the Frisbee golf goals because of the new water park

Great place to walk pets and bike or jog. They are currently adding a waterpark right now so the north west side of the park is closed.

Its a great large park in the middle of town. Pool and water park is looking like it will be a great time. Tennis, volleyball, frisbee golf, picnic areas, basketball, soccer, and a small baseball field are all inside this park. The sidewalk around the outside is just a little short of a mile and makes for a great walk with the kids or dog.

Aside from the construction of the pool, its a great park! Once the pool is done itll be amazing!

I grew up in Yankton but no longer live here so I am speaking from an outsiders perspective. I understand the desire to have a better aquatic center. I understand the fundraising that went into it. But I dont think anyone put forethought into the impact of this on the city of Yankton. This will be another failed effort to bring people to Yankton. You cannot just bring in one new shiny object and expect that to bring people. You have to offer an experience. Why would anyone come to Yankton for the aquatic center when they can go to Sioux falls. Sioux Falls has wild water west. It has shopping. It has all sorts of nice restaurants and nice hotels. Yankton continues to miss the big picture. Instead you take away from a beautiful park that is filled with people all summer long. You increase taxes for the people who live here to build an aquatic center that WILL fail if Yankton doesnt start to look at the big picture and make Yankton into a town worth traveling to. An aquatic center does not accomplish this.

Because I play disc golf. Only down side is the bocce ball court is in front of hole 1!

Needs better slide for their playground. Everything is so far away from each other.

Playground is mostly for older kids, not toddler so much. Great place to walk and run around all for the family.

Very nice park in center of town. Swimming, disc golf, BB court, horse shoe, shelters, softball field.Just a really nice park in great location.

Awesome park. Beautiful trees and a well lay out of space and decor.Basketball, volleyball, playground, and housing another one of Yankton’s plethora of frisbee golf courses.Spend an afternoon here: you won’t regret it.

Best park in Yankton: Softball/Baseball fields, Soccer fields, Tennis courts, the pool, wonderful playground for kids, disc golf course, and is so beautiful year round for walks/runs.

Its a nice place 2 have picnics. Go 4 walks. When its. They have it well decorated when it comes 2 special Holiday during the Sping, Summer & Fall festivities 4 the Veterans. Witch I think is really special.

Nice 18 hole disc golf course, basketball court, tennis courts, playgrounds, sand volleyball, and the public pool all the same area.

There are alot of playground equipment for chíldren.

What every park should be! Offers so much to the community.

Fun place to hangout. But the bathrooms are not so good..

The water is refreshing and the staff is great!
