The woman at the store had no idea what she was doing. Walked out and went online to get what I wanted.

Staff were helpful and friendly - store was clean and tidy and well set out.

Ordered and paid in full for 3 wardrobe units was told 2 weeks before delivery then got a call saying 2 units would be 5 weeks not happy called in today to check on progress was told 1 unit would be february no date given wanted to cancel order and be refunded. Then had to wait 15 minutes because the staff couldnt locate manager who is the only person who can do refunds and wouldnt answer his phone. When he finally arrived no apology and was very rude. They blamed the supplier I told them they should source a more reliable supplier and stop selling furniture they cannot supply wont be returning.

Staff seemed too busy to help at first except store had just opened and I was the only customer, thanks to helpful lady that tried to find stock

Worst experience Ive ever had with a furniture company. Was told 5 weeks for delivery on two couches and it ended up taking 9 and a half weeks and was constantly lied to about how far of they were and the staff were rude about it as well. There were other people in the store when we were there complaining about waiting 10 weeks as well. When the couches arrived one of the legs wouldnt go into the bottom of the couch. I will never go back there.

Ive gotten 2 couches here, one was a dud and they willingly took it back, so helpful they are worth it if they are worth more, I loved just being able to look around even, and picked out a new bed for my son

Was told our new convertible couch would be delivered on the 17th of Aug they were waiting on 1 piece. After getting the run around from the call centre asked for a refund they put us through to the local store who assured us we would get delivery today & we would be 1st up this morning which would be around 9.30-10.00 11 at the latest. Its now 12.30 & still no couch. Wasnt like we paid it off or only left a deposit we paid for it in full on the day of purchase. No communication by the store itself & call centre staff are rude & very unhelpful. Was doing 1 room at a time but wont be going back for the last 2 bedrooms & dining room.

Variety of house wares from lounges dinning draws cupboards rugs all reasonable priced to other stores with big tag prices!!!

They use Allied Express as their shipping company which is an unprofessional joke, if you want to receive your furniture do not but it through fantastic furniture

Might be a good idea if the person in charge of doing the ordering .....placed an order! everything we wanted was not In stock . And wouldnt be arriving for ages . Then treats if you dont order them and pay a deposit you will miss out again . If they are that popular as you say get more stock in

Staff were helpful and even assisted in finding another store that had something we wanted in stock so we could go pick it up.

Wouldnt bother with Harveys or any other guys, Fantastic Furniture have great quality stock at afforfable prices - even better than so-called "Sale" prices or Cash offers of the competitors.
