Fantasia Lagoon - Water park in Bangkok, Thailand
Convenient for customers who have to shop at The Mall department store with good service and nice facilities. Membership also has discount for tickets.
Very big and very enjoyable place, can spend all day here. All you need is here. 😊
Largest Waterpark in Thonburi district
Good location
The most horrible place in the world!!!! Old, dirty, small, inaccessible for stroller, on baby water playground streams are so strong that babies are afraid to come closer!!!THERE IS NO DRINKING WATER IN THIS WATERPARK!!!! You have to catch your crying child , hold your stroller in another hand and pass around 50 stairs one way to get water and 50 stairs to come back. Also you need to change your clothes 2 times to do so.ALSO THERE IS NO ANY FOOD!But there are a lot of “borrowing “ and paying “extra” for a very tiny things! Like big round balloon for the river (40 baht “borrowing “ plus 50 baht deposits), also u need to buy hats, show your vaccinations and do test on spot for your kid BY YOURSELF!Horrible experience ever!
This place is okay, but showers have no soap & you have to wear a bag on your head if you want to go In the water, not as good as other water parks Ive been to in Thailand but there wave bucket is quite cool pushes you around the lazy River, kids like to play.
Play water park FUn lagoon..
Good small water park for family. It is on the top of The Mall Bangkhae, the entrace fee is 220 THB for adult and 150 THB for child. There is some restaurant inside and cold drink, beer. If you rent swimming pool costume 70 THB per person. If you wanna go outside, Staff will stamp your hand, you are allowed to enter again and again. It was a good day with my family there.
All attractions for less than 10 year olds are partially or fully closed. I explicitly asked at the entrance and was told that everything for the kids is open, which was a pure scam. The place has a potential, but is very poorly maintained. You dont see the friendly Thai attitude, but rather greedy people. On top of the entrance fee you need to rent a hair cap (10bht + 50 bht deposit). If you want a locker - 20bht + 50 bht deposit. Inflatable toys - 40bht + 50 bht deposit. Totally NOT recommended!!!
We went here to have fun on the slides. At the entrance we were told that one slide was closed due to maintenance, so we decided to enter anyway to enjoy the other slides. Only to find out that ALL slides (apart from literally one 4 meter kiddieslidewere closed and we could only swim in the small pool. When we asked for an explanation, they told us that the slides would open in one month. We felt ripped off, especially since the woman at the entrance told us only 1 slide was not in use. After a long talk with the manager, they first offered a coupon for their own Waterpark (which wasnt an interesting offer since we only had 2 days in Bangkok of which we already spend half a day travelling to the Waterpark and exploring it), and then offered a discount at another Waterpark (which still wasnt an interesting offer since for the same reason). Eventually we did get our money back.Would not recommend. Also, the waterpark is smaller than I imagined and the maintenance part was definitely necessary (saw some kiddie slides I wouldnt put my kid on for example).
Not so many things to try. Not so crowded. Fun times.
2 of the areas were closed and the main slides didnt flow very well we had to shuffle all the way down. Probably better for younger children. The fantasia lagoon in Bangkapi is better.
Many rides under construction without notice
This place was ok, at least 3 play areas were closed when we went today. Due to this there were no slides available for kids who are under 10yrs and 130cm. They had only 3 slides available for use for kids over 10yrs and above 130cm. So overal we had a mildly entertained 11yrs and a really bored 7yrs old.
Half of the slides and pools/areas were closed (wednesday). Staff didnt speak/understand English but were friendly and tried to be helpfull. Park could use some more maintenance. Had a fun day regardless of the state. The combined view of bangkok city with water slides is worth it...
Skam, there is more closed then open. They said that 2 things where closed. But only 2 waterslides, the big bath and the lasy river was open
Great place to take your family to. 3 of the themed slides were closed today because of renovation/service and will open soon. 200 bath for an adult and 150 for Kids,so its not much for a half a day with some fun in the water 😉. I would advice you to go in the weekdays as its not to many visitor aswell. You need a bathing cap to enter but you can rent it at the shop for 20 baths with other things as bathtube and swimmingboards. I would definitive come again 👍
Good
Nice spot on top of cool mall. Dress code may be a little excessive for some. Many attractions close but it was low season
So many people but still be able to exercise
Fun place
40% of the stuff is broken or closed but the management did not reduce the price. Actually you can only go in the water but all attractions are closed like the slides and all the fun stuff. I recommend to go to another place. Fantasia Lagoon is run down so it is not worth it for 220 THB.
Best place for outdoor swimming in fresh water. Very large pools for kids and adults.
Even this place is 10+ years, they surprised me with my last visit. They maintained this place very well and with great improvements. A lot of children came to onjoy here like an old day.
Great place for kids to play while you shop and its cheap. Probably not for teenagers.
For kids only, not very convenient transport.
Beautiful place nice
Good game for kids
Nice place I just wish the slides are big enough for adults.
Good with shopping arcade
This is an awesome place for the kids. My 7 yo loved it.
I rarely write bad reviews, but this place was a big let down. Im also not a waterpark snob- I like it local style and basic, but this was a tease. Over half the park was closed for repair and they dont tell you that in advance or discount you at all. Also, the staff are hardcore sticklers for how and where the kids can play. Wouldnt let me 5 year old go on basically any slides, even on my lap or anything. Wouldnt let ME go down the smaller slides with my kids, lame. Lazy river, drained. Volcano, dry. Cave, closed. There were 2 young kid play areas but the more interesting one had the jets turned up so hard that my kids were afraid of it- and for good reason. What was meant to be a line of dripping waterfall was spraying so strong that it was chipping the point on the opposing wall. I got it in and it was gnarly- had to keep my eyes closed because I was being accosted by sprays from all angles. I told the staff and they shrugged and chuckled. We told a manager we were bummed everything was closed and they were like yeah, its low season. And we were like yeah.... Most low season attractions that are at half mass have half price, but he didnt seem to care. The log ride is fun- do that one (not inside the waterpark but rides thru itand the arcade downstairs from it is awesome, you could spend all day there.
Good place for family outing.
I got a very good memory with friends in here.
Not so attractive.., very small and only few rides..As per tickets of 200 thai bhat... its ohk ohkk
Great for its value, but lacking on attractions and rides. Most of the rides are geared towards kids but as a young couple we had fun there!
Fun place . There is food available, you can rent towels and tubes . You must wear bathing cap which they also rent . But there is a store that sells bathing suits and other toys and goggles if needed. I thought everything was a fair price.
If you have kids this is a must every once in a while to beat the Bangkok heat.
Enjoyed nice and cute place
Its really good end reasonable entery tickets
Yes it is Rip-off! Never again!Entre charge ฿ 200+ swimming cap ฿ 60+ Lockers ฿125+ Wheel ฿ 75Dinner is expensive and the food is really bad. Its better and cheeper to buy a ticket for Pattaya and go swimming in the sea.
Good for family outings. From young children to granny, water Parks, shopping, food and games. Everything is great and not pricey. Strongly recommended .
I love this place. Big water park and shopping mall in one place.
Not crowded at all, reasonable prices friendly staff
Clean, fun place for the kids on the 4th floor of Mall Bang Khae
A decent way to spend a few hot hours in an afternoon but nothing special. Far more interesting for kids or parents. Affordable, clean, often not very busy. A large pool to lounge in and some great seating areas. Youre allowed to bring your own food and drink in which is much appreciated. Dont get too excited about the water slides: theyre very simple.
This water park stays at the top of The mall BangKae. The ticket price is 200 bath for adult and 150 baht for children. Inside, there are 4-5 separated big pools with one of them has a giant slider.
Great swimming pool for kids and their families.
My kids love it very much! Its convenient in that its in a mall (nice oneGreat place for family hanging out
Nice water park. Good for half a day out with kids.
