Rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are clean too. It has a lift. Pool area is nice but the bathrooms near the pool are smelly. Service is good and the buffet breakfast is delicious although fried rice(both pea fried rice and vegetable fried riceis bland. Also, Traditional vermicelli soup and Monthinga are bland. Its fried bread with egg is recommended(soft and tasty). Location of the hotel is a plus since it is located near Naung Yar lake where there are several nearby restaurants and food stalls. Wifi connection is okay. If necessary, there is a photocopier at the reception desk you just need to ask.

Located at the very accessible place with the many things pretty good of restaurants,interesting site,market and souvenir shops.Its a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool is very relaxing in summer time,but dont try in winter for cool. WiFi is very fast.Breakfasr is very delicious,if put more local made cuisine is more relevant.

Really nice service with super wide and clean room with a good lake view outside.The room is deluxe I stayed is deluxe room at 35,000 MMK per night.The service and quality there is one of the best hotel.

Quiet environment, clean and spacious rooms. Staff are obedient although response is slow. Breaafast is buffet type and acceptable. Have clean pool to swim. Rates are also reasonable for us.

Wide room and good environment

Just enough to stay a night. Wide room and wide shower room. But very small washing basin not convenient to wash the face. No writing desk. Breakfast is so simple but better than other hotel in loikaw.

Spacious, ultra modern glass building, which obviously stands out from surroundings. The room has a huge wall-to-wall single glass window, and the furnishing was a bit strange, like the head board and mattress wasnt attached so that the bed slides away if you lean against the headboard to read a book, or theres no outlets around the night stand but a night lamp was there without being plugged. Wifi in the room was weak. Breakfast was ok. Service was ok.

Has a big corridor and few room. Want you to visit its roof floor to see the over view of Loikaw City..

I love kalaw

One of the most luxury hotels of Loikaw, the capital of Kayah state. Nice serive, clean and big rooms, breakfast is good and tastey, have swimming pool.

A new hotel but with creepy puppet in the hallways walls. The view from the window is just another wall. The used towel are not washed. The hot water system is so poor, sometimes it is so cold and sometime it is too hot. Breakfast was cheap package and it is not enough for all of the guest. The taste was not good. Lunch was expensive but was not enough for 40 people and they don’t want to provide enough. The customer service is so bad.

A local hotel with a pool, 3story biulding. Location is good and nice place in Loikaw.
