Absolutely terrible came here for lunch and first the wrong food came out waited 5 minutes for waiter to come back, and then the new food was cold. Didnt send it back a second time ate about 50% of the food the ribs were so dried out it was tougher then beef jerky. Will not go back to this location

Went in on 9/ 30 with an online order (Feast for 2 and the food was good but the quantity of food was less. So used to going in and getting a nice heavy quantity. So now we know to just stop in and get it fresh

Havent been the this location since before covid, but wish I never went back. My drink was so sour I had to send it back and the food was, well lets just say Im writing this the day after and Im still regretting my decision. My rib must have been sitting all day because the were so dry andy cat fish I couldnt even finish.sad to say but will not be going back.

The service was good, but my food came and it was cold. I sent it back and it came back warmer but not hot. Then I paid with a debit card and it put 5 holding pending charges on my account which took 3 days for $264 to drop off the account and the correct amount to be charged. Way over priced for the issues. Will not return.

It is a RIP off anyone who paid with a card on 9/19/2022 was charged 4 to 6 times for there meal. When I went in and spoke with there manager the only reply I received was there is nothing I can do about it. In the past we have gone there ofter but we will not be returning.

Famous Daves is a great place to fill your BBQ needs! My mother and I always split the feast for one because you get so much food and it is always so good! You cant go wrong with the different BBQ sauces that you get and the brisket is superb! Overall a great place for a BBQ feast!

Food was good, but unfortunately one of our meals came out wrong. The server did offer to correct it, however, it was for my two year old and she wasnt too bothered, so we kept it.

Famous Daves treated us just great. Great staffing and management. There system went down. All of us waited for a bit management kept us up to date on everything. Finally they said have a great evening and covered everyones bill and closed. Great experience at Famous Daves with my wifes birthday

I brought my Mom for lunch. We shared a chicken dinner. She said shes never had a better chicken dinner! Shes 96 so thats saying something!

My fiance got the ribs and a loaded potato.. I got a few chicken strips and fries.. we spent 35 or so dollars and then the tip. I realized I dont like their Barbecue at all which kind of ruins most of it for me BUT I did really like their fries and loaded potato. I didnt mind the ribs or the cornbread. Our server was a very friendly guy. I dont think Id go back but thats mostly just because I dont enjoy their main ingredient.

I haven’t been to one of these chains since my days in Northern Virginia. I stopped by this location for lunch. It wasn’t busy at all, but after waiting about 5 minutes to be seated without not seeing a single employee, I left.

Ordered on door dash. Food was decent, Ill share some good and some bad here. Neither the brisket nor the pork had any smoke flavor, but was seasoned and cooked well. Jalapeno sausage was very nice. Also had slaw and beans both were good, but I like my baked beans more on the sweet side and these were quite tangy. Cornbread muffin was phenomenal! Lastly, the peach cobbler was terrible. Peaches were crunchy, crust was doughy, and it was ice cold. Almost seemed like theyd put the ingredients together and forgot to cook it.

Food was ok , portions were extremely disappointing. Got the pick 3 when I received it was disappointing 😞 Its basically kid sized portions. They use bread slices to create a decent portion size however once the bread is removed was pathetic. chicken stips are basically chicken nuggets. Honestly do your self a favor and take your business somewhere else. I would not recommend coming here at all. Unless you just want a cold beer.

Had sampler appetizers and enough for 2 people. Very good. Had to order bread pudding to go just because!!

Great food. Excellent service!! Our server Andrea was the best. Polite, prompt, and attentive. We mentioned being in town for UWL orientation and having a lengthy drive home. After a delicious meal, we ordered bread pudding to go. Andrea packed the ice cream on ice, separated the praline sauce, and left us with reheating instructions. It was both completely unexpected and greatly appreciated. Im happy to say everything, even the ice cream, survived the three hour drive. Thank you again Andrea!

I love Famous Daves, always have, always will. They have consistently good food. Excellent barbecue.

Great drink specials and the loaded baked potato with shredded pork was outstanding.

Ill start by saying my server was top notch. But thats about where the good times ended.Ordered the pick 3 combo.Brisket- ColdBurnt ends- mostly fat chunks and cold.Catfish fingers- fishy but kinda good still.Mac N cheese- lukewarm at best.Famous fries- not sure what makes them so famous but they were okay lolMaybe it was an off day but it was quite depressing to spend that kind of money on such a poor meal.

Ribs were tough doesnt taste the same.food wasnt as hot.muffins are still good.i will come again

Famous Daves has very good food, I especially like the ribs. Having not visited for a while, the portions seemed smaller and the prices much higher. I still recommend Famous Daves for an occasional meat treat.

Went to eat with my kids and girlfriend to celebrate my son birthday. Once seated no waiter acknowledged us until 30 minutes. We waited 45 minutes for our drinks. A table of 10 was seated next to our table and all 10 people got their food before my family. I complained to the manager and still waited 15 minutes for our food. Manager apologized and offered 50% off our bill but it’s not about discounts it’s about service. This place has poor leadership and poor team work ethic’s. I suggest nobody goes to this restaurant.

First of all I want to say how much I usually love Famous Daves. But last weekend my son and I stopped for lunch. I got ribs and they were the fattiest and grisly ribs I have ever had. I ate one and was thinking, oh just a bad one. I took the rest home for my husband and it was the same. I dont think there was a piece of meat on them. I have never had ribs that bad there ever. I will go back but next time I will speak up. What a waste of money.

It was good, staff were very friendly. Got seated right away, and the sweet tea was just sweet enough. Looking forward to going back.

Unfortunately, this restaurant needs some improving. The staff was friendly enough, however, the food was cold and they were out of the best things on the menu. We love Famous Daves normally, so this was a disappointment.

Worst experience ever. Manager took 30 minuets to bring milk to my 2 year old a water and soda. Also 2 storage tables that fit seated after me received there food before me. I waited 110 min to be served

Was absolutely terrible. Waited for over two hours and never got our food. We kept getting told 15 more minutes. Sat with three young children and never offered to bring out anything during that time for them. Ended up eating at Culver’s. Very disappointed. Management was very poor as well.

Dined in for a quick lunch and while the seating took a while to get underway, the table service was prompt and courteous and our food came out lightning fast. Lunch specials are ridiculously cheap - a chopped pork sandwich with a side for $7. You’re looking at the same price for McDonald’s. The sauces here are always good for a kick in the tonsils!

Rather disappointing. Nearly $90 on an order and did NOT get my moneys worth.Requested peach cobbler and apple crisp but got bread pudding for both.Platter contained only three strips of brisket, four one-bone ribs, half chicken and way too many fries.

OK ....Good five star food a bit on the high side, but I aint a BBQ afficianado.I knock off one star, actually 1/2 star for the heavy oppressive tunes I was fed via Musak, Id think no tunes might have been better dining choices.ALSO, Dave cheaps out on paper roll towels, but a lot of paper is on the table to match the sticky icky BBQ. Service tray (?lends to the idea that they paper these composite trays because they cheap out Not Washing them, Good Lord forbid!

My family is in town for a soccer tournament. We had a 6:30 game this evening so this afternoon, well before the game, I placed an online order with a pickup time of 7:45 so after the game we could pick up our food and go to the hotel and hangout in the pool. I arrived around 7:42 and we didnt receive our food until 8:30, and this was after I had complained and was told our order was moved up one in line. Then the drink lids for the kids meals werent on tight and on the ride home I got milk and water spilled all over my lap. To top the whole thing off, one of our kids meals was missing and instead we received a duplicate of what my husband ordered, which was not anything my kid wanted to eat. Disappointing from start to finish. With several hours notice, I expected far better, regardless of being short staffed.

Not impressed. In years past I never thought Id be giving a 2 star review. It took almost 40 minutes to get our food and it came out cold. I did let the server know. She said shed talk to her manager about it. He never stopped at our table to ask about my complaint and only took $6 off my meal. Very disappointing.

My wife and I went this past Friday on 9/17/21. This was my first experience coming to a Famous Daves, upon the recommendation of my wife and her family. I gotta say, I was really blown out of the water. I did a 3 meat combo for lunch to try a bunch of different meats, such as the Brisket, the ribs, and the jalepeno sausage. The server even brought out some of Wilburs Revenge for my to try (absolutely phenomenal on the brisket).We asked the owner to come out so we could tell them that their staff was awesome, and the server told us that he was trying to find a clean shirt - working in the kitchen had dirtied his up. I think thats an awesome sign of a good owner and leader being back in the kitchen working with their staff. You guys are doing great, and we will certainly be back.

I love Famous Daves. The manager is awesome. Im pretty sure his name is Simon. For my friends birthday they came out singing with what I can only describe as a glorified sparkler in the dessert. They have the best cornbread in town. I also love their fried pickles and boneless chick wings with the Rich and Sassy BBQ sauce.The peach cobbler is okay. Tasty but not the best.

Seven of us went to the Onalaska location Wednesday night, what a disappointment. The food was good not great. The service was unbelievable. I dont know what was wrong in the waitresss life but only 2 of the seven orders, 6 servered, were correct. Finally the seventh order showed up, I believe she didnt enter it with the rest of them. Then she threw the bills on the table, none of which were correct, and told us to figure them out. I left a small tip and payed a slightly discounted bill but will not be going there anymore.

Dont be scared off by the help wanted sign. Brandi is an excellent waitress who obviously loves her job. The hostess is definitely a hard worker, in fact weve never seen a hostess work as hard as she did; and the other waitress was no slouch, either. Food was great as well. Good job on a busy Sunday late lunch!

Spent a good amount of money for okay food. Looked and smelled good, but taste was just not there. New style of service I did not care for. As another mentioned we were not asked about to-boxes, but honestly it wasnt worth taking home anyways.

The food is always decent. The style of service they have right now is downright terrible. You walk in, and you have to order before you are seated, so you are rushed and dont feel comfortable right off the bat. After, they tell you to go pick a seat. Sure thats fine, so you can pick where you feel most comfortable, but, you dont get a waitress, you get everyone. Which is chaos. As we waited for our drinks, I noticed a light above us was flickering, so my husband and I switched seats to see if that would help. It didnt. The waiter brought our drinks, and had to ask if we were also waiting for a beer, which we were, so we waited for that as well. Meanwhile I was upset about being rushed to order, and wanted an appetizer, but by the next time someone came to check on us, they brought us our food. Then I asked that waiter if she could please do something about that light, as it was beginning to give me a headache. She said she would tell the manager, and we watched him try to dim the lights and that was as much as he ever did about it, never even came to the table.Overall, we were just trying to celebrate valentines day, and it turned into a disaster. We wont be dining there again.

Excellent food. This is lunch platter with two ribs, roast chicken, wilbur beans and cornbread. Everything was wonderful! Thankful that dining room is open.

Stopped off of 90 for lunch and smelled the smoke! Needed immediate brisket satisfaction or else. The navigator parked the RV as I went in to order. Take out no call ahead and it took about 12 minutes. Not bad. The burnt ends appetizer was good, the onions they gave with it weren’t so crispy or my choice anyways so not harm there. The Sassy BBQ salad raised the moral of the navigator while the might mini passengers smashed the ribs and corn dogs. I had the brisket sandwich and thought it was good. Nothing crazy or overwhelming but good. The pickles were the most unique flavor I’ve had. They had an after taste of coleslaw and I liked it, but wasn’t ready for it. No disappointments here and you can expect what you would from any Famous Dave’s. That smoke!!!!

Food was great, everything was hot and fresh. Wait staff wearing masks, everything was clean and felt safe distance. Super helpful and friendly staff

Cant go wrong eating the food here. Love love love the brisket. Great cornbread, beans and spicy mac and cheese. We were served quickly. There were also a lot of people picking up take out orders. They have a special take out counter. The tables were marked with tags that they had been sanitized before we say down.

Very fast. I ordered online and picked it up to go. Took about 20 minutes. I ordered the American family platter. The boys got into it before I could take the photo. 😂

Food was great, staff was nice. Overall a pleasant experience.

Service was fast and courteous. Food was excellent...Ribs, chicken, burnt ends, corn, pulled pork. Spotted cow is always a plus. I recommend getting enough ribs that you cant eat them all, because a follow up rib meal at home is always nice.
