Family Cottage Hotel in Bagamoyo

Very serene and cozy ! The pictures on google and their Instagram page don’t do any justice to show the true beauty of this place.Amazing rooms, bed, loved the bathroom it was very spacious..The breakfast was simple but good, they can try to add more variety.Food was costly( 25,000 for fries &chickena bit on the higher end for such a simple meal. We preferred eating in town where there is plenty of options!Service was great, staff were very helpful.All in all amazing place for a weekend gateaway ❤️

A great place for those with low budget, accomodation may go as low as TZS 30,000. The rooms are partitioned such that theres a sitting room as well with a table and sofa.

Rooms were excellent compare to other hotel and lodges in Bagamoyo but food was not to our liking. Few staff were there due to lack of tourists, hence service was poor but staff were friendly.

Spacious clean cottages right on a nice quiet beach stretch. Good staff. Food was okay generous portions albeit pricey bearing in mind the fish market is a walking distance.

The place is amazing, it is so relaxing. The rooms are clean with a very good view. The pool is excellent, you can see the ocean from the pool side. The beach is right across the hotel and you can access it anytime. The bar was open all the time. The staff are wonderful and so welcoming, Joseph made the booking process and all the arrangements so easy. We went as a group of friends and everyone enjoyed it. It’s a place worth going for a getaway.

Very relaxing and beautiful place. 2 min from the ocean, 20 min from the town center although theres not much to do there.The staff is super kind and helpful, food is fresh and good.We wanted a relaxing, quiet experience before continuing our trip - this was perfect, we were practically alone in here .

If you’re looking for a nice cozy and quiet place in Bagamoyo this would be it. Its a beautiful hotel right by the beach perfect for friends family or couples. The rooms are quite lovely and spacious each with a balcony. The staff is super helpful and friendly as well. The food was incredible and the chef was always eager to please the customers with creative plate designs. They also have a very nice and clean pool overlooking the ocean. The beach is very clean and good for a morning or evening jog or dip. If you’re an animal lover then you will also love Scooby the family dog. Best part is that the hotel is close to the city centre and alot of areas of interest such as kaole ruins and chuo cha sanaa.

Family cottages completely messed up our booking. Despite a double confirmation (email + phoneand a 50% pre-payment, they cancelled our stay two days prior to our arrival.Our friends who also booked a room there experienced exactly the same mess.The manager had nothing but lame excuses and refused to put us in touch with the owner to sort the matter.We did get a 15% discount though for the next time!

My experience was very memorable.My wife and I had a joyous time,the cottages were spacious,clean and well designed.The location was very scenic.My recommendations; improve on the WIFI services,greater variety on the food menu,AC facility in the rooms and finally parking area for vehicles is to small.Overall we had a splendid time.

Family get away cottages no music no TV just you and the ocean!(you can scream all u you want 😜)The food is fresh as they do not refrigerate; you order they fetch then prepare so make ur orders as early as possible. Heavy breakfast to carry you through the day.. u can drink coconut juice all fressh.. the place has several coconut trees.Provided with a pool if u are afraid of the ocean they light it up during the night so u can swim 24/7 if you love to!Morning views and night sounds are a pure bliss.Clean washrooms with towels and guest soaps
