Relaxed eatery with outdoor seating supplying kebabs, falafel & other Persian favorites.
Everything here is excellent! The lamb is perfectly grilled and seasoned, the eggplant dip is the best I’ve ever had. Sometimes a wait, but it’s a small family business, be patient. Totally worth it!
Food is always great! Fresh and authentic. The seasoning is delicious and quite hard to find these days. Staff is very kind and welcoming. Always 5 stars!
Surprisingly good. Fresh. Delicious. Highly recommend this place.
We were so pleased with Falafel Cafe. The hummus and pita was wonderful. The Lamb kabobs were delicious, any my children thoroughly enjoyed the Gyros.
Excellent food and service. We sat outside in the patio and enjoyed the breeze.
Excellent and inexpensive ethnic cuisine. Hard to find but worth finding.
My second visit, the hummus is to die for. Its a thinner well seasoned consistency. The salad was simple and surprisingly held its own. The pita bread was perfectly done. I had gyros meat which was well seasoned. I ate outside, what a treat that was, warm with a gentle breeze.
Great tasty food, very unique.
Delicious find! Cute place in a nook behind a strip mall. Very clean, inviting, and the aromas hit you as you enter. Great food. Everything was fresh and flavorful. The tabbouleh salad was the best I’ve had. Divine Persian food.
Food was all so delicious! Amazing! Highly recommend this unassuming hidden gem!
Very friendly. The meats and rice were delicious, but the sauces were a little bland. Well be back though. Cheers.
I loved it. Aromatic delicious rice. Perfectly cooked and tender chicken. Roasted tomato was a nice addition too. Great service.
Great food, love the kabobs and basmati rice
Have eaten at this tucked away restaurant a number of times and have also gotten a large catering order. Food and service were both excellent every time! Thanks!
Finally found a great place to grab lunch near my office. Both ladies that work there were so sweet.
My favorite Persian restaurant. Love the way they cook their kebabs. Their meat is always moist and tender. Wish they served tahdig but I also know it’s a very difficult dish to make.
One of my go-to restaurant options, and a place I will take any friend who might like Persian food. They use Halahl meats, too! I like that for ethical reasons, not religious ones: higher quality and the animals were treated better. I dread the day when they finally change hands, because theyve been one of my staple restaurants with consistently good food and service for the last ten years.
Found this GEMin Marietta while out to service my car… they had my favorite Persian dish Ghormeh sabzi ❤️and Turkish coffee… I just had to #delish #falafelcafe
Always fantastic and delicious. Great service every time we come in.
The Best Hummus around! I love this place. We are always treated as family and our food is consistently great!
Very tasty gyro, hummus, and falafel! I was running late and the staff kindly held my food for me.
This is the best falafel place Ive ever been to. The food was fresh and well seasoned. The staff was friendly. Absolutely recommend.
Stopped by to get my homework done in between shifts at my job. The friendly woman at the front gave me a menu found me a seat where I could charge my laptop and the younger woman was happy to help me with the Wifi password. I ordered the black tea and the gyro wrap. I saw great reviews so i was expecting to be happy with the food, but I was BLOWN away! Really amazing spot hidden in Marietta! I will be back.
I have came here three times now and each time, I love it. The hummus is amazing. Very smooth and delicious, they have a touch of paprika on top that just makes it the best I have had. The gyro wrap is fantastic and I always find myself cleaning the plate afterward. Highly recommend the sweet tea and the Turkish coffee. The tea isnt normal black tea, its like an earl gray with a bit of a floral flavor. I love it and have brought people here to try it and came only.
Love this place 😋 yummy food and good people, thanks for all of them especially the Brazilian guy ❤️🥰 coming back for sure.
This place is so good! The hummus with pita bread is delicious!! I got the falafel wrap and loved that as well. The service was great and everyone was so sweet !! We stayed past close without noticing and the staff didn’t mind at all and were very kind. Will definitely come back !!!
Food tastes good but take-out is not their strong suit. Very small chicken kabob with a large tray of rice. Less chicken than what even a kids serving might be. Not a $15 meal.
Authentic Persian food, we ordered the Lamb, Chicken and the Sheesh Kabab and all three were cooked to perfection. The Dolmas and the Kash-e-badamjaan were delicious.
Great service and food! This place has always been delicious since the early 2010s. I will always come to this place when Im near Life University.
We came almost at closing time but didnt know it. We offered to leave out of respect but they adamantly insisted we stay. Im glad we did not only were they so welcoming, the food was delicious and plentiful. Thank you, next time we are in Marietta, we will definitely come back.
The food was delicious! As a vegan it always makes me happy when I can walk in a restaurant and have more than one option. That was the case here. I had the falafel wrap and the hummus appetizer. It was delicious from the first bite. I was impressed that there was exactly enough bread for the hummus, no running out. My only complaint is that the hummus was already packaged in plastic which was then placed in a styrofoam clamshell. If eateries would phase out plastic, that would great! That being said, I would absolutely eat here again!
The food was exquisite and just by itself it would have earned 5 stars. But combined with the ambiance and the abundance of friendliness from the employees, this was all around one of the best meal experiences Ive had. Will come back here, soon and often.*also as a vegetarian, very pleased with the offerings. The flavor was all there and the vegetarian dishes didnt feel like an afterthought like at many other places. Very satisfied*
Everything about this place was amazing. The service was spectacular. The food was fresh and with so much flavor. We sat on the patio and got our food less than 10 minutes after we ordered. I’m a vegan and loved the vegan and vegetarian options.
A delight. The food was delicious and the personal attention was warm. Deceptively filling.Arash is happy to be there and thats important. After our meal he brought out some hot chai tea for us. We discovered they have been there for 20 years and we laughed about his mint covered lawn. A hidden gem.
UPDATE: This used to be one of my favorite restaurants, the quality of the food and the hospitality was the two factors that would make this place special in my opinion. unfortunately during our last visit we were served by a very rude waitress and the food was waaay too salty. Ill probably not going back anytime soon. two stars remain for the historical reasons.
The hummus was delicious and the warm pita was perfect. I saw someone before I left who had cucumbers with the hummus and would have loved a veggie side with the hummus too. Everything we had (falafel wrap and chicken wrapwas delicious and I am dreaming of eating that hummus daily.
Oh yes there is a 1st time for everything my good people Persian food (falafel cafeis the way fresh, hot,and crunchy and absolutely amazing I never had it before,my wife and I wanted something different and I found this restaurant And it was definitely worth lots of vegan food if your vegan they dont have a sign saying wear mask but safe then sorry they say asian persuasion, nope more like Persian conversion 🤣🤣🤣🤣😅1.falafel platter2. Lamb kabobs with rice pita breads3.shirizu salad4.baklava
The best Persian food and kabob within 50 miles radius including Atlanta area eateries. Always a warm welcome. Their food is always consistently fantastic and never disappointing. Try this restaurant. You will love it.
The food was great! I’m usually not a big hummus person but theirs was amazing, will definitely be back
The Best Chicken Sultani (a skewer of chicken breast kabab and a skewer of ground beef kabab, plus basmati ricein the Atlanta Metro area. Along with delicious salad and bread. We order it every week. We have tried their other foods (which are also delicious), but cannot resist the kabab! All at reasonable prices.Great serve. Served with a Smile.Pleasant outdoor seating is available (where we always sit when it is not too cold).Your taste buds deserve the Best. So treat them to a meal here!
The food that we had was acceptable, but the service was terrible. It took 20 minutes to place our drink order and then another 15 to get the drinks. Another 30 minutes and we got our salads. The couple next to us, the dad fell asleep waiting. We were there well over an hour before the waitress asked what we had ordered. She confirmed they had not started our food, and there were still two tables ahead of us. We ended up just leaving without ever getting our entrees.
I love, love, love this place! Yes, the atmosphere could be better, but the food more than makes up for it! My husband and I travel over 40 minutes to eat there at least once a month! Well worth the drive. Always get the kaboob, the hummus, and tea. This place is small and so very under-rated and underappreciated. Great place to get authentic food! Like I said, love it! Try it. You will see.
This place is legit. Staff greeted us when we came in, the food was good. I recommend the eggplant as an apetizer. Then kabobs, and gyros, rice. It is all good. We visit every other time when we go to Dobbins ARB
So delicious each and every time! The falafels are amazing, gyros amazing, and my fav the kabobs... amazing!!!! The hummus is the best around and their salads are super refreshing! Gotta try the Turkish coffee while youre their too! So yummy!
Best food Ive had since Iraq. In one word? Mouthgasm.... excellent customer service. Excellent environment and the food quality is second to none. I would go every day if I lived closer. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself here!
Great authentic food and dessert, awesome service!
Perfect Iranian food! Nice staff! Reasonable prices.
Very authentic and tasty hole in the wall located behind the strip mall it is in. Service was courteous and relatively fast. We started with the Kashk-o-Bademjan (Eggplant dipand Dolmeh (Stuffed Grape leavesas an appetizer. We also had unlimited supply of fresh pitas. We all had the best thing they have on the menu, "Tenderloin Sultani" (1 skewer of Tenderloin kabob and 1 skewer of Groud beef kabob with basmati ricewhich is also pretty big in serving. Everyone at the table took home leftovers. All entrees served with side salad of your choice. We unfortunately did not have room for dessert at the end. They do close early (8:30 pmon weekdays. Worth a second visit.
Best Kobideh ( ground beef kabab and wraps in Georgia. Reza’s million dollars recipe is top Secret even his family doesn’t know it.
Excellent service and excellent food. Its not a fancy place and it feels like a dive but that adds to the ambience.Pricing was good and left satisfied at a good price.I had the hummus plate which as a creamy delicious hummus with paprika with warm pits bread. The Falafal was messy and satisfying with layers of hummus. The baklava was doughy and crispy and not too sweet served with fresh hot tea that was delicious. The tea is so good you wont need sugar.
