Fairouz Cafe قهوة فيروز - Coffee shop in Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel
Nice shisha, calming vibe and tasty coffee
Authentic nice place near old city of jaffe, old fashoined . I recomnend on their arab hot herbal infusion (tasty.
Being lebanese this reminds me so much of home. Amazing cardamon coffee. Fairuz music playing in background makes it all even better
Nice place and staff. Good for smoking “Nargila” (we don’t). Food was good but prices are high. For 3 humus plates (2 with meatand 3 smoothies we paid 225 NIS.
An axing place with great respectful staff.
So so good and very kind people
A cozy cafe with great shisha and chill atmosphere, the highlight of our trip to israel no doubt
Best cafe in all of Israel no cap
Open on Saturday. We ordered kebab. It was so hard, like stone. But the staff is nice and they agree to change plate .So, the price is quite high for kebab - 55
Very good location in old Jaffa. Nice atmosphere, quality coffee.
Really nice. Authentic. Good food.
Really cozy place! Friendly staff, very clean, big portions and the best Knafeh Ive ever had. Cant wait to come back again!
Always great!Great food, great coffe, great people.U cant go out to eat in Jaffa without finishing my evening in Fairouzs Cafe
Good knafe, music. Need a bit patience for the service, but great armosphere covers for this
Amazing food, great service and homey atmosphere
OMG... food is really good.. good shisha.. prices are affordable.. the location is very close to the old city (two minutes on footand the old sea port of jaffa.. looks more local and reflects more the traditional jaffa unlike other restaurant that are made for tourists.. historically this cafe is the very same cafe that the fishing men use to sit in the thirtys of the last century when they come back from the sea in the morning..
Its my Best Place at Jaffa, Palestine
A welcome cosy getaway from the unusual rain today. We were made to feel so at home. The small salads were plentiful, everything extremely fresh. Can’t wait to come back.
Let me state it clearly. The food is good, sometimes very good and its definitely one of the tastiest kanfes in Tel Aviv or maybe even Israel. But the service is simply horrible, I keep coming back there hoping this might be a single time mistake, but every time its something new. This time we spent waiting over 40 minutes for knafe and even after asking the waiters a couple of times about it still didnt strive. The odd thing was that other tables which arrived AFTER we ordered the dish already got a dish of knafe. Finally we decided to just pay for the food we had and go. The waiter apologized and explained it as a mistake in the order due to a busy lunch.Hire some professional waiters and raise your service level - you are just hurting your business...
The best place to eat in the area. Delicious food, generous portions, warm atmosphere. Everything is very good - the shakshuka, the kanafe, the coffee, the tea (a very special herbal infusion), the breakfast, the pastries. Just try to find a table, as they are often full. Booking in advance is not an option.Another thing to note is that the pavements (the sidewalkare slightly tilted- it is sometimes uncomfortable to sit, but manageable. Finally, do note that smoking is allowed, and many smoke cigarettes and/or shishas.
Truly a special coffee/hookah bar. The Turkish coffee was incredible. The hookah was extremely strong so be mindful. Inviting atmosphere and a welcome break for the evening.
Love the hummus here and coffee is also good. Nice place to stop when visiting for relaxing.
Not recomanding The atmosphere is very nice , outside with some songs . Service is 0 . They brought pizza without plates , we asked water they brought with bottle without glasses . Hummus was awfull , we asked them to bring us another one . We helped them to take out everything from the table , waited more than 20 minutes for receipt . on Jaffa there are a lot of better places , avoid this one if you don t want to be disappointed as we were . .
A nice little place with a decent selection of tasty local, and some continental, dishes. A good place to stop and relax during your day of walking/site-seeing, maybe even with a hooka/shisha/nargila. Service can be slow at times.
Its amazing place with delicious shakshuka! I am recommending this place for you! I will definitely come back to visit this place again! Foto before and after! Price 104 ILS for 2 persons, coffee and deserts included!
Thats a great place to eat, have some rest after a long walks in the city. The staff is great, food is delicious, portions are really big. It is definitely worth it to come here. Special recommendation is shakshuka! Yammy!
Amazing coffee and great food in the heart of Jaffa!
Very delicious baklava, great orange juice! We had a chat with owner - really nice guy :Strongly encourage this place! After few hours walking in high temperature, worked out this place was like blessing for us :I hope we will back soon :)
Great location & coffe. Otherwise unorganized mess like I’ve seen ever before.... staff is running around. No coordination... actually nothing works... have nerves from steel guys! Not worth 45 minutes waiting for manu ...
Another great breakfast place. Portions were big enough to keep us full the whole day. One of the waiters looks like Tom Hardy, another plus.
Great coffee and terrific omelet sandwich, one of the best I’ve ever had. Couldn’t buy knafe as was walking with suitcase but will be back. Thanks!!
Hidden gem, best knafe in all of Tel Aviv, besides that the staff could be a little bit more attentive but overall they are very friendly
Great food, nice place to sit and relax with good vibes
We bumped into this little gem while strolling around Jaffa and had an amazing lunch! Great vegetarian options and huge portions! Smoothies also recommended! Definitely a perfect spot for a quick, recharging lunch!
Delicious Turkish coffee, just have to wait a little for the coffee grinds to settle. The Fairuz coffee with cardamum was good. Great views from here.
Great shelter from the rain. Not good if you are in a hurry!Good vibe. Food looked great albeit we didnt test it. Just the wine which was spot on... When eventually served!
Food is ok, nothing special. Waiting times are looooong. 30min for hummus, 15min for a coffee. They are very overwhelmed If the place is packed. Prices too high for the quality and experience. Clearly a tourist trap.
Great food. Great coffe. Nice people! The humus is next level!
best breakfast ever. the salad so fresh , first time eating tabuli salad and Im so satisfied. totally recommend this cafe.
Lovely Old jaffa Cafe, with authentic Arabic style, food great, dalads great. and thr design
Best Arab coffee and knafe in Tel Aviv. Wonderful atmosphere and the nicest owners who sit at your table to discuss life.
Friendly service, great food and delicious mint&lemon drink :)
Authentic Arab cafe, you can feel here the warm hospitality. they are welcome and very nice. the food is ok there hummus, salads and knaffe and more from the Arab kitchen. the place located in beautiful area, the heart of old Jaffa. very special atmosphere all over the neighborhood. the sea is just 3 min walk away. they have so many Hookah taste here and almost everyone smoke.
Great place for breakfast lunch without breaking the wallet. I got the shakshouka, which tasted great, and it came with olives, hummus, pita, salad and a drink. All for about 50shekels. Id give 5 stars, but the wait staff was very inattentive. They were buzzing about without looking to see if their customers needed them. But once they came and food was delivered, all was great.
A great cafe at the old city of Jaffa. A fab place for local delicacies. The staff is just lovely and friendly - its a family owned place for almost a century now. Traditionally made black coffee is a must at Fairouz, even for non black coffee drinkers. Im usually a cappuccino girl and was super impressed by the rich and unique flavour. We had our with cardamom. The coffee itself is made on on hot sea sand, rather than a flame, so the ground coffee beans dont burn! For food we had the traditionally made tabbouleh salad and Labneh cheese. Both are local dishes that are made exceptionally well here. and I know a few things about good Middle Eastern food :)
Incredibly delicious!! Must try the Sahlab drink!
Nice place to sit and relax while drinking a coffee. The owner is a super friendly man, who runs a restaurant which tastes delicious
Very nice place. Even table clothes, coffee cups and spoons are same style. Great coffee with cardamon, shisha etc. Very friendly staff. Good prices. Definitely must be while visiting Yafo
Great coffees. Arabic coffee is a speciality. Hummus and other dishes and snacks also delicious. They also have the best kanafeh around.
This bar is lovely, the service nice and quick. Arabic coffee + iced mint and lemon is just heaven. View on the sea guaranteed.
