I seen a bug on day 2 of my stay, I honestly thought it was a waterbug, I did not think much of it. Day 3 I have SEVERAL bugs. The housekeeping staff did not clean my room nor replace my towels, which it is why a screw pierced through my slides. I asked for another room for the last night and they were booked. I received an apology from their manger Ken Ballard, as if it was a minor issue I addressed with him. I asked for some type of solution, however, I just received a terrible apology. So I want to let the public be made aware.

Ulanda and Ciarra are the best front desk ladies Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting, super quick and nice service, and felt at home as soon as I walked through the door, very welcoming and kind staff

Clean. Good location. Front desk was helpful to get extra pillows even late at night. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained.

I have almost lived in this hotel at times over the last 4 years. Staff are still friendly, location is great for airport. However FI&S have decided to abandon their philosophy of warm welcome and commitments to quality with breakfast. Microwaved soggy biscuits, no breads, and plastic tubs of cereal. If breakfast is important to you look elsewhere!
