Great hotel, rooms are very well equipped with Iron, hangers, coffee, etc etc. I believe its new. Staff are friendly and professional, kind, and helpful.My only niggle is no room service or lounge open late - was advised to use Uber.

Business hotel that is just next to the railway station. Sound proofing was decent but good to request a room that is not facing the railway tracks. Good price and can take a train direct into town - takes about 30mins.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Offered thorough recommendations every time I approached them. The hotel has a full gym. Swimming pool and spa is not apart of the hotel and requires additional fee.The hotel is right next to the train/rail station. About 15 minutes away from Stockholm city.Service in the bar/restaurant requires improvement. Service was always awkward and we didn’t feel welcomed. Restaurant staff just awkwardly running around instead of serving the guests.Highly recommend this hotel!

Cannot recommend for the price paid. Too many things weren’t quite the standard you should expect for a 4 star hotel. The room is okay but not special. You cannot open the windows and air conditioning cannot be switched off. The toilet paper is 1 layered. The minibar is empty, doesn’t cool properly and makes loud noises. Some tv programs didn’t work. The spa is not included and you can only use it for 2 hours to a pre booked time slot. No free snacks in the hotel room. Agreements made with the reception are not kept. Parking costs extra. Breakfast is only mediocre. Hand sanitising stations were empty. And the list goes on… that’s a pass for next time!

The first time we visited this hotel about everything went wrong, the room wasnt ready in time (had to sit over 1 hour waiting in limbo in the reception hall), AC not working, broken elevator, key cards not working and anything but a pleasant breakfast experience. After giving feedback we were personally contacted by the hotel director who offered us a complementary free nights stay. We accepted since we had the need to go to Stockholm again and this time everything was perfect. As one expects at a hotel stay. We visited the spa which was really nice, staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms are newly renovated and very fresh. Nice breakfast, this is a hidden gem and we will surely go here again. Easy access to Stockholm city the hotel is situated just 50-100 meter from the commute train to Stockholm city, only one stop from the hotel to Mall of Scandinavia. Really impressed by the managers approach to a complaint, we did not expect any compensation, they really take pride in keeping the customer happy!

Relatively new hotel with a designed furniture. Very clean, nice room, gym and spa area. Surprisengely good connection with the city - only 10mins to city centre with the train.

Mainly a business hotel but good for a family trip to Stockholm. Hotel is about 2 years old.Quiet neighbourhood. There is a grocery store half a minute walk. And another one 2 mins walk. Its also a minute walk to the train station and takes u to the Stockholm Central station in less than 10 mins.

Gorgeous property and super comfy rooms. Safety was a major concern as a man walked into our room at 9pm even though we had the door deadbolt locked and the do not disturb sign on the outside of the door. After much questioning and confusion, we found out he is part of hotel security. Nobody could explain why he used the master key and walked into our room while we were sitting in our undergarments! They offered us to sit in the jacuzzi hot tub and sauna room. We have busy travel schedules and don’t have time for these accommodations.Cleaning service became unavailable, suddenly after we’ve been here for 3 nights already. We are clean guests, as we make our own bed in the morning and put all our dirty towels in one space on the floor to make it easier for the maid service. Unsure why the cleaning service disappeared. Again, the hotel could not explain what happened and had a thousand excuses as to what they thought might be the issue, including “this is how hotels everywhere conduct cleaning of their rooms”. Um, excuse me ma’am. We’ve had no problems in the last two hotels in two different countries in the last 2 weeks nor the last 3 nights in THIS hotel. Suddenly, today is a problem? Try again. I would NOT recommend this hotel.

+ directly next to the train station (3 stops to the Central station)+ small supermarket, kiosk, eateries next door+ famous Mulle Mecks Lekpark (children playground10 mins by foot+ clean, new building, international crew- no daily house keeping- not very climate friendly- very limited facilities (don’t expect to spend leisure time in the hotel)- small seating capacity during breakfast rush hour (can be disastrous from Friday - Sunday)on a side note, a shout out to all the visitors: stop being a random Ni-Hao-ers, I want this idiocy to stop at my generation. The next generation comprises global citizen and you never know if you guess the right ethnicity, and it’s 2022, so, just say Hi to babies / toddlers / any humans if you want to be friendly :)

I think the best thing about this hotel is the breakfast, I enjoyed it every morning. The room was great, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, but the fridge made a lot of noise, a bit annoying. The attention received by the hotel workers both in reception, restaurant and housekeeping was very good. The Wi-Fi connection was fast, quite well. And the gym was very nice too, clean and neat.

Overall great stay with super comfy beds and although location might seem far from Stockholm center, you have a train next to hotel that passes every 5min and that leaves you in center in 8min, super convenient.Two things to improve: 1. aircon cannot be turned off(??). I dont like sleeping with aircon as it sometimes leaves your throat a bit dry. 2. Shower. Very difficult to adjust temperature and when you do it, still water temperature changes a bit

Nice stay! Easy short walk to train station. Very large shopping center, one stop away. The hotel is exceptionally clean and professional. Food at restaurant was great.

Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Location adjacent to a train that runs to the airport and to the city center. Good sauna as well, but cost is extra to access it.

Good hotel, nice decoration, new, modern and comfortable rooms. Theres a gym, restaurant, even a swimming pool. Location is good, depends where you plan to go. Theres a train station right next door to go to Stockholm or going north. The staff is professional and helpful. Breakfast is crowded and a bit tight, and may need to wait a while to get your coffee.

The hotel is very comfortable and staff are kind. Breakfast is good. But notice that the swimming pool is not included, you must pay apart and theres a need for reservation. On the weekend the hotel, the restaurant, the swimming pool are very busy. Locals use the spaces together with the guests. So if you are looking for a silent and quiet place this is not the best option. Fortunately the room has a good sound isolation.

I stayed here at AC Hotel by Marriott Stockholm Ulriksdal for only a night but I absolutely loved it. The room was one of the cleanest and most modern hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in.The TV has internet access and allows you to watch YouTube on it as well, not something you see at a lot of other hotels!Internet was fast for my needs; I used their faster internet as it was free with my Bonjour Gold status.The bathroom and shower were amazing and really nice to use with hot water.Breakfast assortment was amazing, again some of the best assortment and array of Swedish food available as part of the stay.I had dinner here as well and the tapas is definitely top notch.This hotel has anything and everything you could possibly need, and a very inexpensive rate per night! It’s literally right next to the Ulriksdal train station, which is about $17, 30 min train ride from ARN.My only problem that I ran into while staying here was the list of power in my room a couple times during my one night here. Otherwise I will definitely be staying here again when I return to Stockholm!

Great Hotel. Clean and modern. Right next to the station. No view to speak of from my window. But thats just not a thing for me.Gym was on point everything you would need. Breakfast was great Its the same assortment every day but there is a range from hot food to fruit and yogurts.Room was chilly but I was in Sweden and it was minus 7 outside so all I would say is bring PJS.Its definitely an easy 5.I would just like to add that Mary who was there in the morning doing breakfast was a delight.Greeting us with a smile and a hello, enquiring about our well being and if we needed anything was a pleasant way to start the day. She definitely gets a 5 out of Five.I would definitely recommend.

This is a good hotel with great value for the price. Staff is very friendly and do their best during your stay. Spa is small but works perfectly to relax for a few hours. Rooms are well furnished and have good space. Food is OK. Close to the train station from which youcan get to the city center makes it a good location for exploration.One negative aspect (which I didn’t notice at firstis that it was very dusty in our room. Probably because of the minimal level of cleaning due to shortage on cleaning staff.The minibar “sounds” more than it should, definitely something you will notice when sleeping if you need total silence. It was the same first time I stayed here in another room. Trains passing by did not disturb us.The elevator up/down used with your hotel key works sometimes and sometimes not. You can end up sightseeing a floor you didn’t intend or pressed a button for.Breakfast was chaotic if done late, no one checked our room number or our booked time, so selecting breakfast time at arrival didnt seem to have a purpose. They were constantly out of items like plates, forks and knives, pancakes, bacon etc. To many people eating at once. Very bad coffee.Overall we had a good stay and do recommend this place for its friendly staff, good location and excellent value with good spa facilities.

New Hotel in a quiet place of Stockholm. Minor aspects to be solved as the noise of small refrigerator which is brand new but fan noise is too much during night. Good breakfast and pleasant staff.

Great hotel! Nice rooms good WiFi and access to Chromecast and other such...Nice and close to the trainstation too! Easy to get to a lot of places real fast without staying in the center of town which is a huge plus if you ask me (especially during covid-19 series!)The pool area is "behind" the spa area. It is not included with regular hotel access. The fee as per 27/06/2021 was 249 for hotel guests. Non-hotel guests pay slightly more.You need to book to gain access. It has about 8 beds and a couple of sofas and three different saunas. All in all it is a cozy place which I will definitely go back to.We also had a classical massage! The masseuse Jullie is absolutely great and was able to help me with my neck and hip-pain.

I’m a regular visitor to the spa here, which is practically empty on weekdays.One steam room, two saunas, a jacuzzi and a cold pool: the perfect, quick escape!

Was going to meet a coworker in the lobby and have a meeting over a cup of coffe. Not only was there no serving, I was not even allowed to wait inside.

The AC hotel in Stockholm is located north of the city centre close the the Mall of Scandinavia and about 30 minutes from Arlanda airport (ARNand 20 minutes from the city centre. Sadly there is no parking option with the hotel so either you use a local multistorey carpark or use the on street parking, the multistorey is about 160 SEK for 24 hours and the on street parking is capped at 96 SEK for a maximum of 24 hours. The hotel is located in a small quiet residential area, and there is a small grocery shop, a dry cleaner and a pizzeria next to it. The Mall of Scandinavia is a 5 minute drive down the road. The rooms are nice, well planned and modern albeit on the small side even for a king size room. There is a good Spa with pool, jacuzzi and saunas and steam room. Note that you need to book in advance and it is 250 SEK for a two hour slot. The gym and fitness room are a good size and well equipped and free for guests. The onsite restaurant is like the AC brand Spanish influenced and has excellent food and complimentary breakfast. There is no room service however you can order and collect to your room without extra charges. Staff are nice and helpful, and if you do not want to stay in the centre of town then it is a great option.

Even though the stay offered a bit commotion, five big stars! Great staff at the restaurant, lobby and spa especially. Cleaners as well.Hope for a successful year after Corona for you guys!

The place was nice and clean as well as the SPA and the service was excellent. The only problem was that there were two bibles in the room which can be really sensitive and its not respectful for other religions! A hotel should be neutral when it comes to religion unless its stated that the hotel belongs to a certain religion!!!

I would give a 5 star to this hotel. Cleanness is up to the most. Guest friendly personnel. Hotel is fully equipped with all the amenities. If you will be given a room facing the train station, you may notice the noise of bypassing trains.SPA comes at around 25€ extra cost.Breakfast is great! Thanks AC Hotel!

Glad that we chose this new hotel as our base in Stockholm. Competitive price and brilliant location. Right beside the train station. Easy access to the airport, city centre, and mall of Scandinavia. All staff we encountered (front desk, restaurant, house keepingwere so friendly and helpful. Loved modern design and décor. Clean room and comfortable bed. Tasty food at the restaurant on site. If you are a Marriott elite member, you would receive incredible discount at the restaurant. Honestly this hotel has been underrated in my option. It truly deserves 5 stars. Thanks so much for making my stay memorable!

Good and mordern hotel.But spa was small and had cold pools.

Hotel design is great with good decor and rooms are decent, however shower made horrible loud noise, and use of pool was at extra cost for short period. Only stayed here because of the pool which didnt use as was a rip off . Good access to local transport via train and comfortable bed. Better alternatives closer to city center.

We spent three days at the new hotel and we loved it. 2 of the days we took the all inclusive package(included Spa, afternoon tea, dinnerand it was worth it! The beds were comfortable and the room was cozy with both air-conditioning and sound proof. The ice machine was broken during our stay. Its located right next door to the train station which makes it easy to get into Stockholm city as well as the mall of scandinavia.One thing i loved most was the personal. From the reception to the cleaners, but most of all the restaurant. All were very friendly, nice and helpful.The Spa was very relaxing with a pool, 3types of bastu and a warm jacuzzi. They also had a good clean gym with different kind of machines.At PicPoc by Pontus(restaurant), we were served by the chef an exquisite fish, it was to die for. We also recieved amazing service from the 2 waiters(Im sorry I dont recall the names:/). The three of them together gave my mom and I an unforgettable trip; a wonderful ending to our trip, it really was Gold! Thank you guys, will definitely visit again! (17-19/07/2020)

So we went here for one nice dinner at a weekend. The photo tells themselves how the food tasted. Since outdoor tables are popular now we got to wait a little bit. But the waiters are really nice.

I only spent a night here, and didnt have time to try the spa or restaurant, but I slept like a baby in a very comfortable bed and with great sound proofing, which is all too rare in most hotels. The air-conditioning was very efficient yet silent. This hotel is brand new, and it shows. The room was top notch in every aspect. Located right next door to the train station, getting into Stockholm city is a breeze. Oh, and the staff was very friendly too. Will definitely stay here again, and look forward to trying the restaurant, which I hear is amazing.

It’s obvious that Asian r not welcome here. We live nearby and think to give a try here today around 20: 45. We greeted the waitress and were asked whether we would like to eat or drink. We said that drinking some cocktail would be cool. Then we we’re allowed to sit in the uteservering area. We sit here like three idiots by waiting and waiting, after 20 minutes we still didn’t get any menu and finally we gave up. :(((((((((((

Great Place to stay. Wonderful spa with gym and jacuzzi. Good breakfast and affordable. Perfect location for public transport. Just next to Ulriksdal station.
