We paid than they didnt let us in and didnt give us a refund.

Attempted to come here a couple weeks ago. Me, a female friend, and 3 male friends. Our male friends were let in didn’t have to pay and got a wristband and entered easily. We were with them and got let in, a wristband as well. Bouncers were lovely btw ! But as me and my female friend had already stepped foot into the actual club, the girl on the door came in grabbed us like I mean pulled my arm and led me to the front desk and were told we had to pay. Keep in mind none of my male friends, even tho we were in a group. We were super confused as to why only we had to pay Also bc no1 else we saw had to? Not wanting to cause drama we agreed she said $20 each she kept saying my card was declining, so we tried my friends card and she said that her was declining too… I don’t know how that could be possible. Anyway it took so long and clearly she was just singling us out for some reason and being super rude. So we left . Guess what? The next day there’s $40 taken out of my bank account. She lied saying my card was declining. Srsly what is her problem, stealing money is a serious issue. Get her off the front.

To be thoroughly blunt, the club itself is good its definitely a place where I would go every month just to have a good time and night with friends. However I would recommend for staffs and security guard to treat people better. In such cases there was no sign that clearly says only staff and DJs a staff was very rude to my friend that she gave him a death stare and told to leave. Even though my friend only wanted to ask a question since it was very loud he had to come closer to ask a question. If there was sign I can understand why the staff would be frustrated cause it clearly indicates that the person cant read. However if there was no sign at least tell us kindly and politely after all we came to Face Club to have fun not to be treated poorly and leave with an empty face but leave with a face filled with happiness and enjoyment.Overall I would recommend the Face Club to everyone who wants to have a fun night as long as you ask questions before doing something and just follow the rules then you should have wild night. I would recommend at least bring at least 3 - 5 people to come along with you otherwise it will be boring.

Great club to go for the weekend! Appetising food and drinks, friendly waitresses and bartenders.

Nice crew there and nice vibe. Heaps of cute girls. Will be nice if the music changes from time to time tho

The best club in Auckland! I had such a good time plus the staff are all amazing!

Come down on Fridays to catch DJ Chpostix and you wont be disappointed. Good mix of KPOP, EDM, throwbacks and modern hip hop and R&B. Place picked up after 12. Drinks are fairly priced, lots of dancing room and a clear pathway to exit for the bar or bathroom. There were a few creepy guys but the bar staff and security were onto them swiftly. I usually dont like clubs for that reason but everyone else was surprisingly respectful towards women. Security, bouncers and bar staff were also really nice, everything was taken care of promptly, and the crowd was hype. Had a great time with my friends :)

Always have had really great service from all staff and even security. Nice to go to a club and have that type of experience for a change. Shout out to the bar staff for an amazing evening!

Terrible music, the security staff are aggressive and play favorites way too much. Sad to see how far downhill this place has gone

I went in with a group of my friends showing me their favorite local bar. After about 2 hours the self-important bouncers kick me out for no reason at all, I wasnt drunk, I had paid a cover charge and over the course of the night had shared a couple of rounds of drinks with said friends. Terrible management

Very biased towards Asian customers kicked me out for having a tiny squabble with one of the ambassadors tried to fight me and got me kicked because I came back at him. He got the security guard on us even though he was edging us on and got us kicked out even though it was his fault. The bouncer believed us and made us wait 5 minutes.

Could u guys just change all the djs or rethink about the music u guys play at face cos its not good and surely 90% of the people agree with me.. instead of wasting time and money on renovations, events, and bad mannered security please think about ur music... cos ur just gonna lose ur customers.

The music is sooo bad... i had hopes cos many people said that this was a nice club to go too... but the music was the worst.. experience not club drops and also even an amatuer DJ could do better..

When youre in the club is pretty fun, lowkey intimidating, however drinks are mad expensive, food is expensive and when I first went entry was free, when went again recently it was 20 dollars which yano wasnt fond of, considering drinks are already so pricey I didnt even want to go in knowing i had somewhat sobered up in the 25 minutes of waiting in the line but yeah. Meh, a fun club if youre into EDM and stuff,,,

Experience was terrible. AVOID this club if you can. We paid $100 ($50 per personapparently it was VIP but we soon learnt that that meant nothing at all to no one. We couldnt sit down, the bouncers were aggressive. The barman were rude. Oh yes on entry after paying the $100 we were given a $50 discount voucher...(you would think for drinks seeing theyre saying VIP entry).... but nope, the voucher was for a hair salon. Literally the worse club in Auckland. A V O I D! -0 / 5 🌟 completely ripping people off.

Last night, to the best of my recollection I was assaulted by one of your doormen. I want to personally see CCTV footage of the entrance at 2am Sunday 21st of July to fully assess what happened as I feel the doorman used excessive force for absolutely no valid reason and I don’t want a similar occurrence for anyone else going out to have a good time.Thank you

Great nightclub, great music, excellent security team! I go there frequently and Im treated fairly. The line system works as intended, I see people complaining about girls getting free entry. If you like a sausage fest, go somewhere else lol

All premium night clubs do cover charge, not a sports bar or local pub, i thought this is common sense, but seems not to some.Overall, always good times, experience it yourself.No.1 Asian in Auckland btw

Will let ladies in for free which doesn’t bother me (mbut may bother others. Otherwise clean club music is basic house build ups and drops easy for people to dance follow along too. Wouldn’t go out of my way to comehere but is not a bad club all the same.

Just a sad excuse of a club. I don’t know the management but the bouncers are disgusting. If you let all sorts of hood rats in, then make sure you allow the rest in.

Such a waste, Ive paid for the entry fee and had couple of drinks inside. In 20 minutes, a security guard who apparently thinks he is cool and tough took me outside and spilled my drink and told me to leave. Ive asked him why he is doing this even i have paid for the entry fee and paid for the drink. I have heard really dodgy reputation about this club and decided not to go there again.

Meh... nothing good about this place... Me and a couple of friends got stamped already and then we were forced to wait in line again in the rain. Only way to skip the line was pay for VIP, $50! On top of the $25 I paid already.It’s a full on money grab not to mention the coat check was $5 per item!! Give me a break, staff were very rude... music was average at best...dont see what the hype is about this place... save yourself the trip and try somewhere else. Definitely left a sour taste in my mouth.

Dont go to Face please! We had an awful experience. We were treated very poorly. We came with a disabled friend who cannot walk much and didnt even let him seat. They wanted us to pay $500 to seat even if the club was empty. We spent a lot of money and still felt so unwelcome. Im sorry to say that we felt some racism happening here. The manager was unfriendly, music was not great and club empty. Amd they are charging guys $25...better options elsewhere!

First time visit. Didn’t really enjoy the music dishes out by the DJ, didn’t keep the beat going. Too many stops in between songs.

It’s fun and all but the music sucks it’s tiring listening to the same music and waiting for the same drop over and over again it’d be nice to hear some rnb once in a while or some pop without the drops 😞

Normally they charge $10 for entry,. This time they more busy so guy on entrance ask $20, its funny and he very rude when I told him like every time its only $10. Not good.

Totally undemocratice club.First of all,there are loud music from this club ,which are heard from all nearby pubs and bars.However,from most logical entrance it is prohibitens by V.I.P. grade.And furthermore,they had made repaire of club,but still for "normal"people it is no entrance,due to wearing coats on a cold winter time.It is really strange,why it is allowed by City council of Auckland (the most safety city),when conditions of this club provide customers to come by cars,and get to back home drunk,because of conditions of this club not wearing coat,even on wet and winter weather.

19/05/18, two stars as I wont deny the good times Ive had here in the past. Unfortunately after their most recent renovation the business model theyre running is damn near a scam and for the first time in town I was furious beyond words.Face sells VIP tickets that give you additional benefits with pretty much the one and only benefit that reentry is SUPREMELY prioritized for you despite how overcrowded they are at any given time.I was in line with another male friend and three female friends, we eventually made it to the front of the line and at that point they were already overcrowded and yet immediately gestured for our female friends to go in for free without us plus the two more females somewhere further down the line, leaving only males in the line to wait. Very sexist and not a customer friendly gesture splitting friend groups up.We proceeded to wait at the front of the line for 30 minutes upwards, each time I tried to speak with one of the admission ladies or the manager that night they told me the same thing."We apologize but we are too crowded right now, however if you wish you can purchase VIP and go in"After waiting for so long and asking me to pay quadruple the entry fee that night was quite insulting so my friend and I just left after that.Lying to our faces saying its too overcrowded and then saying if you spend more money well let you in is just a blatant money grab.The whole night in line all we saw were consistent recycling of VIP customers coming in and out whenever they wished contributing to the "overcrowding problem" while the normal line remained still. Absolutely disgusting to alienate your other customers like this.If you want to run your entry model with two different prices at least put in some effort to run them both not only focusing on the pricier one.If that appears to be too much work for you guys then focus on having a single entry fee for all customers instead of ruining the cheaper entry lines night.On the bright side I can definitely recommend the bathrooms in this place, easy enough to use with ice cold water thats definitely refreshing.

I dont normally write a bad review, but this place deserves it.I came in with 3 girls on a Friday night at 11:16pm. Females are free, but because I was a guy I had to pay a $10 door charge. I dont mind paying a door charge, but the place was empty and they knew it was empty and thats just unfair that only I had to pay, especially considering it was empty.

Do not recommend. They discriminate over people and make you leave, which is what they did to my friends recently

If u have ever been around Kuta for a night out this is where you wanna be!!! Full of asians people, cheap drinks and not too bad music.

One of the better and less sleazy clubs in town. Where the music isnt just a repetition of awful dubstep music, although not sure what it is.Bar was okay.
