Good was good but service was slow

The food is great, they need friendlier waiters that actually like working there instead of hiring what they can.

Take forever to make 4 small slices of pizza.

Not bad, at all, didnt know they sold home made food, Order spaghetti a la 😋 with meat on the side, very Good, the associates very attentive, fast the dont waste a minute. Dont know if they have a website, Order by phone for pickup.

I love the crispyness of pizza crust outside and then after few bites you will get soft texture inside. Pizza has the rigbt amount of oil. I like the saltiness of pepperoni.I had chicken pesto carbonara. I was expecting more pesto than chicken. It was the opposite. I find the chicken were overpowering the pasta and pesto. However, pasta taste good overall.

Great food, omg I am from West Virginia and this is hands down the best food Ive had since Ive been here. The calzone is out of this world and so is the vanilla flan. Definitely will be back here if I ever return to the island. Fast service too!!

This place was already well regarded when I was in my teens. They have changed with the times but have maintained the quality. Even with Covid restrictions in place in Puerto Rico they had all the business they could handle. Their Jíbaro pizza could have used better seasoned meat. Everything else was fine.

Friendly staff, great food, but the staff had 0 knowledge/opinion on the beers in stock. I had to go look at their selection in the refrigerator and take my chances.

Years ago when the older administration was managing the restaurant the experience was excellent. The quality of the food was great, the service fast, the atmosphere welcoming, and the staff incredible.In recent years thats changed. The restaurant is run by a younger administration and the atmosphere is different. The restaurant is usually overcrowded, professionalism is lacking, and neither the staff nor the management seem to place importance on quality. Many employees are sometimes watching television, on their phones, or making jokes while you can see the kitchen is running behind. I have gone several times when visiting family members in PR and have found myself with rude tables, kids playing around like a playground, and have been barely able to hear someone next to me talking. Definitely not what it used to be.

Great selection of pasta as well as other Italian dishes in their menu. If you like fresh tasting pizzas you will be extremely satisfied and will not be disappointed. My favorite is their Margarita Pizza.

Very good plates, fast service (too fast for me), but is annoying if you want to seat with your family or friends to relax. You can go, eat and go, like a super fast food.

Delicious pizza!!!!! The combinations are very attractive and taste delicious I recommend the carbonara have a beautiful and delightful flavor the dough is perfect and the place is very neat, and have a pretty decoration! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 its a good place to hang out with friends, family or a date!

One of the best Pizza in Puerto Rico. They have more locations around the metro area. Service is fast and take out is awesome.

This is one of my favorite restaurants to take kids as it is a relaxed and great family atmosphere. Weve been going to this restaurant and their other locations for since I was a boy >20 years ago.... Back then we used to celebrate after each baseball game (again showing the family atmosphere). Their prices and food quantity are hard to beat and the taste is very good. I have nothing but good things to say about this chain and this particular locale.

I always love going here! Its the best pizza place in town and Ive been eating here since I was little. They even have a bar here. I dont drink but people here say the quality is amazing. I would definitely recommend coming with your family or friends. They also accept large groups. The best pizza place indeed.

Ive been going to this location since grade school, and its still fantastic 40 years later. Good food, great value, fast service, and a good selection of beer make this one of my favorite places in San Juan for a casual lunch or dinner.

Wow. This pizza is full of flavor. Truly awesome. This is coming from a guy from Chicago. I cant remember which one this is.. Its like meat lovers type.

Place is pretty great. Sadly altho the service tends to be top notch most of the time, there is an issue of the place sometimes having slow or inconsistent service on slower days. Examples would be the Pizza arriving somewhat cold or the waiters forgetting to follow-up with you after you call them. Still a fan and would recommend to anyone in the are looking for some really nice pizza.

First timer at this Faccio location. I ordered to-go using Tupyx and my order was ready at the requested time. Checking out took less than 2 minutes. The quality of food was great.

Family run pizzeria. Been open for a long time. Go to place for the locals. Very consistent. They take carry out orders by phone. It might the best option on Friday night. It gets crowded.
