Ein süßes kleines veganfreundliches Café. Wir haben leckeren veganen Himbeer-Cremekuchen gegessen und sehr guten Kaffee getrunken. Man kann dort auf schön draußen sitzen.

Superb family run Cafe in the heart of Turku. Great value for money and very friendly service. The Brita cake is heavenly. I highly recommend a visit if you are ever in this beautiful city.

Top Preis für Frühstück, also Minibrötchen, Rührei, Käse, Salami, selbst gemachte Rhabarbermarmelade, Porridge, Gurken und Tomaten, Säfte und Kaffee sind für 7,5€ enthalten. Sympathisch, altmodisch eingerichtet, richtiger Goldschatz, der nicht nur auf Profit schaltet.

Really chill homy atmosphere. Sandwiches and cakes are homemade and tastet great. Ill most definitely make a stop here next time I visit Turku again.

Varje torsdag är det ärtsoppa och pannkakor på menyn. Toppen att man håller på traditionerna. Heja!

Ensimmäistä kertaa tässä paikassa kahvilla. Vähän ahtaat tilat. Ulkona olisi ollut mukava olla näin kesällä, vaan ei ollut aurinko arvoja. Aivan ihana, suussa sulava Britakakku. Lounas näytti myös hyvältä.

Mainio hinta/laatusuhde. Erinomainen munakokkeli. Vielä kun olisi pekonia ollut niin olisi ollut täydellinen.

A very cute and wholesome cafe with amazing cinnamon knots, lovely smooth coffee, and delicious home cooked simple food with vegetarian options. The atmosphere is warm, cozy and typical. It’s a jewel.

Really nice café with daily lunch that is sold cheaper after midday to avoid food waste. Cakes are super good - a lot of vegan options!

Lounaaksi saa 8€ puoliksi poltetun, kova pohjaisen margharita pizzan, tähän kuuluu myös kahvi + salaatti. Paikka on hieno ja palvelu mukavaa, mutta ruoka on peruskoulu tasoa kahdeksan kertaisella hinnalla. Luultavasti parempi kahvilan kuin lounaspaikka.

Good lunch and breakfast for a fair price!Fantastic baked goods, and cakes are out of this world. The selection of cakes changes from day to day.One of the few places to start working early in the morning and serve good breakfast. Unfortunately, they close early on weekdays and are closed for good on weekends, so it’s not so easy to visit unless one is working nearby.Cozy old-style interior, and always friendly service.

Great places for coffee or lunch. Daily lunch has two options and includes dessert, salad and coffee for a very reasonable price. Very cosy environment and friendly personnel.

Cozy atmosphere and quick service.Unfortunately I wasnt a fan of the food. I had the Thursday lunch option, vegan avocado pasta. I ended up with overcooked pasta noodles that managed to taste sour, very bitter and spicy all at once. The accompanying pancakes had a slightly sweet flavour but a mushy texture (and were not accompanied by cream or jam). Sad to say my stomach was a little upset after. I would not get that particular lunch again, but perhaps I would recommend Fabbes as a place for coffee and home baked goods.I am very grateful for the owners and chefs reply and have made revisions to my review. As it stands the flavours, textures, and presentation of the dish were simply not to my liking.

It is always nice to sit in fabbes because it is so cozy. Now, they have Christmas breakfast for only 7 euros. You get fresh baked bread, eggs, cheese etc plus a really well made rice porridge with Christmas sauce...really really good

Im a regular customer in Fabbes since it was opened. It is an atmospheric place with a good food, I bring visitors there for lunch to share experience with them. For food choices, typically two sets are available, vegetarian and non-vegetarian one. On Thursdays they have pea soup and most importantly pancakes that are the best in the area in my opinion. They have excellent cakes, both traditional ones and the ones with unusual but very good combination of ingredients. We ordered cakes for office on occasions and they have always been the best choice compared to the competitors. They offer various kinds of coffee, tea and soft drinks. Coffee is great, besides classical espresso, cappuccino and latte they have own recipes definitely worth a try. I know many people drop by Fabbes to enjoy a dessert and coffee and especially the atmosphere. The café has art for sale hung on the walls from time to time and sometimes I witnessed a musical performance. They open a terrace in summer time and have a special treat for the customers on a rainy day. It is a very popular place therefore it can be rather crowded during the lunch time so choose time wisely, maybe you can opt a breakfast or late lunch or just drop by on a quiet hour to enjoy a cup of a great coffee.

The cosy livingroom like place. Popular among students and academics. Prices are lower than elsewhere. You can also agree to rent the place for yourself in the evenings.

Really tasty food for an excellent price. Family run business where you get a lot for you money. Free cake when it rains! The place is very cozy, the food is simple, wholesome and yummy, and the service is sweet.

Offers nice refreshments in an old but somewhat bare stonefoot of a house. The snacks are very tasty and the service is kind, sometimes it is hard to fit in due to the popularity among the students from the University on the other side of the street. Prices are friendly for your pocket.
