FONDA Dulce Jesus Mio Miami - Colombian restaurant in Miami Lakes, United States
Amazing place. My favorite place in Miami .
Awesome a good place to relax and dance.
The Best place for latin party, excellent environment to share with friends and family, I recommend it 100%
Very delicious and great atmosphere.
Great place to spend some time!
Great place to have fun & an awesome party!!! It never stops!!! 🥳🥳 You have to get there early and making a reservation because the place is full and the parking lot isn’t big enough due to it’s shared with other places. We were a group of 10 people and got there by 10:00 until 4:30am! Believe me, it was so good! Very Latin Music ambience and prices are affordable. 100% recommended!!!
We bought a bottle and they couldn’t even give us water only bottle water! Won’t go back with all my friends!
Love the traditional feeling, and how waitress wears traditional dress to serve. Beautiful. Food was delicious.
Thrown out of a table because it was a 6 topper. It is my birthday and I told them and they put my husband and I by the bathroom.
To expansive and 20% obligated on the bill nah I dont think Ill be going back
Horrible service!!! Slooooow( 30min for 10 empanadas)and I get to witness the waitresses full conflict over tables. So sad 😞
What a fun place! Typical Colombian fonda. Colorful, huge picadas and the music is great because it reminds me the music I grew up with and dancing at family parties. Will definitely be coming back.
If I could give a 0 I would. Manager is very rude and discriminates people at the door. First he said we had to wait with no explanation. They were letting in other people, saying they had wrist bands. When they were going to allow two others without, I said it was time to attend us. But again the manager was very rude. He said we had to buy a bottle to sit inside. I agreed and he still said we had to wait because it was full. Even the bouncer apologized saying he hates how they run the place. At this point, I was not going to give my money to a place like this and was leaving. A woman that was leaving the bar, asked me, why was I leaving and mentioned that there were plenty of seats. There was another couple behind us that had the same issue, obviously they didn’t fit their standards either. Idk if it’s because we were only two, or women, not Colombian, etc. But clearly this manager chooses to only let in who they want.
Good music, place not very organized.
Place looked dirty service there isnt the best and way over priced I was hoping for something better but very disappointed
Really good food, really good party, nice staff and drinks. It’s a hidden gem of Hialeah!
I was mistreated on this restaurant for no reasons in front of my wife a personal whit a hat and long hair approach me and security personnel after him embarrassed me I hope you dont take your family to this local. Today after speaking with the manager the issue was resolve I hope that the person that make the mistake get more training
Authentic Colombian food is served by staff dressed in traditional clothing. Very nice atmosphere.
The food taste like of you were eating a homecooked meal. For those who like a really good soup you should try their Sancocho de Costilla (Rib Soupis the best Ive had. The cost is very reasonable with the amount of food served.
My husband and I absolutely 💯 love this place! You get the best of both worlds, casual atmosphere and an amazing DJ. Its impossible to sit still with such great music. The waiters & waitresses wear the cutest traditional Colombian outfits; their service is great as well. Plenty of guaro 😉🥳 for those that love to drink. A must visit spot in Miami.
This place has a unique atmosphere. Combine this with good food, large portion sizes, and good pricing- I’ll definitely be returning.
The best Colombian place!! I have my birthday 🎂🥳 party
First and last time doing business with this restaurant. Placed an order over the phone only to find out they were missing ingredients at pick up time. Fish was under cooked and the meat couldn’t be worst. To top it all off they added an automatic tip ad if we were being served in person. It was an outrageous experience. Never again.
Food is great, they short staff for lunch time. Maybe we cant go back at that hours
Very disappointing!Visiting from Boston, MA and Medellin and expecting a superb service just like their locations in Medellin. They have a tremendous reputation in Medellin but unfortunately, not the case for this location in Miami. When we asked for a menu, the server never provided one despite the fact that he made some recommendations, therefore we had no idea of prices and other options. The food that we ordered was a super generic and did not have the authentic Colombian taste. You can tell the chorizos are from the freezer and the empanadas had a very poor taste as well as the chicharrones. Not to mention how overpriced it was for such a generic food. Also the server was pushy and wanted us to order quick because he was going to be too busy. We placed the order, paid right away and through out our stay, even though weve already paid, he never bothered once on checking to see if we needed something else. In addition to this, we made a request that was never addressed properly. Not to mention that we went to this location to watch our beloved Nacional play as it was highly recommended but what a disappointment. Could barely concentrate or enjoy the game with the loud music that shouldve been played during the halftime, not during the entire game. The decoration pretty much what a Fonda should look like. Good points on that aspect.
This restaurant is very close to my house but just today I decided to Order from here since I was looking for colombian food . Wow ! Food was so good ! I was super pleased . AllFlavors and portions were perfect. This is authentic Colombian food. If you’re looking for real food look no more. They have a big menu and many options. I got a delicious Bandeja Paisa and chicken with mushrooms sauce. I definitely recommend.
delicious food and great prices
Awesome food. Excellent service. Just an awesome first time experience, thank you!
This place is a genuine piece of Colombia! I came across it today y me quedé enamorada! The staff is so attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They have a host and there was also a guest singer who’s voice is amazing! I will most definitely be coming back with my family, totally recommend it if you’re looking for a family friendly restaurant with amazing food!
Great experience from door to exit!! Amazing customer service and amazingly delicious food. The place is very comfortable and really resembles a typical fonda paisa. Andres our waiter went the extra mile at all times great server, 5 stars for him also.
Saturday 2-22-20Lunch time :Empty place. Food was from yesterday. Tastes bad, Almost cold. Lulo was just foam. Server had bad attitude. The worst server ever. They charge 15% service charge.First and last time there.
Excelente sitio para bailar y comer también 😁If you like salsa 💃🏻 and Latin music 🎶 to dance I highly recommend this place
Good customer service, good food, nice place. Buenos precios.
The music is interrupted continously by a wanna be comedian with bad old jokes also by the trovadores , etccc , it is ok once a month maybe but not every weekend, you can see people leaving early because of that, place coul be much better .
Loved the picada, its off the chain..and the music, the dsncers the trovadores, the mariachis...the whole night we were entertained.I recommend thid place to anyone
The Paisa plate is good they give you thin steak, chicharrones, red beans, chorizo, fried egg,its pretty good specially the red beans.People friendly and I found it to be clean.
I went after the Colombia vs Brazil game. The place was lit but wasnt boujee enough for its service or prices.
Best Colombian food in Florida. The service is great as well, and the environment just takes me back to Colombia. Truly recommend this place.PS- prices were so economic, I love it <3
Really good! One of the best latin/Colombian places in town
Horrible service ...restaurant wasn’t full just 5 tables and they took almost 1 hour to bring my food. The table next to me gt to the restaurant after me and they got serve before me . Unacceptable!!
Best authentic Colombian food. I love this place and they have live shows and mariachis in the weekend place gets packed.
I made reservations a week in advance to make sure that the large group I had for my mother’s 65th birthday would be taken care of. When we got there my two tables were not reserved with my name. The girls were going to give me the balcony thinking it was mine, but I knew for a fact it was not my table. I’m very disappointed that after making reservations a week in advance they did not follow through and the beginning of the experience was not pleasant. Thank goodness the waitresses pulled through and were able to accommodate us. I was able to speak to Derrick, but all he did was give me false promises. I won’t be holding another event there.
Great service and awesome food! The place really takes me back to Colombia. Honestly, the best colombian food in Florida. The service is extremely good as well, Im for sure coming back!
The place was over sold. There was no space to move. They announced a comic show, and an imitator. That never happened. When I asked, they said the show will be at 2 am. I left at 2:45 am, and there were no show. Instead of 12 grapes as traditionally, they gave 6. The champagne was undrinkable. If you buy a drink, had to wait 1/2 hour to get it. This was my first and last time at this place
Very slow service, we waited about 30_45 minutes before anyone offered to serve us. Ambience its great, nice and entrataining, But the waitresses need to step Up to the plate, was my first time going, maybe ill give it another try.
Had the rib Caribbean soup (sancocho de costillaand mom had the ox tail Caribbean soup (sancocho de colaand yummmmmm!!! So delicious and it came with rice, Cole slaw and avocado!!
good music good food but they try to crowd you into small spaces to accommodate more patrons
Fabuloso!!!!I celebrate my daughter’s PHD graduation party last night and all my guest love it. The music, the place and the staf were phenomenal. I definitely will come back to DulceJesus mío.👍👍👍👍
The bes place to enjoy in group, partner or with family in Miami...Ive been there two times and I will be there more times the place, music and the crazy hour are incredible.....Congrats!!
I wanted to give a zero stars... too bad the lowest is 1. The Luis Alberto Posada was a total failure. The organizers were not prepared at all. The tickets stated that doors would open at 9pm and they didnt allow anyone in until 9:30 pm. There were tables, chairs, and stools everywhere, to the point of people not being able to walk around and much less to dance. Towards the middle of the night there were people sitting on cutted tree stumps and others were offered to seat on stacked buckets (ridiculous). The waitresses looked and acted lost; they mentioned a price for the liquor but ended up charging more. The sound was terrible and the "DJ" made some very bad mixes. Finally, the singer didnt show up until 3 AM... only because people were seriously mad.In conclusion, the concert was terrible and I do not recommend anyone to go to this place.
