We had a mix experience, went there to have a bite and beer. We asked for a tower, we got the answer that it was not available, which was fine. after checking the menu, the waiter recommended the platter to share, then few minutes later came back to apologize that it was not available.We asked for the check to leave and have dinner elsewhere the owner came in apologized for inconvenience and offer us complementary a platter of the available items ... Great attitude by the owner which made us reconsider the place

Fat Tonys to me was a significant finding after a lot of dissappointments in Amman. calm vibes, comfortable seating setups, wide variety of food and drinks, and most of all; reasonable prices when compared with other places and taking into consideration the portions size.

Very nice place , very good food and great service.

I don’t know how to start to explain about this , the bar man was very strange telling us strange stories then we order food and it was so bad and i found hair inside the french friesI told the man that look there is a hair then he said oh ya the Chef has long hair !!!!! Not even apologize not even saying i will take it out of the bill no reactionWe asked for the manager and he never came!!

Disclaimer: I made the order online (didnt dine in)It was surprisingly average. I expected to be much better after reading the reviews but it was extremely average. I used to love Fat Tonys, but the previous two times it was very unpleasant going there and I dont think I will be going again anytime soon (if ever). There is a certain staff that served us the last two visits and he should really know the limits of interaction with the customer. We clearly werent responding positively to his interactions and he kept going and going, trying to be funny but actually coming out as pretty rude and annoying.My advice is please educate your staff proper ways to interact with the customer and not make them feel uncomfortable, preferably watch them at work before hiring them.

Such a fun time , definitely do recommend to anyone looking to meet new people and have fun.

Not a bad place food less than average

First trip today, not that great honestly food wasnt took to long to be served not many items on the menu where available and honeslty very pricey and not great quality for the food. Only good thing i can talk about was the beer and the dude who served us tahts it.

Good location. Terrible service I mean ull have to work to find anybody to bring u a drink. All food is made from frozen ready meals and sauces are same.

Stop by here the yesterday as it was one of the few places that was open early..(12 noonthe pub is really very nice, granted it was early but it has a nice decor and atmosphere (check the pics. They have a full service menu menu and bar with decent prices .. currently no Happy Hour but some nice specials... The staff was super friendly and helpful check it out if you get a chance. Deserves 4.5 🌟

Food was authentic American quality and a great value for the money. Owners were very friendly and make you feel at home. Servers were great as well. Id recommend this place to anybody who wants a Chicago style Italian beef, its 100% the real thing.

we went there for the first time on 17-2-2020 as a hash group with some friends.the place was great , the food was extraordinary ,the music that was played was somehow fabulous .last but not least the owners , the service was the best that we practiced in Amman lately.special and sincere thanks go to Laora for her special care for all details. we wish you all success ...from the bottom of our hearts....ON ON

My favorite place to go eat/drink at.The staff are the nicest, the owners are awesome, the food is really good and the drinks as well. Its not crowded so its very comfortable to be there. Also fun dj nights.

Food was *not* what I specifically asked for. I repeatedly asked for NO spicy food yet they still managed to add JALAPENOS!

Such nice people and great food! They make us feel so welcome here. We’ve taken our kids a few times lately for an early dinner and it’s such a fun and relaxed environment. The staff is so nice with the kids, turning on cartoons and giving them juice and snacks while we waited for the meal. The food is really tasty and so far the portions are huge!

My experience here was really good. The owners were there and we talked with them for a while before we ordered. Incredibly nice people and the food was awesome. I had a Chicago style hot dog and fries with a root beer. If you are in amman and looking for a taste of the states.... this is the place.

Expensive but taste

The most tastless food i ever had, the sandwiches are extremly bland & had almost nothing of the ingredients shown in the menu by "the chef" that turned out to be a waiter.the big beefy sandwich (forgot its namethats supposed to have multiple kinds of beefs & many other ingredients had only grilled sweet pepers & only 1 kind of beef (opposite to what the pictures showed), & i realized that the cheese which i was told that its part of the sandwich was added for an extra cost.The supposedly home made susage was no different from the cheap susage you buy from a supermarket & it was almost rare, not to mention how tasteless the french friez were, as well as the absence of the cole slow that were supposed to come with any sandwich you buy.To sum it up, the worst food i ever had.

Great place! Amazing selection of food + generous portions! The fish/seafood platter (grilled not fried), fish burrito + coconut shrimps were absolutely delicious!!! Owner Ray and waiting staff made us feel like family! I am currently on holiday but if I would live here I would be a regular.

Came across their ad on Instagram, went to try out the place and realised that the actual food is nothing like the images posted.Had there extremely dry chicken beast, an Italian beef sandwich that tastes terrible, and a few apatizers that came out of a box, frozen.The food was late to arrive and when I pointed it out to the server he started giving me attitude. I really wouldnt recomend it to anyone.

This place is great! Ray, the owner who spent several years in Chicago, made us feel so welcome. We tried the Italian beef sandwich and the steak burrito which were both really good but the Italian beef takes the cake! This is the signature sandwich you need to try!!! We’ll definitely come back and try some of the other menu options. Thanks Ray!

Real Chicago Beef sandwich in Amman -- Holy Cow! Yes, its true -- very good quality sirloin -- cooked long and slow with great Italian seasonings.The sandwich was excellent and came with a big cup of au jous so you can control how juicy you like it... I had mine with both hot peppers and sweet peppers and with curly fries on the side. Thanks to the owner, Ray, for making me feel very welcome and for telling me about the history of this epic sandwich. I will be back.
