Great, underrated beer, nice man, and nice environs. His taproom is currently under construction in a new location, but I was lucky enough to be able to enjoy his beers at a pop-up in town. I enjoyed the IPA and coffee stout in particular. Thanks, Pauly!

The best craft beer place in Iligan! Lets start with the ambience. The vibe and decor of the place is both unassuming and friendly, not at all intimidating. The price of the menu items are reasonable and affordable. We tried the beer sampler which allowed us to get a taste of the different types of beer they had to offer. A sampler has four glasses of craft beers of your choice. My favorite so far is Iligan and Sultan. The bar food is delicious! We tried the cream cheese palapa roll. Super yummy! Must try if you like spicy food. We arrived in the middle of a bar game that allows the guests to compete by answering trivia questions. Too bad we werent able to join as it looked fun. Ill definitely go back to this place because the staff are friendly and the owner of the bar, who was present, very accommodating!

Fat Paulys is a proudly Iliganon artisan brewery and has a line of good beer.While it may seem ironic, this pub is nice for families too because of its chill atmosphere and nice music being played by a real phonograph.
