FAST FIRED Regent in Winnipeg

Ordered a 4 topping pizza. DOUBLE pepperoni, mushroom, green pepper. What a disappointment, I cant imagine what single pepperoni would have been, price may be reasonable, but the quantity or topping reflects that.

At first I wasnt sure, when we went in, if anybody was home, but eventually a server came from around the back. Anyway, we waited soooo long for our FAST pizza! Turns out he burnt it and had to do it again. Oh well, life happens. It was delicious and so was the salad we shared. The place is nice looking but the MUSIC nearly drove me to distraction. For that reason alone, we might not be back. And it would have been nice if there were captions on the tv while seeing the news, as there was nothing but THAT MUSIC.

Exceptionally slow service. Waited well over 30 minutes for some chicken wings while the rest of my takeout order came back to room temp. So much for ‘fast’ fired. You guys are just fired.

Came a few months ago and it was the slowest service I’ve ever had. Thought we’d give then another chance and I’m regretting it.Takes way too long for the staff to even acknowledge that you’re there, when you come in you’ll see people waiting but nobody eating. Just waiting forever while their life just drifts away.Not sure if other locations are this pokey. It would be different if the pizza was above average and worth the wait. It’s ok.Save yourselves some time and go elsewhere.

Was looking to try new restaurant and I found this resto. I made the right decision. Friendly staffs and delicious food.

I wanted to like this place soo bad, seen it closed for most of covid and waited for their opening day. They opened and despite warning from others, I didn’t listen and still gave them a try.Ordered wings and pasta to go. Came home and unboxed what I thought was going to be a great meal. Chicken was oddly seasoned, looked raw and undercooked. Still I gave it a chance and had a bite into atrocity. Chicken seemed to be boiled and dunked into a gross cheese sauce. It makes my stomach churn to remember how gross it tasted.Spent $35 and I couldn’t just let it pass. I called and spoke to a Debbie where she said she will refund the money and gave a weak explanation why their wings weren’t cooked well, something about their equipment.Never got around to getting the refund as I had to leave Winnipeg for a while. When I came back I contacted the business to claim my refund and was told I’d be given a free pizza instead.Honestly wanted my money back but met them halfway and claimed the pizza. Fine.Went there and no greeting, no smile, no apology, just awkwardly handed over the pizza and bye.Zero stars. Pizza wasnt that great either. When your friends tell you to go to Red Swan Pizza instead - listen.

I was there yesterday with my family and friends from out of town. Food was delicious. They are now serving there baked potato meal. I had the loaded smokie. You get a large portion and it is so good.

Great pizza and great prices! Tried the margherita and chicken bacon ranch pizza tonight. It was awesome!

We ordered pizza and it was off in taste. Called the store to let them know that the cheese seems very bad in taste, before we could say anything, the customer service rep told us that she heard we had a problem with our pizza but they are not going to promo it. lol and then she let us speak what we wanted to say.

The staff and owners are super nice and friendly as soon as you walk in! I tried their pizza week pizza the korean fire chicken. Loving korean food to begin with, I knew I had to try this one! And it certainly didn’t disappoint! So flavourful, and everything you would expect from a korean pizza! If I could rate more than 5 stars, I definitely would! I’m most definitely coming back to this place! :)

Best pizza, unlimited toppings and awesome staff. They roll fresh dough and assortment of toppings from meats to cheese and veggies and sauses and cheese. The staff are great and ready to make the pizza fresh for you. As you can see, getting home to Gimli I couldnt wait to enjoy the pizza made for me by the wonderful staff. Best price for a great pizza

I was very surprised, but it was very good.I come from Europe and gêne we dont like pizza in Winnipeg.All my family loves it.We will come back again for sure.

Customer Service couldn’t have been better, and the pizza was affordable and really good! Seems like the menu had a lot of options as well. Good to see this location reopened!

The pizza was larger than expected, the pizza was completed within 3 minutes and tasted amazing. With any amount of toppings for the same price, its a steal.

First time here and found the staff is very friendly and attentive to your concerns. Pizza is great crunchy and delicious. Definitely would come back. Thanks guys!

It was really good. A lot faster than I thought it would be! Took longer for me to pick my toppings than cook. Also, the crust was crisp but not over done. I will definitely be going back!

Visited their for the first time today and hands down the best pizza I’ve had in a long time 10/10 best “create your own pizza” places in the city staff was extremely friendly and helping especially the younger guy with glasses

Waited inline 10 minutes to order pizza. Store was out of some toppings. Pizza was undercooked. Clearly their pizza oven cant keep up with many orders. Best to visit this place when its not busy.If you like your pizza flimsy like a wet noodle you will like this place.

One of the best pizza I ever had. Such a friendly staff, so much toppings to choose from. There Garlic oil sauce is the best. Highly recommend it.

Always a great pizza/ customer service. The Bomber after gameday jersey draw is a great marketing idea that gets me in the door after every game and even on off Bomber gameday weeks!

The pizza here is awesome! I was pumped to see salami as an option and they crisped it up, just the way I like it. Ill definitely be coming back!

As make your own pizza places go this one has the highest quality ingredients no contest.

Love the pizza from here. Staff is always polite and friendly. My only complaint is the length of time it takes but that has not deterred me from coming. I just make sure its on a day I have the time to wait. Way better then ZA pizza bistro any day.

Absolutely terrible service. Were out of everything and all the containers were contaminated. Staff moped around and a bunch hid in the back. Waited 35minutes and then the pizzas were so burnt they couldn’t even cut them and then rolled their eyes and turned their back on us when asked for our money back so waited another 10 minutes for them to give us a refund.

I love Fast Fired!! The toppings are endless, the staff are funny and kind, the store is clean and inviting! Ive always had an amazing experience every time Ive come to eat, cant wait for the new location to open!

Service was a bit slow but staff were very friendly. Crust was nice and crispy, not soggy or droopy at all! The large selection of toppings and other ingredients all looked very fresh and clean. Will definitely be back for another tasty pizza!!

First timers today at fast fired...ordered the chik n pepper pizza. It was awesome!...love the crispy crust..perfect bake. The counter staff need work..customer service is everything.Dont Forget the Coffee!!!!

Been here twice withing the last couple of weeks. Same concept as Za or Rebel Pizza. Choose your own toppings. For the vegans out there they dont charge for vegan cheese like other places. They also have beyond meat. Overall I found that the pizza was very flavorful. Better then other places even if you out all the topping on. Very friendly staff aswell. Highly recommended

Custom 12$ pizza with toppings evenly distributed and cut nice and small so you can get a lot in one bite without it falling apart. Pizza is cooked crispy and cut perfectly. No tugging at the ends when you pick up a piece.The place is spotless and well decorated, with friendly and accommodating people building your pizza. Very kind with suggestions and accommodating requests for "a bit more" of our favorite toppings.This is my new favorite custom pizza place because of their toppings. They have some unique and higher quality topping than Zaa (salami is so good, also love the ricotta and goat cheese!). And everything is nice and small for easy and delicious bites. Will be back and definitely recommend Fast Fired over other custom pizza places.

The toppings were fantastic! BUT the crust was awful.. it just crumbled and was dry, hard, and burnt. Service was very slow. I really love Carbones pizza so I’m disappointed that this was not the same quality pizza crust.

Went at lunch time, my friend and I were 5th and 6th in line. The girl greeting the customers and making the dough was awesome. Didnt get a name but she had yellow painted fingernails. The other two employees just seemed out of it, no sense of urgency with the line up growing. Ive seen sails locomote faster. I felt bad for the girl trying to do everything. The pizza was better then ZA, but not as good as Pannizza just down the street. Dough was cooked perfectly, cheese was completely melted and topping were hot. Except for the 35 mins to get our pizza, the experience was alright.

Im really disappointed in myself after reading these reviews. I took a chance after trying the other two locations and not being satisfied. After seeing the other pics on these review ,something seems to have gone terribly wrong. Frozen pizzas look alot nicer.

Second time ordering pizza here and certainly won’t be the last. First was for take-out and second was for dine in. Both experiences were great. Place is super clean (no crumbs on floor, washrooms are clean too). Even the steel counters are shiny and no fingerprints on them. Condiments were arranged nicely. Modern and bright interiors. I love the build-your-own pizza option. Toppings are generous, crust is crunchy, pizza is perfectly cooked! Many toppings to choose from. Healthy and gluten-free options available. Excellent quality and service at a fair price. Staff were friendly and they said it is a fun workplace and staff get along really well. So happy to have this gem of a place so close to us!

Ordered our pizza and they definitely lived up to the name of fast.....so fast the topping were warm and not cooked. The manager did seem to take an interest in what was going on besides going home for the evening. I mentioned it to the tall kid and he just looked at me like I had an arm growing out of my forehead. The dough was burnt the toppings were cold..... easy fix, turn down the heat...and cook it longer... your welcome!

Walked in. Amazing customer service, decent pizza, rather clean place. Had a lady serve my pizza to me and asked if I could tip her directly. Her response shocked me !! She said the tips go straight to the managers, unbelievable. Absolutely disgusted since she was the one providing the amazing service, not the managers. Will not be coming back.

Staff seemed pretty disorganized, although very friendly. Pizza came out with burnt crust, and when I mentioned it was burnt they just said "oh, sorry." The actual quality of it seemed decent (minus the burnt crust), and I think once they find their rhythm it could be really good.

Food was excellent and the toppings were generous with plenty of choices. They did however seem to have a little bit of an issue getting the right pizzas to the right person. While I was waiting for mine they mistakenly gave around 5 wrong pizzas including one at my table. Easy fix but it could be annoying to someone

I was in a pizza lovers heaven! The price was fair because I was starving and still brought home a half of a pizza. The price was fair. The food was fresh and I could build the pizza of my dreams! I will definitely be back! NOM NOM

I don’t even like pizza but I really liked this place. It’s nice and chill, the environment is nice, the music is nice, the employees are great and helpful. I’m picky so I don’t do much with the build your own pizzas but they have a great selection for people who aren’t as picky! Not to mention they support local businesses!

Honestly the best pizza place around here. The pizza was well cooked, service and employees are great, and it’s also really modern and a nice place to chill at. As a side-note, this is one of the gems in the world that actually has pretty good music playing lol. If you’re in the area, I definitely suggest going here

Delicious pizza and salads! I have ate there multiple times since their open, guilt free with many healthy options available. Great location, perfect end to a day of shopping. Kind and friendly staff. Very pleased with the cleanliness 10/10! Would highly recommend!

Love the option to make your own giant salad, dressing was so good. Dough is hand stretched so it is NOT oily like other pizza places. Also my fav gf crust in the city. Vegan options available too.

Being vegan and gluten free can make finding great tasting, quick food options difficult. Luckily, Fast Fired has a great V+GF crust and, vegan cheese, and some great topping options. The spicy tomato sauce is also a winner. Salads are great as well, and really well-sized. Overall, a great place for a quick bite!

We have had take out pizza a couple times since the Regent location opened. The toppings are so fresh and the crust is so delicious. It was cooked just perfect. Will definitely be back.

Cool spot, stopped in for lunch, was super quick, and loaded up the toppings. I really liked the pizza and the concept. Cant beat the convenience or the price, would go again.

Wasnt impressed. Very generic tasting. I think the market is saturated with these pizza places and nothing is special anymore. Ate last night and woke up this morning not feeling well. Had to repeat myself 3x when telling the woman what I wanted. Center of pizza wasnt cooked enough and soggy. 👎

Will not be back. Staff did not bother to wash hands when switching from cash to pizza making. They made my pizza without any cheese...after I questioned the worker she did put some cheese on top. Got the pizza home...crust was soggy and the toppings rolled off. Flavour was just okay.

We have been excited for months for this place to open. Finally went this afternoon for lunch and was completely disgusted! We walk right out! The two girls making pizza had really long hair that was barely tied back and dangling over the food they were preparing. Not even any hairnets. Pretty much in the food of the customers ahead if us. We had higher standards of Carbone as have eaten at their original location many times. Would never eat at either place now. Super gross!
