Extended Stay America Lynchburg University Blvd. in Lynchburg

My wife and I had to come to Lynchburg for personal business and ESA was the only hotel that had availability to allow us to stay for almost a week with our yellow lab. Since all the other hotels were/are booked due to LU’s homecoming. Shelly, the assistant manager was amazing, she sorted out the discrepancy with our hotel room and was able to give us the double beds that weren’t available when we first booked them through the website. She is diligent and consistent in making sure we as guest have what we need while being in the hotel (breakfast, linens, towels etc). I believe she deserves a promotion for resolving our room issues and several others the first night we got in without any complaints. The hotel is clean and the rest of the staff is super friendly and are available whenever you need them at the front. Idk what I was expecting out of ESA but I’m glad we are here!

The fact there’s a fridge,microwave and stovetop. Unbeatable, you can even ask for utensils to cook with. Lady upfront I believe Shelly? helped me with everything. Even let me know they have laundry and hot coffee here in the morning. Always catch me with a muffin or honey bun😂

Ran into a predicament, Manager Shelly made it so stress free and was timely about it. The coffee is always hot, stayed for a couple of days and loved it. Great place to stay when in a pinch.

Good price for a good size room. I Love the fact that you have a mini kitchen for your convenience while staying here. It’s always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Relaxing & very nice stay 👏

I had an emergency happen at my home and I needed a place to stay for a few days. I checked in here at the Extended Stay and was greeted by a lady at the front desk named Shelly. She was very friendly and helpful. I wish more businesses had a Shelly who went above and beyond to make my stay feel as if I was at home.

Very clean and spacious room. Decent food not far from the hotel. Lots of tour points close by, I find that really good for leisure or a business traveler on a budget! Staff was also friendly and helpful! Will definitely stay again!!

We could not have picked a better place to stay for our trip to the annual Homecoming at the former Presbyterian Home , now Human Kind .The rooms were sparling clean.. sheets fresh... and the management under the supervision of the manager SHELLY was absolutely AMAZING !!! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay !!!

Worst night ever at a hotel. Gave it a 1 because 0 is not available. Never stayed at an ESA before and never will again. We could hear the TV in the adjacent room. Called the front desk to tell them about it. They called back and said they called the room and no one answered and that was all they could do. TV finally stopped at 6:00 am. No sleep for my wife and I. Went down at 7:00 am and talked to the assistant manager. She was very upset with me for complaining. Told her I was not paying for the room. She said yes you are. She was so upset with me that she put me on a list that I could never stay at an ESA ever again, not that I would ever want to. At checkout she did give me a refund. She told me to have a good day. Never an apology. We headed out for a day of sightseeing and a 6 hour drive being sleep deprived.

Staying at the Extended Stay America in Lynchburg, was a pleasant experience for my family. The easy conveniences, clean rooms, a To-Go breakfast fit for champions and an environment of friendliness. This will prompt us to stay again at this facility. The Assistance Manger (Shellyworked tirelessly to deliver quality service for all of the hotel guests from working the front desk to ensuring the rooms meet hotel standards. She is a true example of a valued team player that leads by example.
