Took some time to get my meal, but it was busy overall. However...the chicken schnitzel I received was relatively small and also dry from being overcooked. On a positive note, the chips were excellent.

Great friendly staff and talk about great food and service .... Only one negative the kids room with a console and tv the controllers went dead while we were there Biggar!

The Exchange is a nicely renovated bar and bistro in the heart of Deni with lots of potential. The food is just average Aussie pub fair with nothing to distinguish it from any of the other pubs or clubs in in town and does little to wet the appetite. Service was ok and relatively friendly.

Had dinner last night at exchange hotel and it was a lovely place to eat and drink. We were greeted well and asked if we would like a drink first before we sat down. Relatively not that expensive for drinks which was great. For food, I ordered a classic parma with chips and salad which was lovely but the salad needed more dressing as it was only on top and bland at the bottom. My partner ordered the British parma which he said was great. Also ordered a entree of brushetta which by far 2nd best Ive had since holidaying in Europe back in 2017.The only thing we found annoying was that the other patrons kept coming near us as there were old pictures of deni on the wall and we just felt uncomfortable. But that didnt stop us from having a great night.Thank you to the exchange hotel for welcoming us into your lovely pub 😀

We were referred to this pub by a local businessThis was probably the worst meal we have ever hadWe arrived at 545pm so our meals were the first to be orderedOur son ordered a chicken schnitzel burnt our daughter classic parmigiana burntI ordered the gnocchi the chicken was so dry it was inedible my husband ordered the eye fillet with the Morton bay bug and was given the peppered steakWhen he said that’s not what I ordered the waiter said oh you want the Eye fillet that’s ok we can do that for you are you ok with seafoodHe didn’t apologise for stuffing up the order and of course he was ok with seafood because he ordered the eye fillet because it had the Morton bay bugHe wears stupid sheriff badge idiot

We all had a beautiful meal! The exchange burgers defeated the boys but they are well worth the money!

Excellent food, service, drinks and atmosphere (inside & out). Can’t comment on busy weekend nights, but during the week during Summer is superb to sit outside for a few drinks, then head inside to the dining room for dinner. Recommend chicken schnitzel, but everything looks really good. Reasonably priced too. Would say the best pub in Deni.

After staying in Deniliquin for 6 weeks and venturing into town for multiple pub feeds I can safely say that the Exchange Hotel is one of the top destinations for a good pub feed.The staff are friendly and always up for a conversation. The venue has large amounts of seating available for patrons and is well maintained.The menu is extensive and often difficult to decide on what to have for dinner.Sticking to the standard steak and two sides was definitely the best choice I ever made when visiting.3/3 times I ordered the Scotch Steak with Salad and Sweet Potato Fries I was not left disappointed.Definitely will be coming back the next time I am in town.
