Expansive mall featuring 140+ shops, including international brands, plus a modern food court.
Mall is empty but definitely has potential to do better
Yet much to improve crowds awareness to the mall.
Plenty of parking space. Juat need to attract more tenants and create more activities to attract crowd.
Not many shops. Also, i dont understand the managements "security" reason of closing the nearest entrance to the LRT. 🤷🏽♂️
Pitch dark basement parking. Really scary if youre driving alone . No idea if youre driving deeper into the cave or driving out of the cave. Worth it only for Little Fat Duck and Jaya Grocer.
Many shops closed down already. Even H&M left. Now replaced with R.E.A.L Kids. Only left some F&B shops, Guardian, Jaya Grocer, Texas Chicken, and some other random shops... Some of the facilities are not well maintained. Many shoplots outside this mall are unoccupied too.
the place is practically a ghost town, majority shops are either closed or vacated
I went several times to play ping-pong. There are 5 tables on G floor next to Texas Chicken
Just dont go there lah. They have nothing. Im so surprised only the ground floor occupied but also not fully tenanted. But they have a lot of shoplot just outside the mall with walking distance
There are only few interesting retailers to go here so not much of a choice. Came here because theres Mamak shop in Jayagrocer serving Mee Rojak and other noodles menu. Texas Chicken is here but maybe next time since not many shops to go here anyway.
Outside parking is very expensive, I just go for laundry service only want to collect RM 7, better park in Elvove mall basement parking. Don’t no how the shop how to do business ? Nearby here got KFC , got mamak, if just drink a cup of teh Tarik have to paid parking fees RM 7 too. Not easy to do business here .
Hardly anything here. Most shops not occupied. Only a few f&b and jaya grocer
Dark, dingy, and dodgy as heck. Not sure how this mall is still operating as it is more than half unoccupied. The car park is dark and feels unsafe. I also took the lift up to the 3rd floor but was met with 2 locked doors which stopped me from exiting the lift hallway. So I had to take it back down to G and only fell there you can access into the mall. Avoid.
For resident of pacific place, this mall help abit. Mostly because of guardian and jayagrocer downstairs. Expecting more than that? Better go to citta mall
Pretty dead mall, with plenty of parking and a Jaya Grocer at the bottom. I guess the only reason why people bother to visit is mainly coz of the grocer and how easy to get parking and groceries without much hassle. There’s a church and sports center on the third floor as well.
Well we are and the endemic phone and shops slowly opening 🙄 but not best, Instead can go Paradigm Mall..
The 3 dishes marked as chefs recommendations ordered were up to expectation. Tasty good portions served. Dim sum all sold off on Fathers Day.
Disappointed...toilet malfunction, wall cracked, most shop are vacant...Used to be great place to shop around 5 years ago.Looks like going to be a dead mall if management didnt upgrade.. Wasted.
This Evolve Mall is another failed shopping centre.Empty shop spaces, empty parking, dirty toilets, looks like it might be abandoned any moment kind of a look.Sad though... hope things will improve over time.
The marks of a dying mall are evident. Lights are flickering, toilets do not have running water and many toilets do not flush. Safety is also a huge issue as the handrail on the upper floors was loose. Lets pray no mishaps occur. The only decent shops here are Jaya Grocer, a college, a Chinese restaurant and a church named Kingdomcity. Aside from that, the mall feels dilapidated. The car park is a D-grade one and dark. It does not feel very safe, especially for females.
Is the mall is really that dead silent? Yes it was. Its always been. It is even more creepy when most of the lights turned off about 1030pm. Luckily I found the small exit after mall operating hours. Read on...As far as I know the mall is already dead from 2018. Saw shops like H&M, japanese restaurants and other F&B closed one by one. H&M converted to pre-school. Food Court closed, deserted, filled with cockroach and other insects. The wash sinks are dirty. The crowds will usually go to Jaya Grocer because of the apartment blocks nearby. Theres rain water leaking from the ceiling at level 2. Nothing major but still need repair. You will hear the same annoying ambient music (cover songsplayed over & over again, every single day, every month....till the day before 1st MCO..Located near to LRT Ara Damansara station, but apparently Citta Mall perform better than Evolve. I guess most of us didnt have big purchase power like how shoppers do in Citta. Mostly small/medium business owners renting this area.I mostly go to Guardian, Texas Chicken and Jaya Grocer since its convenient from my workplace. No crowd, no long queue.Chinese restaurant, Event hall & church at level 3, dimly-lit furniture store at level 2, and discounted branded apparel on level 1.Nows theres New Market moved from first floor to ground floor. New buildings constructed near the LRT station...time just come and go so fast like wind..
Not a new mall no more but the tenant mix is still half empty. Im sure the Leasing team is trying their best and the downturn economy is not helping either including so many neighborhood Malls popping up in the Klang Valley. The tenants of the mall are totally out of sync with the demographics of that area and having a LRT station next door has proven a poor saviour of this badly thought through mall. Poor strategic thinking, poor execution and flawed implementation has doomed this sad sad place to a future like SS2 Mall. Death by a thousand cuts and a sordid end.
A neighbourhood mall with Jaya Grocer, Guardian pharmacy, REAL Kids, Texas Chicken, a Daiso-like store, etc. Not a posh mall but good enough for people with simple needs 😀
dark parking spots. Poorly managed mall. Pretty much dead mall. Not much of a choice in terms of F&B. Exit signs very misleading. Turning here and there.
Its empty and deserted! Only have Guardian, Texas Chicken, Jaya Grocer, a hair salon, a bistro, a cafe, and a furniture shop. Almost zero vistors. Who is paying these people to give 4-5 star ratings? So sad to see another dead mall.
A mall that has a potential but very poorly managed and maintained. Located beside LRT station. Not many shops are open. There are new futsal courts At level 3. Hopefully after MCO this mall will be better.
Get delicious pasta here
👎🏻1Evolve Concept Mall has absolutely stopped evolving since its inception2Basement car park, it is like entering into a ghost zone, super dark3Does not feel safe for anyone in the basement car park4There are car park bays for Jaya Grocer, under Premier Parking, must be a really big joke. There is nothing premier about these parking, other than closer to Jaya Grocer5Most malls have stopped charging the 10% surcharge on TNG, however Evolve Concept Mall still does that
Its a quiet mall but still have some good spot for food. You may find Texas chicken and Penang Road mamak which is a great place to hangout. Inside this mall has a church named Kingdomcity, a great place to meet new friend that you should pay a visit to.
Very convenient mall for those living in pacific place area. There is a jaya grocer available underground for grocery shopping. Several food outlets are also readily available in this mall. The mall also serves as a connector/shortcut to the LRT station during the day. Security in the mall is also good, especially during the pandemic.
Almost dead in term of operation. only few store operational at this moment. however for those who want a calm walk or hassle free selection. this might be the right place. with very little selection you will have no trouble deciding what to do/eat. The saving grace of this mall is definitely the fact that Jaya Grocer is on the lower ground level.
There is a lot of parking space in the basememt and around the mall. There is no crowd when we reached there. We can choose the parking spot close to the entrance and near escallator.I saw Jaya Grocers, news.com, FS store, 4 restaurants (one chinese restaurantas i was on the way to the row of shops outside of this mall. Hope the mall can have more main tenants to bring in the crowd.
Not crowded
The mall is ok, realised shops are not fully occupied and quite quiet.I not sure whether the outside parking is in charge by them? If yes, I think they need to take note and it might a part of reasons why this place is less attractive. The outside parking seem like valet parking, too much costly. Let’s imaging if the customer come here for a short while just for lunch, visit doctor or buy a thing (maybe able settle within an hour), but the customer need to bear a costly parking fees, are they willing to stay if other place have a better option such as free parking, more shops etc??So if the mall or Pacific Place want to attract more people and shoppers, need to adjust for the fees of outside parking as make it more reasonable or even promote as free parking.
Looks good. Due to MCo found all shops closed so cant comment much more in detail.
Much of a dead mall now with only a few stores open. Food choice here us only Texas Chicken and Am Sande Cafe left. Shopping theres FOS and a floor selling daily use items such as beauty, home products and clothes. Other than that theres a vintage car dealer inside. Perhaps if for events theres only a event hall upstairs to rent.
A convenient mall, right next to the Lrt Station (Ara damansaraand surrounded by eateries. Dont let it dies off. Come hang out here!
I believe that the initial concept of having this mall is good, but with the poor management team caused it ended up as another failure project. The mall is extremely empty with no crowd, only few known tenants like H&M, FOS, Texas Chicken and Guardian are still on business, but dont see any shoppers. Eventhough there is a ZARA warehouse sales now, but still ... disappointed. Also, its very wired to have premiere parking whereby cheap banner, ugly signage and dusty empty lots are just within the area.If no further action taken, it will be the faith as SSTWO mall.
Visited this mall on sunday morning...that time not many people yet..but my friend told me most of the time this mall bit mati...not sure why..maybe people around here more prefer bigger mall in KL...but for me..lagi bagus...shopping in peace...since not many shopper...some shop lot are vacant...in my opinion..mall location not really strategic..far from main road too...toilet very nice...new design and very clean...ambient parking space...try visit and let others know your review....
parking review:bkful if youre parking outside residential area, those outdoor parking, went there at night, seems very quiet, after parking got people yelling, thought they were fighting or sth, so continue with cari makan at the mall...come back time wana leave got 2 bros, came and collect parking fee...rm7 per day leh...go park less than 1 hour need to pay rm7...no labels or anything regarding that...private parking they say...
Foodzone is a nice place to eat specially with my favorite cuisine korean dishes .. i love the ramen .. good for shopping fornfashions .. bcz of shops like H&M .. and at night very peaceful and quite 😂
A very nice mall :still got many vacant shoplots;got potential to grow.....
Upcoming mall. Has a Texas chicken outlet, some trendy fashion stores, an Italian readymade garmet shop, life sized snooker outlet, a premium grocery store, premium vintage car shop and a shop famous for its dim sum. Walking distance away from the LRT station. Not so crowded.
Visited the food court at the mall, surprising find delicious char kuay teow and pan Mee at this small station. Never expect to find real taste malaysia street food from mall food court but this is must try if visit to the mall, cook by a Chinese chef and price is so reasonable and comes with big portion !
Was at Peninsula Chinese Cruise..Great place for dim shum..&Now got prawns noodles promotion....
Yakitori Dining Fukuda is a nice place for a quick dinner.Prices are reasonable. A fair choice of yakitori to choose from.
a good mid end mall but it has a really great CAR SHOWROOM inside with exotic vintage cars!
We went to check out the We Rock the Spectrum Kids Gym. The mall is new and still empty. It makes for a nice neighbourhood mall for the nearby residents but it will take time to be a mall of choice.
Convenient for the residents of Pacific Place. 5min walk from LRT Ara Damansara. Shops are still waiting to open though. And yes the toilets are top class.
Currently the shops are not fully occupied.Foodcourt@Foodzine is available at the 2nd floor with choices of nasi kandar penang road, kafe vietnam express, selera kampung, korean food, thai food and etc.
