Evening Cafe in Male

The dosa and idly in the morning could be the best you can get from male.But, the place doesnt look clean and the last time I was eating, a cockroach came up the table from below. And I thought, thats it.Boycott was sealed on the top of my head.

Food taste is good, but the main problem is service. The attitude of the service people is absolutely rude. Some times that people will not take the orders, we need to request them to take orders. Service was pathetic. Pls take care of this issue seriously.

As per my friend’s suggection and based on google map review yesterday i visited Evening Cafe. They disappointed me in whole way.I was planning to taste fish fry for here. Before ordering the fish i asked about the price and he said only 40MVR. Based on that i ordered same fish in this picture and some idiyappam with a black tea. Atlast i got a bill of MVR.64/- when i asked about the details, he replied fish price is 50/-.At the same time there was an argue between another customer for same price issue.Secondly the fish which i ordered was not fresh and foul smell was there. So dont try fish fry from there.Concluding-management should improve the hygine and atmoshphere.This is my experiance which i faced.

I love the biryani here. Best in Male. Price is worth. Normal cafe with normal seating. Indian looks, and smells Indian which make me miss India. Some more hygiene and arrangements seems needed. Overall fine and i like the place.

They give delicious foods but the place they gave seat to is not neat at all and those seats smells like a toilet and it looks like a toilet which is made to a eating place and its really dark,+ the food we ordered took to long to arrive

Cheap place to eat.. We order tea.. We ask to make it with ginger.. It takes 1 hour to come and come with coffee.. And we have to pay for it..

Evening café is one of the limited Indian cafés located in the heart of Male’. The food is tasty with varieties of India dishes. Though the taste of chicken biryani is different from authentic Indian biryani, it is better than most of the other places. Naan and chicken tikka are also in the favorite collection of food list for the roti lovers. The yummy butter chicken is one of the dishes that we cannot avoid in our dine-in visits.

Foods are little bit cheaper than other places. But less clean. Have more food options.
