Description
A lovely hotel with very caring and knowledgeable staff. Almost everything is within walking distance from this hotel. X
MoreNice hotel but breakfast was €12 and no kettle in the room
Exceeded expectations! Will definitely stay again! My stay was fantastic! The concierge, Mar, really set the bar really high! She was super welcoming and helpful when I arrived to check-in. She took the time to explain to me things to do in Granada by marking up a map and provided her recommendations (and the more local ones, too). I took her recommendations of going to Mirador de San Nicholas at sunset and watching a flamenco dance — highly recommend.Additionally, the rooms were super clean and had great aesthetics. The hotel definitely exceeded my expectations in all respects, especially hospitality, definitely better than most US-based hotels I’ve been too.
MoreSuperb hotel, the girl in the reception deserves a star on her own. Really helpful and service minded. Forgot to take pictures of the room, it was great tho. You’ll have to do with photos of the city and Alhambra castle.
MoreGreat location. It is like the photos. Ask for the parking. It is tricky to reach it. The staff are very kind. Good breakfast. 😄
MoreFantastic and new/modern hotel with an ideal location, close to many tapas bars, shops, and of course Alhambra. The service is fantastic and very helpful, the rooms are clean and well-equipped (though Id like to have seen a toilet brush in the bathroom). There is a safe, laundry bag, hangers, mini-fridge, hairdryer, tv, etc in the room, along with air conditioning which you can control yourself. We did not get to experience the rooftop bar because most of our stay was early in the week when they are closed. However, we did get to have their breakfast both days which was amazing. There is a coffee machine, a pastry table, cereals, and of course various meats and cheeses which you can put on toasted bread with tomato and olive oil.
MoreGreat experience overall. The location is amazing so close to everything and the rooms are very comfortable with an amazing and welcoming staff... Beautiful hotel.
MoreNice large room and shower room.Very clean. Unfortunately lots of road noise ( and from other guests). Shame roof bar not open but hotel very central . Problematic unloading car to hotel due to no dedicated stop off point. Helpful and knowledgeable staff.
MoreStunning hotel, recently refurbished. Good quality breakfast with lots of choices. Perfect location for everything in granada. Check-in was one of the best I have experienced, and Ive stayed in 100s of hotels! Very well trained, very informative with regards to what to see in Granada and the best way to get there. Restaurant recommendations, transport advise, all very well done! I think her name was Laura Arroyo, but I might be wrong!
MoreOne of a multi chain hotels in Spain, Staff friendliness & efficiency is common in addition to hotel nice decorations & tidiness.Hotel location is cleverly chosen since all hotels are located in the city centres.Highly recommended. NK
MoreWe had a great experience.Nice clean room, very friendly staff who gave us details about attractions in the city. Underground parking.Be aware that the underground parking can not accommodate a very large car, its quite narrow and with a low ceiling.Location is spot on, great view and access to nearby food, ATM, taxi.Highly recommend.
MoreI would really recommend this hotel , everything was perfect
A nice hotel but not impressed for the price or 4-star rating. It was missing many ammenities which I would expect: decent Wi-fi (it was weak signal and less than 1 MB/sec down), coffee maker in the room. The room itself was also nice but extremely small given the price. Also, I stayed in mid-September (when the weather in Granada is fabulousbut the rooftop terrace had already been closed for the season - disappointing. Parking was available across the street in a public garage but is quite crowded and expensive.
MoreVery good location, clean and nice.Friendly staff
Everything was going well. Had a nice room. Although, the guy at reception was a bit of a pain as he had to explain many details and I was exhausted. Parked across the street for 25 euros. They didn’t accept my American Express card, but worse than that was a ticket that came four months later by the city for stopping in front of this hotel to unload my suitcases!!! It’s possible that the city and this hotel are making extra cash on the side, I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the case. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or any hotel for that matter that is in the city as this could be a scam! The ticket was for 84.00 Euros, and no photo of my Mercedes license plate. Just a ticket for literally stopping in front of this hotel. Also, it’s forbidden to drive anywhere near this hotel cameras are everywhere to give out tickets! Good luck!By far the most expensive hotel between parking, 1 small room for the night, no breakfast and a ticket for unloading my things €210,00 not worth it folks!
MoreFriendly staff, clean rooms and great location !
Covid restrictions handling 100/100 -perfect. Super friendly staff all the time.
Great location, great price. Nice breakfast and rooms are nicely styled. Dont forget to download the APK2 parking app before you arrive to save a fortune on weekend parking
MoreExcelent hotel in downtown Granada. The whole hotel is perfectly clean and new. Totally recommended.
MoreWe had some room issues after check-in that were dealt with professionally and we were compensated.Discounted parking available under plaza Real or at the hotel.A rather new hotel interior with good nice modern rooms, especially the triple rooms.Good breakfast value.Summer roof cafeteria.
MoreI was very disappointed to say the least. After traveling to Spain I realized I needed to rebook my transportation from Barcelona to Granada which resulted in me getting to the hotel later than originally planned. I called the hotel to tell them about my changes and that I wouldn’t be there until the morning of my second night. I was told the manager said it would be fine however my first night was non refundable. That was fine because I told them I would be there early in the morning. When I got to the hotel I was told that my room wasn’t ready and I would have to wait. After paying for the first night I expected a room upon arrival, unfortunately I was mistaken. The hotel gave my room away and made me wait hours until another room could be cleaned. Once I got to the room it smelt like cigarette smoke. Finally I realized the smell was coming from the towels in the bathroom! They were dirty and reeked. Not only that but the bathroom sink was clogged. <br/>Sure the room was nice looking and the bed was comfortable but the service was not what I expected or paid for.
MoreGreat location. Clean, modern, great roof top views and excellent staff - so helpful!
MoreGreat position, nice room, but dont think about pulling up outside with your car...... Impossible
MoreCancelled my honeymoon reservation by text at 4pm on the day of check-in citing an unspecified “technical issue”. Offered to relocate me to sister hotel. No goodwill offered at all. Refused even to cover my 2 nights parking when asked. Then, after I gave some feedback that they weren’t managing it well (ie once i was annoyed), decided they could give me the free parking, by which time I’d already made alternative arrangements. No courtesy, no integrity, no professionalism. Avoid
MoreNice modern hotel in a great location with friendly helpful staff. Rooms are very clean. We arrived on a particularly hot day (41°Cand although the lobby was wonderfully cool the air-conditioning in the room could not keep up. After leaving it on all night while we slept the lowest it could cool the room (409was 27°C. The air outside in the early morning was cooler than it was inside.
MoreAmazing hotel, super friendly staff, nice rooms and location. Breakfast could be a bit better though.
MorePlace is really pretty and in a hot city like this its cool and refreshing inside. The beds are a little hard for my taste but i slept really well (the pillows were really soft i loved it). The staff can speak really good English and is really friendly. They have a roof terrace but it seems to be unfinished (?But you can still chill there and enjoy the view. Also the location is perfect, lots of shops around and a parking underground.Really good AC and the rooms were clean. The wifi connection is also great (if you would like to watch something live on your laptop or download a movie for your trip backalso there is an option to bring an internet cable for plugging in for a direct connection
MoreThe hotel just renovated and re-opened in 2018 if Im not wrong. Right now is April 2019, the hotel still like new and good facilities. Room is clean and neat. Bathroom also clean and the best part is they do separate wet-dry part. Every mirrors in the room are clean. Bed is comfy. I booked one king bed room but they push two single beds close to each other. Im not complain about it as long as it is clean. The location is good, I checked Uber from this hotel to Alhambra is around $6-$7 and according to Uber/ google map will take around 15 mins drive. About the parking, They do have a parking underground the hotel but hotel lobby told me to go parked at the parking opposite to the hotel, under the square. It is still very small and narrow. If anyone gonna drive here, please consider to get a small size car. Also the hotel didnt have A/C during winter time but they do have window for you to open if you need fresh air. Breakfast is 7.30AM-10.AM and it is 10 euros per person, you can pay at the hotel. I didnt have breakfast here so cant say about the quality and variety of the food. So far this hotel is good because it is clean and new with a good size room.
MoreNewly renovated hotel in the heart of Granada. Centrally located within walking distance of most major attractions. The Alhambra is only 6 km away which can be reached with UBER or your own car. This would normally be a 4 star review from me but I have some major issues with them not giving me the chance to regulate my own temperature in my room. The Good:- Centrally located- Spacious room- Newly renovatedThe Bad:- No AC no heater control. You live the way they want you to live. I asked about the AC and the response was "if you want cold open the window"- Dusty. Maybe because they want you to open the window? There was dust everywhere. Dust on my nightstand. Dust on the headboard. Dust.I would not come back here again and would give another hotel a chance. One thats willing to pay a little extra to give their paying customers a chance to control how they want to live.
MoreSuper fantastic hotel and front reception very near to everywhere in Granada with very stylish design I rate it 10 / 10
MoreNew facility, great location! Id more than happy to stay again.
Super helpful staff! New and very clean hotel! The only negative is that there is no room service...
MoreLocation is perfect, unfortunately the beds were horrible, we had one broken bed and they never bothered to fix it. AC hardly works. The staff didnt seem like they cared much
MoreCozy Hotel in a very centric location. Good prices and service. Theyre missing parking spots alrhough you have a load/unload stop a few meters down the entrance.
MoreVery good position, nice breakfast, friendly stuff but we had little used feeling from rooms premises
MoreGreat central location, near shops and restaurants. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean. Great place to stay.
MoreElevators are an issue and some airconditioning issues but otherwise it was incredible and in an incredible location
MoreVery nice hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Stayed for one night and the rooms were good value for money, would have been nice to have another electrical point in the room near the bed to charge your phone without needing to unplug the TV or mini fridge.
MoreA rather decent hotel, whose biggest advantage is its location. From this hotel, it is very easy to reach all the main sights of Granada. The advantage is a relatively large number of restaurants and bars in the area. It is rather difficult to get to the hotel by car, but at the hotel in the city center it can be assumed. The staff is seamless, friendly.
MoreSmall and stuffy room with broken AC. We asked at reception if we could move to a new room as the one we were given had a broken AC. We got a new room, but the AC was broken in the new room as well. The shower had a very low water pressure. And it was hard to adjust the temperature. The bed is really hard, and the pillows are too big, so I had to use a towel as a pillow. And there is absolute no sound proofing rooms. You can easily hear people in the next room and in the hallway. And for some reason people are moving/scraping the furniture throughout the night - very annoying! All this combined makes it very hard to get any sleep. The only two positive things with staying at this hotel is the price and the location. The hotel is very central i the sentrum and within walking distance of bars/restaurants and Alahambra.
MoreSmall but clean and comfortable rooms, poor breakfast, good location
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great central location. Nice family room for four. Clean and comfortable. Large bathroom with a bath. Decor slightly dated and could certainly do with a lick of paint.parking is expensive but cheaper than any of the surrounding car parks if you intend to park for more than eight hours.
MoreFriendly staff, decent breakfast, clean rooms, centrally located. My room was a bit small though, even for a single.
MoreDated decor and decoration very tired but able to charge is high rates because of the shortage of hotel accommodation in Granada.
MoreBasic hotel with lovely staff. No frills but close to the Alhambra and city center.
MoreParking is not great. 19.50 for 24 hours and. The city infrastructure is not convenient for driving and the hotel is on a busy road. The location is quite close to the touristy areas and you can take a cab for around 5 euros to alhambra.
MoreVery friendly desk staff, location is great. Close to all the shops and plenty of restaurants. Rooms are average. Comfortable beds, size of rooms were expected. AC units function just okay, but room wasnt an uncomfortable temperature. Breakfast buffet was alright, but quite pricey at 7€ a head.
MoreGreat location, but I wasnt that pleased with the room. I visited Granada during wintertime. The room was pretty cold, the heating very noisy and not so effective.
MorePerfect location for tourism, quiet nice rooms with a big bathroom
This hotel is an easy walk to shopping, eating, and the cathedral. Its close to the Alhambra and Sacromonte. It is also close to several bars where the locals go on Friday nights for drinks, tapas, and socializing. The staff are extremely helpful and speak English, and they will book tours for you. The breakfast buffet is a nice combination of Spanish food and more traditional breakfast food.
