Overall a good hotel. Just need to upgrade the electrical outlets for mobile phone chargers for international travelers.

Turkish Airline booked a night for me here because my flight got canceledNice and clean hotel but the breakfast not so much

Room was clean and comfortable. When it comes to breakfast, it could be better, but in general it is ok. There is a Marmara shopping center near the hotel. Interior of the hotel is amazing!

Being a frequent traveler can confirm this is not a 5 star hotel, consider it as a 4. Only reason to stay would be if you have business to do in the area, in my case a layover from Turkish Airlines. The location has nothing interesting around. The mini fridge in the room wasnt working, also the air conditioning so you cant arrange a comfortable temperature. The dinner service was poor (only rice and chicken). For the rest it was a comfortable staying.

An express 5 stars hotel that gives you the best quick business stop experience

Good hotel. Only issue was the street noise from a major roadway and the central room A/C seemed to be shut off for the fall season making it too warm in the room. Couldnt open the window due to the street noise

Turkish airlines had this hotel as the complimentary option for the long layovers. It is definitely not a 5 star hotel, maybe a 3 star. The room I was in was very small and smelled a bit strange. Mattress was very firm (which wasnt good for meand the hotel is about an hour away from the airport and an hour away from the city. Theres a mall thats about a 10 min walk but not much else. Quite a busy area. I wouldve preferred paying to be in the city than this free hotel stay.

Extremely poor service, no hot water for 3 days, room service forgot our order, you had beg to get toilet paper, lady that cleaned our room was yelling at us. I have been had such a bad experience like this hotel(motel). I don’t know how they got a 5 star designation.

Was only a night I stay but it was more than enough to see and feel the comfort of the staff and it was very clean

We transferred here from Turkish Airline. Very poor light on 1st floor where our room was,Poor floor and in room lights, bed was comfortable but pillows very uncomfortable. Internet connection definitely in top five worst connections I ever had from a Hotel..Free dinner and breakfast was offered from Turkish Airline fix dinner menu for Turkish passengers. Tomato soup, mash potatoes, tiny shredded chunks of chicken, Pasta and cake was served for dinner and portion was good and enough to fill you up. Breakfast was OK but, not the five star hotel standards.The restaurant staff was friendly and helpful.One issue we had but, that was addressed immediately, when someone was knocking our door late night aggressively, it happens ones and when I call the Front Desk they apologies and ask me to call them again if I hear the knock again so they can pull up security cameras.Over all not bad stay at all, there are all kind of shops and restaurants around this hotel to explore.

if you bring a guest even for a short time they charge you a lot of money for it! And they dont tell you thatThe food is terrible!!Every day the same And there is nothing to eatAnd the maids dont clean properlyמלון גרוע לא להתקרב

The location and general service were amazing, but according to me, the breakfast rules are not comfortable enough, even though it was a buffet but there is a person to help you on every plate, and the food variety was limited.so I found that noisy and hope to be better.

Stayed there a few hours because Turkish Airlines placed its passengers having a tranzit time more than 10 hours. Only interior things really impressed 👍

Well I cant expect more than an entry level five star hotel. The gym equipment was great no complaints about it but breakfast.. really guys? 5start rated hotel and no international breakfast or even freshly squeezed orange juice?

My room was wide . The service was good with good price .. i loved the location of the hotel its the best place to live in istanbul if you are a resident but unfortunately its so far from all the tourist attraction

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel Euro Park, the front desk team is professional especially Mr. Ilkay Aston, who helped us by answering all of our questions and welcomed us! The resturant was very good and the rooms are clean and very comfortable. We recommend this hotel to our family and friends!

I do NOT recommend for solo female travellers! I had no choice because my flight was overbooked and Turkish airlines sent me here. I was in a heap the entire time I stayed here I had what sounded like a group of men hanging outside my room aggressively knocking and this happened about 5-6 times over a space of 2-3 hours. The hotel staff were acting as if I was crazy that there was no one there. I had someone on the phone who also heard it! I got a voice recording of the men speaking to eachother in Turkish after knocking. Anytime I’d speak or move aggressive knocking happened again. This was after being stared at by 2 different men when going to and from my room. It took myself, my dad and my best friend ringing reception multiple times to change my room and floor for my safety for them to eventually change me. This isn’t safe for solo females. Be careful, I am worried what their intentions were. It most definitely wasn’t room service and I heard about 4 different men

Rooms just right but very noisy, far away from a 5" star hotel, supper very poor. Weve just had one afternoon-evening in the city, tried( not one but three times!)to book a taxi for eight people to visit the centre, from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. When it came time to get it, they told us it was going to be 1 hour late, we thought of cancelling but we didnt want to miss the opportunity to see the city, second time the same thing happened, adding that we had supper in 15 minuts to be able to get the taxi that for our surprise was going to be late again!!! That could have been more than enough but the worst was the appalling treatment we got from the staff, no apologies at all, they even threw the money back to us.Im not surprised most of their customers are people from delayed Turkish airlines flights.

We have transferred here from Turkish AirlinePoor lights, bed and pillows are very uncomfortable. Tv is very small and not much English channel’s.AC work only for few hrs then they stoped in the middle of the night.I tried to call front desk but phone wasn’t working either.I have been offered free dinner and breakfast from Turkish Airline.They had a fixed menu for for Turkish passengers( potatoes salad, macaroni and cake only.Horrible breakfast.I felt like i m in prison had no choice far from the City you can go anywhere.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

My honest review:Let me begin with the positive, the staff tried their best to solve any issues. And we’re quite helpful on numerous occasions. Thank you for this.Now to the serious problems I faced. During booking I specifically requested a nonsmoking room. When I checked in I never thought this wouldn’t be thought off prior to my arrival. Since my check in was late I went straight to bed. However I really struggled falling a sleep since the room had the worst smell I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It turned out the bad smell was due to smoking which was allowed a these rooms. I only managed to sleep max 2-3 hours that night. I was so tired that I didn’t had energy to complain Initially.Staff were kind enough to put me into a nonsmoking room later that day. They room smelled also a bit but not near as bad as the first one.Since I arrived to hotel from overseas my stomach only gave me problems from day 1, so much so that I had to stop eating at the restaurant. My problems first stopped when I went home.The the bed and pillows are just terrible you should have soft and supportive pillows. They were wobbly and i had to change pillows during sleep. Cleaning: Floor at toilet nerver washed during stay. My towel turned yellow when I was trying to get som water of the floor. vacuuming only occurred after request. For almost a week.If management is serious to international costumers especially from Scandinavia where smoking is prohibited at all indoors. Please address this ASAP. I know Turkiye has heavily smoking population but please join the modern world where smoking is getting more and more restricted.Would never stay here again.

First room offered to me smelled bad. Toilet smelled at smoke. I asked to reception to change room and They told me that They were full. When I asked to give me my money back ready to find another decent hotel near by, They agreed to change room. Even if it was smaller room than the one I booked, with poor wood door maintenace and a noicy room with window not well isolated I accepted. At 22.00 I had no much choice. I will not return. It is a pitty because location is quite convinient to me.

We had a conference at this Hotel, and it was more than great. The lobby is very well decorated and is huge! The person in charge for reservations could speak very good English which helped us in our event as many other Hotels didnt have an employee who could speak with us and communicate. We didnt see the rooms as it was only a conference but seems to be a very decent place.

Very lacking lighting inside the room as well as outside, very poor service and cleaning, very uncomfortable pillows.The most frustrating thing 2 very stupid single beds 80cm while these is enough for 100cm or 120.Really disappointed.Bad experience I dont recommend at all

Night staff was a little hassle to deal with as our room cards would expire every night for some reason although payment was in advance,the manager looked after us after we complained and was very kind and helpful!

Simple hotel with 5* set at central metroway, very close to Tuyap and some shopping options, rooms are nice and big but they have problems with cleaning this nice rooms and restrooms. Breakfast was not that bad but faraway from 5*, I think the unique 5* belongs to the staff of f&b and frontoffice.But most negativ surprised with roomservice after I asked for glasses fork and knife to pay 50tl for those dishes???

The hotel itself is old and the lobby is beautiful from inside. The on-site restaurant expected to have better variety of food and service. Right across from the hotel is the famous Blue Mosk.

I have visited the hotel last month from 2nd November till 12 November. I had a great experience. In terms of covid precautions, i felt very comfortable as there was a staff at the gate taking all the guests temperature. No matter how many times we leave the hotel in the day they will never miss any entry without taking the temperature. There are sanitizers almost everywhere, one on the frnt desk, next to the elevators and on every floor. One of the things i liked as well is that on the front desk there was two sets of pens marked one for the used pends ( unsanitisedand one for the sanitised pens to fill the hotel forms.The staff were very helpful, they all speak English. I have to mention Mr. Ozkan from the front desk for his hospitality and help he showed. As we had to do covid test before we travel, he had arranged for us with the nearest hospital. Not only that , he managed to get us a great rate for the test itself, as we have discovered at the hospital that if we have visited the hospital on our own it would have cost us 500TL but since we arw from the hotel we only paid 250 TL. He didnt just stop therw when we recwivwd the test result we couldnt get the reports over the phone due to some technical issues. Unfortunately most of the emplyees at the hospital dont speak English so he called the hospital for us and managed to get us the results over the phone and asked the hospital to send us the results over the phone.I really appreciate all the efforts and the help we have got. Definitely i am visiting this hotel again.

Everything is good, besides SOUNDPROOF. You can hear everything your neighbors talking about. You wont be able to sleep while their tv is ON. Besides that, this place is a clean place, shower is good. Visually this place is a 5 star, but once you close your eyes, you wont think that way.

We were here for one night, booked by Turkish Airlines due to missing our connecting flight. The staff is very friendly and gve us a good room. The spa is very good and perfect for some post flight relaxation. I especially recommend the hamam and bali massage. The dinner buffet was sadly not very good. Certainly not worth the money - recommend to eat outside in a Restaurant. Breakfast is good. All in all, good layover.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel due to the “security” guard who yanked my daughters arm out of frustration. I spent a whole day back and forth trying to cancel the remaining two days on my reservation and the manager refused. It took me threatening to dispute the credit card charge for them to let us leave, we ended up booking at a different hotel for the last 2 nights.In addition to the incident that occurred, the cleaning service is not up to parr with other hotels and breakfast lacks variety. I would not recommend this hotel.Only decent thing was the reception men who did the best that they could given their limited abilities.

Its alright staff are polite, rooms are clean and spacious enough but walls are very thin not very soundproofed guy staying in room next to us was very busy ;air conditioning is good and shower has good pressure, however Wi-fi is quite bad.You can hear housekeeping knocking on doors in morning they dont have any patience theyll keep knocking until someone answers so just use do not disturb sign and when you go out flip the sign to "make up my room" and they pretty quick and will give you fresh towels etc by time you come back.Room service menu is edible and is ok just a little bit tight on portion sizes and dont order a spaghetti bolognese youll get spaghetti and about a tablespoon of mince lol but tasted nice still.If you walk out the hotel do a left and follow the road for 2 mins youll end up by mcdonalds, kfc restaurants and a supermarket etc... so try go out to eat and drink instead of using minibar (can of cola is 17TL which is about £3go to Migros mini mart down road you can get a multipack of 6 for that priceThey also have shisha/hookah lounges try nobbys.Marmara park is also 15 min straight down walk which is a shopping mall.

Nice hotel, helpful and kind staff. This is my 10th stay here, very good value. This hotel doesnt seem a 5 star from outside, however inside is totally different, luxurious ans spacious. If you request toothbrush kit, it is deliverable. Large and spacious fitness salonn are full of new and branded exercise machines and stuffs.

Really nice hotel, spacious lobby with some rather expensive seating, comfortable is the word Id use. Rooms are also nice and clean (as youd expectmosque on site and also a lovely one just over the road. Tasty breakfast, nice and light! Salad, fruit, tasty bread, cheeses and vine ripened tomatoes, its all good. Attentive staff and shiny floors. Dont be put off from its name!

My personal experience to this hotel was not good. It was a list of things which I faced during single day stay which I wrote on their complain card. They assured that they will write back to me on these issues but they didnt even bothered to come back. Pathetic service. Even inside the room things were out of order. Laughing stock that in washroom there was possibility to lock the door from outside and not from inside. What else you wanna hear.

Nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms. There is some noise from front highway, but is ok.Staff is friendly and helpful.Rich breakfast. Lunch, unfortunately, during my stay was not giving many choices, probably because was a buffet reserved.Overall has made a good impression.

Decent quality for low prices. Rooms overlooking the main highway are noisy, I stayed one night in of those and asked to change, they gave me a room overlooking the main lobby, and this turned out to be hot as hell, although heating was turned off in the room. Apparently everybody was complaining abou this. They need to do something ASAP.Breakfast is nice. Rooms are clean.

The rooms are ok. Unfortunately both rooms where not really clean (Hair in the room and bathroom, both toilets not clean). The Hotel is located directly on a big road so it is very noisy.The food in the restaurant is okay but not a highlight. The bed was comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful.So from my side three stars.
