The collection is really good. The salesperson in that branch is extremely helpful and polite. We were able to find what we wanted in no time. Also, eccos shoes are always comfortable and stylish.

Very big shopping center .here you can find many clothes brands stores and many different restaurants...Really nice,clean and modern.

Way too busy on the weekends and only two toilets in the building with impossible waiting lines. Otherwise, cool shops there

From fast food to restaurants, to supermarket and exclusive cloth lines. All in a range of a few meters and up on top, great view for a coffee or something to eat.

Nice big mall with so many known Brands

Food and shopping and many other things available. Unfortunately Thalia is the only place where you can expect the view of outside.

It is really nice, but the prices are quite high.

I just love going through this place everyday going to Galeria, it is like an actual passage between the lake side toward the stores side

well, the toilets are weirdly placed at the very top floor. i just find that weird. if an elderly person needs to use the toilet they have a journey to make to go to the top floor....unless i am wrong and there are toilets om the bottom floor...either way, its a very big mall.

Super busy on Saturdays but it has tons of stores and a great food court upstairs with tons of choices.

An interesting big mall experience in Hamburg and an excellent place to window shop as well.

Its a nice shopping mall and you can find almost everything there.

This is a typical mall, super crowded from 11AM to late evening. During lunch make sure you have lots of time or go to another place to find food. It’s super busy and long waiting times and lines. still it’s a nice place to stop by if and when you are in Hamburg, Germany. FYI: I took these pictures earlier in the day prior to the crowds arrival.

Very nice place to visit as you can get over there many brands for shopping and it has food court at upper floor and there many options to eat. Ubhan and Sbhan station are near to this. Its in centre of the city.

A bit warm without air conditioning, but nice food court on the top floor

The food plaza at the top floor is an interesting concept. The bridge connecting two buildings but closing of an entire street is a disasterous idea. Someone should go to jail for that.

A complete shopping center!! Gifts, coffee shops, clothes, electronics, restaurants, among others. It has a food market as well. Even if its not to buy, its worth visiting

Its a great shopping centre for teenagers and young families. There are many shops and places to buy food, sandwiches, snacks and ice creams. They arent restaurants with sofisticate menu, mainly take away food. There is also a McDonalds restaurant. Shops are mainly clothing aimed at young generations. There is also a good variety of grocery stores.

Loved it very nice big shopping mall, the food court is on the 3 level which has a good variety. A must visit if you are in the center city of Hamburg

Very nice mall, three stars just because of signage including but not limited to the restroom signs which are very misleading...I wasnt able to find them! By the time I got to where the sign was pointing, there was another sign pointing me towards the direction I came from! Seriously?! #ThumbsDown

Good place when hiding from the cold weather!

It’s almost the most famous shopping center in Hamburg , the location is fantastic but the parking is expensive I recommend you to use public transportation for reaching this location as you may have some walking in areas around it so you can freely enjoy your time.

Europa passage is good place to do shopping and eat foods. The restaurants are serving various kind of dishes from different countries. We enjoyed eating Pizza in Pizza hut.

Really nice and massive-ish shopping centre with loads of and variety of stores over 4 floors. There is a traffic light for entry (I suppose because of the COVID19 restrictions). But most annoying thing coming from ground floor is that toilets was only available on the 2nd floor, got there then youve to pay 50cents to use. First time Ive seen this in a shopping mall where you pay to shop, eat etc... And still have to pay for toilets!

The mall has almost every store you would need; clothes, food, house appliances and so on.Its a rather central location and easy to access with U Bahn. They dont have many electronic stores or ones for kitchen appliances and so, but if you need small items, gifts and clothes you have a wide variety.Many restaurants and fast food also available. The mall isnt very big but overall a good place.

Beautifully decorated in Christmas. Such a amazing architecture. I really like the architecture of the mall. You can visit this mall at any time. Top floor, you can get all over the world food. It is really a big mall.

Came here will wandering around Hamburg and need a break from all the walking. From the outside, it looks like any other big shopping mall, but on the inside it looks like a space age design in the far off future. The architecture of the interiors is absolutely stunning with an atrium made up of parabolic supports. Nice place to do a bit of shopping and cafes for coffees and snacks. +1 for the interiors!

What a great place to shop, eat , buy home stuff, gifting gallery and a lot more.i didnt realize the time there at all.all brands from various price ranges and food stuff.loved the place..and it is usually much crowded also as it is the one stop solution for all shopping freaks.

I rate it 5 stars because of their food street. There are many kinds of exotic cuisine, and the other is cheap. You can find Indian, Turkish, Spanish, Mexican food here. I rarely seen this in other places.

Massive shopping mall in Jungfersteig, Hamburg. Here you can find all the major stores in everything from fashion to food. Jewellery to toys. Clothes, shoes, cosmetics, home items etc. There is wheelchair accessible elevator and entrance. Clean toilets are available to visitors at €1 per use. This is a tourist delight! I took awesome photographs here.

Crowded shopping mall with variety of high street brands and dining options located in the center just beside the lake. The parking building is available just next to the mall.

Big shopping center with good location and food courts. Sometimes its too crowded, but every shop always has best sold items and very nice shopping assistants.

Crowded from 10:00 until 14:00 Monday to Saturday. The toilets are clean but you are required to pay 0,50€. There is a great variety of shops , especially the food. Elevator available and the entire mall is completely handicapped friendly.
