I came to enjoy a meal with a friend of mine and she said they have cheap drinks and great food and there we sat eating and enjoy very delicious entrees and a few margaritas. I have to go again ❤️😋
They be false advertising they deals 😒 and I paid for extra pepperonis. Does this look like extra pepperonis? 😒
The new cook needs to slow down and stop over cooking the food but a very good place

I came in there to pick up my food couldn’t come in due to no one telling me that you needed a student id to pick up your order. there was a woman that met me at the door with a sweatshirt that said she worked there . She then told me to me hand her my debt card and she would pay for my food card. I was offended even by what the officer said as well. I felt so uncomfortable to hand someone out of uniform my debt card. She didn’t even have a work badge. I then asked to speak to the manager and he said this is something Monday thru Friday that had to be done. I was so upset and hungry I paid for my food and once I got in the car my food was not properly bagged and spilled all over my car combining together.if I could give this place no stars I would. Never again would I spend my money in this place again. And the things the officer said I would never . This is the pick of all I had to eat after $45 worth of food

Great lunch special-Gyro, Potatoe Wedges and Drink 9.99
They dont skimp on the meat in their Gyros. The only knock against them is theyre not the fastest, but the give you an ETA on your food thats fairly close. Definitely recommend, if youre not in a hurry.

Terrible Terrible Terrible feathers all in the food try all night to return it they pick the phone up and hang up on you so you call the next morning delivery guy answers doesnt realize he hasnt hung the phone up calling us all types of names so whats next go into the location voices get raised he pulls a knife on sum1 I go in there it gets physical manager is mad now wants to press charges with his fat sorry behind yet still has the employee who pulled the knife on a female customer still working there worker slams her on her head all this because there employee came from behind the counter to engage n pulls a knife on a customer that posed no threat all this could have been prevented with a lil professionalism and a process to replace a customers order without management being there secondly should have never sold no1 feathery chicken needless to say WHEN COURTS GOT WHOLE STORY MY CASE WAS DISMISSED THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT NEEDS REPLACED DELIVERY GUY IS A HOT HEAD N DANGEROUS AND SHOULD NOT BE DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC
$6 pizza on Wednesday....an they R delicious😋....everywhere is short staffed B patient....its worth the wait😁

A summit and portage county staple. I worked there in college and still enjoy the food every once in awhile. Probably the best pizza and gyros in the entire state.
Ive had both good and bad experiences here. One bartender was always drunk and really loud here during trivia nights upstairs, but he seems to be gone now. Current bartender for upstairs (Bergdoes a pretty good job and remembers my boyfriend and I and what we typically order. Ive had mostly good pizzas on Wednesdays, got maybe one bad one once, but everyone elses food has come out good consistently.
Kent one is better.Upstairs the bartenders were really inattentive and the bathroom was gross and without toilet paper in both stalls.
I loved this place in college and when Im in town I order. Usually I have no issues except for now. My order was delivered 40+minutes after I was supposed to get it. The driver only gave me half my order and I had to run out to stop him from leaving. His car was full of orders and they werent organized at all. I finally got most of what I was missing. However you can tell my food was sliding around in the car and most of it was lukewarm at best. Tried calling multiple times and got put on hold or the phone just rang. $80 wasted.
LOVE the baklava! The pizza dough is made from scratch. Depending on who makes it drastically effects how your pizza comes out. The gyro sauce is either amazing, or rotten.
I was only here for delivery pick up, but the staff was polite and professional the food smelled Wonderful and appeared to be hot and fresh for each order I picked up. I have previously eaten food from eurogyro at thier old location and was never disappointed.... Update: still happy with eurogyro
I had a very pleasant experience. Josh came out and personally introduced himself to me. He let me know that he was the who prepared my food. Hes such a great guy and and is very pleasant. That really meant a lot. Sorry no pics bc we devoured the food in like 2.5 seconds, lol!
Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese bread. Honey gold chicken pizza was pretty good but lots of onions on it so if your not a big fan, request less or no onions. The gyro pizza wasnt that great, not sure what it was but it was lacking something. The cheese bread was perfect. I would get the honey gold chicken pizza again with no onions.
Just about the only late night place in Akron with a full hot meal. We were able to eat dine in, fairly quickly. The good was generous in proportion size, but average in taste and presentation. I had jojos, which were good and hot, but the cheese sauce was cold and inedible that came with with them. My gyro was large, and the meat and tsazaki sauce was delicious. However, by the time I got it it was cold and the bread was soggy. Not great, but not terrible for an after midnight meal downtown. The price was reasonable and the staff were pleasant and helpful. There was also karaoke upstairs, so by 1:30am, there was a long line and a large crowd downstairs waiting for food and tables.
And this is always been my go-to place to eat I dont eat nowhere but here and when I tell you any other time I get steak subs JoJos and cheese sauce on the mushroom burger I decided to order a pepperoni pizza and when I tell you it exceeded my expectations it came nice and hot cheese was still hot the crust was done perfectly man forget five stars I gave it 80 Stars
Eurogyro is a great place for food and drinks its hip and flavorful.Theyre super busy and they dont always check orders before just handing it off so I had to wait an extra 30 mins for my delivery because someone gave out my chicken wings. Its like the 3rd time it happened at separate locations so its probably them trying to make door dash work with this already huge workload.Its been like a year though.
It hurts my heart to give them such a low rating. Their pizza is amazing, when they make what you ordered. I ordered 2 extra large deluxe pizzas with extra cheese and soda. $50 easy. I opened the box when I got home, they were completely plain with extra cheese.

Eurogyro has 1 topping pizzas every Wednesday for 6 bucks. I always get bacon and they load it up. unlike dominos or pizza hut or papa Johns where they use a measuring cup and give you a minuscule amount of bacon.
Said 30 min wait after an order and was over an hour and a half! Food was good but the staff could be a little more up front.
Just ordered a large stromboli. I was told 40 minutes for delivery. I waited almost 90 min. When my food got here it was ice cold and they did not give me any marinara for my food. When I called back to tell them they said we can have someone bring you marinara cups but it will take them awhile ( I live right behind themso when I asked for a credit the lady said sure, I can credit you a DOLLAR for the missing marinara cups. I just hung up on them. They will no longer get my business.
Terrible service!!! We paid for our food and we were told to wait for 20 mins. Once we came back to pick up our order, we learned that the cashier had incorrectly charged us for something we didnt even order. Besides that, we had to wait another 20mins for our "actual" order. We were told that we would be taken care of, due to the inconvenience besides , it was the cashier who rang up the wrong order in the first place. Dont go to this place. They wont make it right and they dont pay attention when youre ordering. They have terrible customer service and only care about a sale.
Just from school super hungry didn’t cook so I ordered something , BAD Decision EVER !!! Didn’t waste my time complaining because I’m not ordering again…gyro meat was old, cheese in Calzone not melted and no toppings added JOJOs was old so sad because they use to be GREAT..!!
DO NOT EAT HERE. As I write this I have been waiting 40 minutes in the place for an order they said online would be ready in 20 minutes (so 1 hour total waiting). Watched two separate people complain about wrong orders while I was waiting. How can you be this incompetent at pizza and gyros? Lots of staff sitting around at the bar talking might explain it? I don’t know, but I can only imagine drunk people must sustain this business because if you are sober it will leave you with nothing but frustration and disappointment.
This place is awful. They cant get orders right, service is terrible, and the delivery drivers have no concept of human communication. Too many times have my orders been incorrect. Most of the time I would be lucky to even get what i paid for. If the store messes up a delivery, they will not correct their mistake, instead they will ghost you.
Waited over an hour to get a wrong order. Went back, told them they were missing 30 wings, guy behind the counter grabbed an unlabeled bag and handed it to us. Absolute nightmare, staff didnt care at all. 0 organization. Would rather get bdubs and thats saying something.
I just placed a order for a party they told me it’ll be ready and 30 minutes just pulled up the order wasn’t ready they didn’t prepare the order! They didn’t call to explain the situation of paying over the phone for a order over a $100... now I have a lot people hungry because of the lack of employee training do better Sonia smh
The pizza was amazing last time. Crust wasn’t to thick.Forgot to take a photo of it but was amaze balls. Wings extra crispy. Probably gonna have a date tomorrow. Great deals on Wednesdays y’all .
Food is really good here but the inconsistency is enough to make someone not want to come back. Sometimes employees care, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they answer the phone sometimes they don’t. Sometimes your food is done by the estimated time sometimes its 30min to an hour after your estimated time. Sometimes your food is cooked perfect sometimes it’s not. I really like the food I just wish they’d do better ☹️

First time here, not my first time having it though. Pretty big gyros for the price. And pretty tasty. Definitely one of my go to places now.
Ordered through doordash, spent 50 bucks and got about 15 bucks worth of food.. ordered wings fried mushrooms and a Philly cheese steak .. wings were in an aluminum foil pan with 2 cups of oil spilling out the sides and the Philly was ok but the bun wasnt even toasted. I spent like 5 bucks on literally 5 or 6 little mushrooms I also didnt receive ANY OF THE DIPPING sauce I paid .70 cents per for. This place is horrible... I wont be ordering here again... Way too expensive for the quality and portions of food. I wouldnt recommend anyone spending a dime at this place
I ordered the boneless buffalo wings (6and some jojos. I asked for a beer while I was waiting and they said they cant serve beer passed 10 due to cova. So I got home and cracked me one and tried these wings and jojos, and they are on point exactly what I wanted from a buffalo wing and the jojos were well seasoned and crisp. Good job euro Im coming back for sure
Words cannot describe the lack of customer service your staff has. Who ever is answering and taking orders should be ashamed of themselves. Seriously. So rude. Just needed some dipping sauces that cane with my order. After 45 minutes of being hung up on. My food is absolutely wasted. So disappointed in how Euro handled business today. Seriously, whoevers is on that phone, needs personally walked out that door. I feel beyond disrespected and I will be in, in person tomorrow. With the proof of how terrible your staff handled themselves. ON VIDEO. YOU SHOULD ALWAYS REMEMBER THEIR ARE MULTIPLE INFLUENCERS IN THIS CITY, CONDUCT BUSINESS AS EXPECTED, AND YOU WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT YOUR NAME AND COMPANY BEING SHAMED TERRIBLY ONLINE.
I cant believe how unprofessional these people are. I stopped at this E Exchange location with my family while passing through Akron because I enjoy the store in my city. We were immediately approached by a drunk guy who threatened up. We should have left then but stayed to order. I ordered a large pep pizza for the kids and a couple subs. Half of our food came out in 10 minutes the pizza and other sub took almost 45 minutes before we went up and complained and FINALLY got it. THEN after ALL that time my pizza was cheese only. We went to the counter and Tiffany offered to add pep to the already over cooked pizza and recook it!? Absolutely not! So we asked for a refund they REFUSED! ALTHOUGH IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE! We asked for a manager and to no surprise there was no manager on sight. We didnt want to wait another 45 minutes for another pizza so we just requested subs. They made us pay extra money then messed one of them up also. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!
Placed a timed order (4 hours ahead). Arrived 10 minutes early for it. I waited 40 minutes for my food just to find that they had lost my order and had to remake it. I just wanted to pick up my dinner quickly after a long work day. Thats why I ordered ahead in the first place
Friday night spot that is always a good time. Bar is usually semi busy but never crowded or hard to get service at. Food is typical bar food, but still good. Drinks are all fun to try. The fishbowls here are dangerously good. Cant go wrong at Euro
I ordered my food at 12am didnt receive it till 1:45am called multiple times hung up on twice put on hold then the phone hung up. Spoke with a female when I ordered and a male after I was told twice the delivery was on its way. Called back was informed the driver had other deliveries. I was literally down the street from this location 3 mins max driving 10 mins walking once I recieved the food it was cold and my pizza was burnt the jojos and chicken was like it sat in the drivers car then delivered to us I spent 25$ on food I didnt eat. I didnt expect anyone to fix this problem since the customer service was at best mediocre and blatantly down right rude. I dont plan on ordering from them again unless I have no other option and im at actually at its location. Too bad I couldnt show temp readings 😰😤💔
I decided to order out for lunch while working, and was informed that this store does not deliver to my location. That would be fine, except Ive ordered food and had it delivered no less than 12 times in a year, the last of which was less than 2 weeks ago. I originally just wanted to shrug it off, and take my money elsewhere (I did, thanks YourPizzaShop), but I decided I wanted an explanation. I called back, and got the same employee, Allison, who immediately placed me on hold. I was left on hold for around 6 minutes, when I heard the phone answer, after which I was hung up on. Not cool, and I certainly wont be ordering from here again.
0/5 stars for customer service. After already ordering other drinks, I ordered a craft beer. Upon paying and signing of the receipt, I accidentally hit the beer, knocking it over. After apologizing, the bartender cleaned the spill and went about her job serving others. I asked if I would be able to get a new beer as I had not even touched the beer before accidentally hit it. After saying it was not their call and talking to the manager, they said "no we cannot get a new beer as it was your fault."This is just bad customer service. I had not even touched the beer. I will be paying $4.50 now for something I never received. Also- I had to ask about getting a drink, they were not trying to help me at all or speak to me post spill. This is just a great example of the college campus location. This was flat out wrong and 100% will not be coming to Euro for drinks or food in the future. Thank you for being rude enough to make me leave.
Food has always been good. How ever I had a major problem with them recently. I placed an online order on a Friday got a message saying it "couldnt connect to the store" and to call and place the order. I decieded to check my bank account before calling the store and I was charged 3 times. So I call explain my problem find out my order did not make it to the store(yet I was charged 3 times???and order with the girl on the phone. I was told the manager would be in that night and would call me to get the extra 54 dollars I was charged fixed. I go in pick up my food and am asked to pay I asked if I could not be charged again and the girl said yes and just had me go so okay thats cool. How ever here it is Monday morning Im still 54 bucks short and the manager never called. So I will be calling my bank because it would seem they arent too worried about refunding my money but Im sure my bank will be. In the mean time I paid 82 bucks for dinner that should have been 27.
My co-workers and I have ordered food from this location a number of times. All of us have had food poisoning after eating from this establishment. The food always tastes okay, but we never make it through our shift without getting gastric distress. Maybe the food that is given to customers on the premises is better but delivery has never been good. They very clearly are not keeping to food safety standards.
