Top Hotel
An excellent restaurant in the centre of Trier. Very good food, but a bit pricy. Will be back. Recommended.
Great b/ f buffet, charming hotel friendly staaf5, reasonably priced rooms. Very popular esp on weekends, need to reserve
The hotel is comfortable and a good basis to explore Trier and the region. Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean, offering standard and classical interiors.Breakfast is good, offering a nice variety of products. For dinner the restaurant offers a wide menu, mostly traditional plates that could be made more contemporary. One thing however was not as expected. Covid-19 measures are hardly detectable. Most staff in the restaurant works without a protective mask, there is no dis-infective hand alcohol available at for example elevators, restaurant / bar entrance, buffet, etc... Given current conditions this was very disappointing. We would have expected a 4-star hotel to take necessary (minimalmeasures. This was certainly not the case.
Our stay was lovely! Hotel was amazingly clean and comfortable. HotelStaff was kind and helpful. The pool is perfect, and the sauna/steam room is great for a relaxing moment after a quick swim. For an older building, they done they’re best to keep the old charm but update things, such as the bathroom. Bathrooms are equipped with everything you need. The guest room does not have mini fridge, or phone. It does have a smaller tv and lounge area. We stayed in a king suite corner room. Breakfast was included, you could either opt for the morning buffet or request to have breakfast served to your room.Only complaint would be when we attended dinner, our waiter accidentally spilled sauce on our table. At the moment our table setting should have been immediately replaced. Instead they had waited until after we had left.Location, it is not directly in the Centrum. But easily accessible as there is a transit bus directly in front of the hotel. Takes roughly about 15 minutes, depending on traffic.Overall our experience was lovely.
Beautiful hotel with excellent service, nice outside terrace for drinks and food. Lovely small pool and saunas and steam room.
2 adults, 3 children (7, 3 and 9 mobooked 1 night on the way through Trier. What a wonderful hotel! We enjoyed the pool, sauna, restaurant for dinner and breakfast buffet. Would highly recommend for travelers with children. If we are ever in Trier again we will definitely stay here. The room was clean, bathroom was large and clean. No AC so very hot at night but it was a very very hot day.
Nice hotel but at 8 oclock in the morning these church bells wake you up as if a new pope has been chosen..
Extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive staff. Obviously well trained by an experienced hotelier! The cleanliness, comfort and coziness was worth every star! Delicious food, wine and whiskies in the excellent restaurants... (Wilder Kaiser is very warm due to open grill area...be warned!!!). One of the best breakfast buffets we’ve ever seen...including cold. It’s that you don’t usually get. Free parking, wellness area including pool and sauna which are extremely stylish. An extra thank you to one of the management team Sebastian Ball, who went out of his way to make our 3 night stay as memorable as possible. Top top top!!!!!!
First time. Very friendly and professional. Our waitress was very nice and always smiling. Took care to fill our drinks and ask if everything is ok. Relaxed and comfortable feeling. The food is on another level!!! 1A absolutely perfect. This is my new favorite restaurant.
quaint place. super large room, convenient, classic. all wooden, expensive, historical. pricey but top quality.the restaurant is amazing. tasty classic German food. also pricey. worth every penny.the indoor pool, and the saunas are standard, there is massage but cannot comment. havent tried.the staff is outstanding. nice, professional, helpful.only one negative, but not a deal breaker. not good for wheelchair / stroller. stairs everywhere.
Just great food and ambiente. Very friendly service.
Good price large rooms very good restaurant
We had a terrific suite. The staff were really friendly. The food was amazing! And the bar was really fun. Easy public transport to city center.
Perfect food
Lovely place, and excellent dish choices
Hotel with some woody charm, somewhat far (10from centrum city. Yet very calm area.Room not so big missing air conditioning, mini bar, coffee machine or boiling water. Mattress need to be changed. No shower robe in the bathroom. Toilet in the bathroom. LCD cable TV somewhat small size without casting capability but external HDMI plug free.Free Wi-Fi rather good connections.Lots of electric plugs on each side of night tables.Terrace bar was very noisy in the night until last customers go.Breakfast wonderful with all you can wish (salmon, heering, several sorts of hams, cheese buffet, fresh yoghurts, fresh fruits, pastries,..)Restaurant huge with inside and outside tables, all with nice napkings.Free inside parkingElevatorSwimming pool insideStaff friendly and helpfulConclusion : a little expensive (approx 150€ with breakfastfor what you get but compensated by the breakfast, parking.
Rooms are spacious and clean. But the lack of coffee and tea facilities in the room are a downside.Staff is very friendly.Restaurant is fantastic. Great food and super service.
Luxembourg is a peaceful place
Rooms are really cosy, authentic and clean. The sauna + swimming pool are a very nice area. Restaurant is awesome, proposing both German and some international dishes, very well prepared. I fully recommend it.
Excellent
Yummy
Beautiful. Recommend catching bus into centre
Absolutely amazing. The hotel has a fantastic inside décor that feels like youve stepped into an old fashion movie. The room we had was a good size and the way they handle WiFi by giving each device a password seemed to ensure fast internet while we were there... other places we stayed in Germany the WiFi seemed to die but never here.Youre also very close to a bus route that takes you right into the middle of Trier. So if youre travelling without transportation dont be afraid of its distance from the city center. You also need to try one of the restaurants on the first floor for dinner. Its a great, cozy atmosphere. PS the half chicken is fantastic!
I stayed at Hotel Eurener Hof in Trier on 30th September and had my best hotel experience in many years. Very welcoming staff on late arrival. Restaurant staff made me an excellent after hours dinner. Room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet was first class. Would not hesitate to stay there again - in fact I will make a point of it next time I am in that part of Germany
This is an amazing hotel with any amenities you could ever need, great decor and great food
Good food, good service, nice atmosphere, just took a little bit too long till the meal was served.
Very good, Not cheap but worth a visit
Beautiful place but the food!!! O my goodness I want to try everything. 😃
I have stayed here several times. It is a wonderful hotel that retains an old-world feel. The food - especially the breakfast - is AMAZING. The guys in the bar side are excellent and take very good care of you. I would recommend this hotel highly. Only downside is that it is not within walking distance of the town square.
Service as tip-top
Nice place, not all staff is aware that the kitchen is still open - in the evening...
Super
