Etxola Bibi - Beach pavillion in Anglet, France
lovely atmosphere, views and service
Great views and a laid back sunset vibe!
Relaxing spot with ocean view for drinks and tapas.
One of the best sunsets and great vibe in Biarritz where you can have a drink and chat with guests from all over the world. Its one of a new bar which just opened in a small park. There are people playing petanque nearby. Most charming French way of life. Watch the surfers and get your Spritz served by the rugby guy. Its usually closed in bad weather.
Nice Bar with a good view. Sunset 10/10
Beautiful location, quick service, rather expensive - but worth a visit, especially to see the sunset over the ocean.
Come here for the stunning sea views and a glass of cool rosé, the perfect place for a sun downer before dinner.
Great location, great music, descent food and drinks list. At peak hours it is completely overcrowded and staff struggle to cope with the orders…However this is a musr when you visit Biarritz and La Côte des Basques
Best view in Biarritz.Still 5 stars.
A good spot to spend evening enjoying the views. Attentive and prompt service at the bar. Can be very windy sometimes. A parking nearby. Life loving locals, surfers and laid back connoisseurs of Biarritz create the vibe here. Biarritz of beaten path. Worthy of a note
The view and atmosphere are the main reason for being here. Prices are the normal Biarritz level.
The place you must to be
The place had amazing views if the cliffs and the sea, its mostly an open place so might be difficult if its windy or bad weather, but on sunny days its perfect. The place can get a bit busy. We only ordered a hot chocolate and some sparkling water, the hot chocolate was not too sweet which was a pleasant surprise. Bonus they are dog friendly.
Friendly staff, but very expensive the best view
This place has a frantic beach, with golden Sands and sufers.
Lovely spot and very vibrant. We thought the beer was overpriced and not the best, but worth a visit. There is a boules pitch next to it, so great to watch the locals play after youd beer.
Horrible Women :o The manager wife is totally vulgar and aggressive. My husband and I asked about the food origin as we had some concerns. She started to be very aggressive and she was talking very close from us like a dog. This is not how we welcome guests in our country and these women give a very bad image of this place she is horrible!!
Really liked the way we were accepted buy this super friendly lady when arriving really late. We ordered two club sandwiches which were perfect. Lightly toasted bread, just enough ham, cheese, lettuce and sauce and not too much frails. Make sure you come in time to enjoy a lovely sunset from your bar stool
Great location...Great views over the sea...Good vibes....staff very nice
Friendly helpful staff. Nice food and cold drinks.
Be careful, no private restroom. Only dirty public onces 20m nearby with some weird people inside and again really dirty
Nice place, good food, affordable price and an unmatched view when the sun is going down. Used to be marvelous precovid. Even if its still nicer than most of the out-only place of the areas, I regret the time when we could go anywhere around the bar.Amazing experience, one of the place you must visit coming to Biarritz
A favourite stop for us, either on the way back from the beach or a day out..... Great chilled out vibe, usually a few interesting bikes turn up too!!
Do you want to chill out with good vibes?Kid friendly, efficient service, great cocktail apéritif and Basque appetizer bar with a second to none view,Just what the doctor ordered!
Best view on the ocean. Food is fresh and tasty. Staff is really friendly and professional. Definitely recommend
Pretty awesome location and beach cafe, even though is up on the promenade. Poke bowls are large and delicious.Good beer too.Nice place to have a cold one after a swim
Salad bar with a tremendous view on the ocean and nice amenities.Forget it if you want to eat typical southwest cuisine though.Everythings PokeBall and salad here.
Wonderful place to have an apéro, with very friendly staff
Friendly service and well appointed bar.
The view is great but the food is just disgusting.
Went there for breakfast which shouldve been served until 11. Arrived there at around 10:40. They let us wait for 30 minutes at our table just to tell us that they dont serve any food anymore. Very nice feeling and extremely relaxing start into our last day here.
Fantastic music and vibe, let down by some of the service who make it their mission to make you feel unwelcome even if you speak French. Such a shame, everything else is perfect...
Best beach bar ever! Amazing vibe, drinks, location, view and music. The service deserves special mention.. it was very busy with a constant queue of customers but we were never left unattended or waiting for service. Go here just before sunset and enjoy a drink with a view.
We waited for.more than 20minuts to have a sit in one of their 10 tables availables, just to have a coffe in a calm morning.Barmans and waitroses work very relaxed, making u feel like u own them a favour or something and have to be greatefull cse YOU GO to their simple bar. A similar sensation as u have when u go.to a bar in Paris.4 demi creme cafes et une petit perrier 17 18 euros....
Ordered a gluten free bun bowl as noted on the menu to be gluten free, then also confirmed to be san gluten. First time it comes with fried onions and we say, sorry we asked for gluten free and this is not. Second bowl comes and without the rice vermicelli noodles as noted on their menu. We are then given an excuse that they have two types of noodles which are not noted on the menu and the item even states a gluten free mark beside it. If you are trusting their menu be careful. The attitude was very poor and was rude towards the request.
Service was terrible. Server sat us at a table for 2 and would not give us a table to accommodate our party of 4 even though some were readily available. The waiter saw our dissatisfaction with the service and approached us confrontationally with no intention to remedy the issue but to tell us to stop complaining. Good bar but not worth it for the level of service we were given.
Nice Location, worst Service, very mediocre food!!!not worth it!!!
Stunning view😍Friendly barmen & nice cocktails👍
Breathtaking and great for people watching
great view. medium food. stuffs english poor.
Lovely hill top cafe on the south side of Biarritz. Very relaxed atmosphere, good selection of drinks, and with the right seats you can see the sea. Service at the bar, not at the table
Fantastic view on the sunset at Côte des Basques. Great mood with relaxed people, various drinks, snacks and chill-out music. Perfect for a quick after-the-dinner gathering with friends or family.
Service is wonderful, people are nice and they have great selection of food and drinks👌
Great location, great view, and better food and drinks every year it seems...
Reasonable food. Good service. Nice setting. View as good as could be (would be great if it faced the ocean rather than the street
The perfect place to take a breakfast before starting discovering Biarritz. It’s full of incredible vibes thanks to the gorgeous view on the Bay of Biscay😍 To sum up, friendly and fast staff, locals, elderly people, surfers, runners, children, dogs etc. All of them provide this place with the unique ambiance 🙌⚡️😃🔥
In the summertime a hotspot with a great view over the bay of Biarritz were you can get good snacks and fancy drinks surrounded with the sound of the Atlantic you be happy to be part of the crowd. Sunrise and Sunset might be special to enjoy this place anyhow it will be one of your daily route when you walking around Biarritz. Enjoy the extreme power of the ocean and realize that you be just a sandcorn in time and space so dont litter and keep this beautiful place clean.
Beautiful and relaxed breakfast or lunch spot with a great view of the ocean. Plus you get to hang with the locals!
Great place for drinks and watching sunset. Definitely lots of locals here.
Cool hangout with live music and several alleys for open air pétanque, All stop the fortifications of Biarritz (yet away from the ritzy crowd)
