We stumbled upon this brilliant gem, as we were walking in the area looking for an early evening bite to eat. Beautiful food made by gorgeous souls. You can feel the love in each bite. This place is tiny(!), so try to book ahead! You will not regret it!!

We had an amazing time at Estamina, tasting delicious home-made like food and enjoying the superb company of the owners. The atmosphere of this little restaurant is exceptionally warm and welcoming.

One of the best food experiences weve ever had! Joice & Luis were incredible hosts, it was a pleasure to spend an evening in their company. Their food was exceptional. All sauces are homemade and are simply stunning. The Brazilian bread was amazing, the zucchini rolls superb and the banana bread delicious.

This little restaurante was such an incredible experience. It was extremely intimate (there are only two tables inside!I recommend you call before just to make sure they aren’t full. Joice and Luis were so friendly and explained everything to us in great detail. They speak really good English and Spanish as well. The food is cooked right in front of you and everything is made fresh at home. We had some of their natural fruit juices and they were so tasty and refreshing. As an appetizer we had a cheese platter made with local cheeses and a delicious mango ginger jam. We also had the bruschetta which was very tasty as well. Their meatball and chicken dish were really flavorful and savory. Everything about this place is amazing and I recommend anyone looking for a fun dining experience with local cuisine to give this place a shot. It felt like I was dining inside a friends house not just some typical restaurant. You won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to come again.

Can not recommend enough! The atmosphere is so warm and inviting. The food, the art, the music, everything just complimented each other. The overall experience was one-of-a-kind and I left feeling like I had just had dinner with old friends. Highly suggest you make a reservation and go.

Spending time at Estaminé feels like picking flowers on a beautiful spring day. Such an inviting and lovely place. The second you walk in you feel like you are visiting relatives you havent seen in quite a time. They have so many yummy things on their small but well thought menu. Try some of the exotic juices. Sometimes I cant believe that there are so many flavors in this world I havent tasted yet, even though everything is so connected. Estaminé gives you the chance to add some new flavors to your tongue.As vegetarians we are always worried about whether we get something to eat but it was clearly no problem here. We tried the antipasti board (veg versionthe lentil salad (a dream!and the zucchini rolls (perfection!). And even though our bellies were full, we ordered the banana cake. (luckily, we would have missed something if we skipped that).The owners even took care of our child for some time so we had the chance to eat peacefully.This review ended up more like a loveletter, and everyone reading this should find out by him/herself why.Thank you so much for that yummy and lovely evening!

Estaminé is truly a place of the soul. The owners make you feel at home from the very first second. The Brazilian juices with cachaça are to die for and food is delicious. Very cosy so be sure to go for an early dinner or pass by and book your table… you will live a true experience of food and hospitality as a labour of love!

Visiting Estamine while in Lisbon was absolutely an experience!! The food was great, super friendly owners and the atmosphere is really private since the place „only“ has two tables. Also do not miss a cocktail and the banana pie 😍😋😋. We can only recommend this place and will be back again for sure! Thank you very much for the great evening!

Small but cute Restaurant. They have a small menu but the food they offer is very very delicious. The selfmade dips/sauces are amazing also the Tapas de frios, bruschetta and the dish of the day (Zuchinirolls with selfmade tomato sauce).You have to stop by and enjoy a culinary Highlight!

We came to have an early dinner here yesterday after landing from France and absolutely LOVED our experience. I would recommend this place to anyone.We had delicious caipirinhas (the best I ever had), and ordered the local cheese (deliciousfollowed by the rolled zucchini and the stew.The owners were beyond nice and accommodating. We came with a baby and not only are they culinary magiciens but they also helped us feel so comfortable and right at home. Thank you again so much from the Canadians! We will definitely be back

It has already been a month and a half we were there and we promised we would give a review but didn’t do it so far. Better later than never. What can we say: lovely couple, lovely place, good wine, great food and amazing service. Just to go there! The food,drinks and atmosphere in this place are to die for! Weve tried the best pesto and mango chutney as well was zuccini rolls and cod. You can try drinks made with exotic fruits and talk to Joice and Luis about Lisbon, food,art. Thank you for creating unique atmosphere and for feeding as so well ;we would definitely come back if we had more time.

What a wonderful find!We stumples upon this tiny little restaurant when exploring the city. Its beautiful with just 2 small tables and the owners cooking right next to you. You cant get a dining experience more personal than that.The juices are made from fresh fruit and all other dishes are also homemade including all the dips and sauces. All the meat, all the cheeses are local.Wow! If you spot an open table here, dont hesitate, just walk in! Its amazing!

Great restaurant, friendly and really nice staff and delicious excellent dishes. I had a perfect lunch here and enjoyed the tasty food so much. they made a special small table outside for us and looked often so nice friendly for us. They explained everything and the recommended green wine was amazing to this meal. Definitely worth to go, I highly recommend it.

We had a completely wonderful experience. Deserves more that 5 stars on the inflated Google scale. The food was packed with incredable flavours. We thoroughly enjoyed the eggplant lasagna and coconut chicken. Incredibly fresh ingredients. Cozy atmosphere with only two tables. Feels like youre eating in a tiny galley kitchen that is tastefully decorated with whimsical nicknacks. The hosts Joyce and Luis were extremely personable. Felt like we were being entertained at a friends in their home. Oh yes, the tapa plate was plenty for three to share as a starter and was indeed a work of art. Highly recommendable.

An exceptional dining experience and a very convenient stop after enjoying a great city overlook down the street. This is a very cozy establishment with two tables and the food being made at a counter right next to the tables. The owners speak excellent English and couldn’t have been nicer. They also offered a number of helpful recommendations on things to see and do in Portugal. The food was also excellent. A+!

Estaminet was a wonderful culinary experience. Such great cuisine and amazing proprietors/chefs. This is like being welcomed into someones tiny personal kitchen and you get to see them prepare delicious food right before your eyes in a small space with just two tables. A fantastic dining experience with a local, personal touch. Joice and Luis (the two couples operating the restaurantwere super friendly. They explained the whole menu very well, told us a lot of things about Lisbon and even gave us lots of recommendations! The food was incredibly delicious. Try the Vinho Verde (green winetoo - its amazing. The interior of the restaurant was very nicely decorated and many artworks in there were made by Luis! They have coffee beans from various countries for you to try as well. The price was really affordable too.Overall, this was one of the best service and experience Ive had at a restaurant and I highly recommend this place.

Not only is the food truly spectacular, but their company and conversation is somehow even better. There are only 2 tables in the place so you have to get there early to get a reservation.

Just a wonderful evening full of love - only two tables so it’s literally the more personalService possible. Food was delicious and it’s incredible what they can do with such a small kitchen. Highlights were the mojito, chicken in coconut sauce and the banana dessert. The green wine was also lovely!

Estamine is something more than just a restaurant. It is a place where you can feel like home! But it is not only the food and the excellent decoration.We had the best experience of our whole trip here. We shared our table with 2 travellers from Hong Kong, while the other table was being shared by italian and french visitors. We met each other and we all had some wines together. And of course with the lovely brazilian owners.It was really amazing that in a small place like this we met so many nice people! Thank you Joice and Luis. See you again!
