Went here to grab a breakfast before my tour and it didnt disappoint, very good and tasty sandwiches to go, the service was very friendly as well.

Visited here twice over the weekend and it was the same on both times.. Extremely friendly staff who couldnt do enough for you serving up beautiful tasty delicious food very quickly.. Highly recommend and will certainly visit again when Im back in Galway

One of the best full English, Irish, Scottish breakfasts we’ve had after traveling all three countries. Super friendly service. Cannot recommend highly enough. Also good organic coffee!

Outstanding in all respects, the proprietors are truly hands on, welcoming customers, and keeping everything tip-top. We greatly enjoyed the all-day vegetarian breakfast and first class coffee. A truly happy atmosphere, dont miss this outstanding independent coffee shop /café /restaurant.

Owner was super welcoming and accomodating. We came as a group from Malta and he greeted us with a smile! We ended up going back 3 times and we were only there for 4 days. Highly recommend this place. Everything on the menu is top notch! Keep up the amazing work, Colm!

This was my favorite coffee place in Ireland by far. The owner is so welcoming, takes the time to talk to everyone who walks in whether they are sitting down to eat or getting takeaway. He remembered me when I came back the next day! He and his wife are so friendly and you can tell they love what they do. The food was delicious, you cant go wrong with anything on the menu. Very highly recommend!

Their breakfast bagel sandwich was the best I’ve ever had. Absolutely incredible. Also has gluten free bread, so they can make GF breakfast as well. Highly recommend.

Attentive and kind service, food was always very delicious. Went several times there, most times for breakfast. If you like sweet stuff, I recommend the strawberry biscuits milkshake.

Had an amazing breakfast here with my family today. The staff were ran off there feet with staff shortages but that had us in the door and at a table in no time. After we ordered we were told to please be patient as they were super busy. The food and drinks were still out within 15 minutes and all of our order was correct. Thank you for the hospitality and we will be back next visit to Galway!

The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Nice place to have breakfast. Location is perfect. Menu variety is ok, you can choose either full irish breakfast, bagel, burger, pastries etc. Also have choices fot vegetarian.Love the scone and hot chocolate 😍😍. Highly recommended.Toilet was clean too. Price was reasonable

Colm and the team were lovely, the breakfast was huge and worth every euro, a must for breakfast.. they have a luggage room which is brilliant for all the wet tourists.

We were looking forward to visiting this place. We saw the ratings and how many reviews it had, so we planed the next morning to sit for a lovely cup of coffee. We were promptly seated at a table for four. We were greeted by a kind, older gentleman there. But as we waited for my elderly parents, a older waitress began to interrogate me about the arrival of the two extra guests. I told her my parents wouldnt be long in coming, but she brushed my comment aside saying that they had 20 minutes to arrive or we would all lose our table. After they arrived, we all got our coffee, which was an okay coffee (according my boyfriend who has written coffee blogs, so he knows his stuff). Overall, a lack luster experience with unkind service from one lady. Everyone else was pleasant and helpful. If we come again some time, we hope the service is more polite and sensitive to their customers.

Nice atmosphere and good service. The coffees are well done.The vegetarian options arent good. Its stuffed beans as a sausage, and almost rubber for the other meat.The bathroom is VERY clean.

Anyone who as allergies and are not sure where to go in Galway city, Esquires on the corner of Eyre square have very knowledgeable and kind staff. They accommodated a dairy allergy and did so with respect and a smile, and after a long day of travelling, an easy experience was what we needed, and what we got. I didnt catch the managers name, but her and her staff are industry leading, and will be returning everytime we get off a long bus!!

We were in there fri just before noon.. As we were there before we have a chance to write a review. Excellent service the waitress was so efficient and friendly and we chatted to the owner who cannot do enought and his welcome for customers and interaction amazing and remembering us from our last visit there says enough .. Prices have gone up in food so much and not of there accord .. what you get there is fresh wholesome good food prepared of scratch. Everyone that has own business things have been crazy.. To keep going and staff issues not to mention cost of produce to buy .. over all will be back again and the cleaniness stands out a mile .. Thank you ..

Staff here is by far the best that I have ever seen in any establishment , extremely friendly and helpful. I had a New York bagel and it was packed with bacon and cream cheese everything was fresh to order and the Coffee is by far the best in Galway! Its really worth a visit

Great spot for a coffee and breakfast, their chicken sandwich is a definite must try. Staff are exceptional and if you have just arrived in Galway they will cater to have your big travel bag stored in a room so you able to enjoy your meal without all the extras around you. Highly recommend!!!

The best place in Galway to come for Breakfast. Colm & Carol the owners are fantastic and really focus on customer service, providing a friendly atmosphere. No matter if youre local to Galway or a tourist passing through, everyone gets the same warm welcome which in recent years I think other places have lost that touch. Love coming here when Im home on leave from work. If you want a real Galway welcome then look no further.

The owners clearly take pride in food they serve, prioritising quality and freshness over a quick, cheap and low quality option. In this day and age when everyone wants fast and cheap, to show your integrity is a brave stance!As is paying your staff decent wage, instead of hoping they will survive on minimum..Well done and best of luck .

The coffee is amazing and in unusually big cups. The food was very tasty and the service was really friendly!The staff was around at all times which was very convenient. :)If we would be longer in Galway we would go here everyday.

Amazing food, and extremely friendly staff. I ordered a breakfast toastie on brown bread with an Americano to wash it down. The sandwich was much larger than expected, and will definitely hold me over until dinner. The coffee was perfectly brewed, and was very enjoyable to drink black. I will absolutely be stopping here again before I leave town.

We were trying to find out the best place near our hostel to get breakfast and turns out our pick was more than great. Delicious food, freshly cooked and great quality. Everything looks so appealing. Generous staffs and great atmosphere. A must try if you are in Galway. Had an amazing time here.

Wow!! We just stopped in here for breakfast as it was closest to our hotel, and we definitely made a great decision! The nicest staff ever. Food was delicious, all cooked fresh and came out really quick. Coffee was lovely too, and it was HUGE. They also have great measures in place to allow for social distancing etc. Would definitely recommend to stop in here if youre around!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Colum (owner I would assumewas the sweetest and friendliest person. He made sure everyone was doing ok and knew everyone by name. That is customer care at its finest. The food was great too and my latte was impeccable. Definitely check this place out for breakfast. Thank you!
