Esquires - Coffee shop in Isleworth, United Kingdom
A similar concept to the big well known coffee shops. Esquires has floor to ceiling windows around nearly three quarters of their shop bringing in plenty of natural light. Prices are similar to what youd expect to pay in the more well known shops and I was happy with both the quality of service and the quality of the product.
Excellent breakfast roll and coffee, great friendly service.
Really nice coffee. The chai latte was so nice. Also love the seating. Snacks are reasonably priced too.
The best local coffeeBest coconut flavour I ever had
Very nice place for breakfast. Nice service and nice quality.
Friendly service, spacious coffee shop. Good food and coffee
Got bed bug at that time.E-Mail never checked. Not recommended.
Decent surroundings and nice place to have a coffee around there.
Fantastic place for lunch, can highly recommend the hot wraps and onion bhajis. Very nice coffee too. Top notch service, will definitely return at earliest opportunity.
My friend said they do good coffee however my latte was watered down. Not a very good atmosphere in the weekday morning. However, my friend used to work near here and said its usually good, so I may have caught them on a bad day
Excellent service 👍 good food and coffee. I would like to thank the manager for his great hospitality.
Coffee tasted nice but was overly strong and made me feel very ill, bathroom kept being locked by staff.
Friendly and very professional service, basic but quality food with a smile. I will definitely come back.
Had a chicken wrap, really tasty and good portion size. Not too pricey.
Excellent brunch menu. Good Wi-Fi. Great service
Not bad not good. Coffee good enough, but not better. Shame as I didnt fancy yet another Costa from next door. Next time itll be a bit of a toss up.
Very helpful staff great food and drink
Nice place, excellent coffee and lovely staff
I used to go here mostly on Sundays when I lived in Horn Lane down the road in North Acton. I really liked it and woman who owns it was always friendly. Nice coffee shop!
Come here every day on the way to work!!! Love the staff - they know my order hy heart!!! Coffee is gorgeous!!! Definitely pop in for one!!!!
Good quite place to sit and have a drink and work as well. It has free WiFi.
Customer service is terrible! It was my first and last time visit!
Love it. Staff are great once they get to know you.
Very sullen and unhelpful staff. The place lacked atmosphere and coffee same as central London which didnt deliver value. Would not recommend when theres far better places.
Overpriced, understaffed and absolutely freezing. Paid a ridiculous amount for two small sausages, some bland scrambled eggs and toast. Coffee was pretty shocking. Didnt realise you could burn it so badly and still be allowed to serve it.
Worst hot milk with a quarter shot of coffee aka a coffee in this companies eyes.
Good location with friendly service. No major difference between this coffee shop and the national chains apart that it is family run. Same type of snacks and same type of coffee. No WOW factor.
First visit. Quite a desolate place. Ordered avocado on toast. Very simple, in theory. Pretty hard to do badly? But do badly they did. Semi toasted, cold toast which had a bit of a kingsmill feel about it, rock hard butter on the side, a splodge of green in the middle, like a mushy pea disaster zone. Maybe i should have gone with the microwaved jacket potato. Brusque lady behind counter but friendly chap taking orders out. Dont think ill be rushing back.
Excellent service. Great food and coffee. Very chilled out area. Ive spent hours doing work on my laptop and have been very comfortable being there.
Staff are always pretty nonchalant and are in no rush to serve you. Coffee I sometimes get is always cold if put into takeaway cups, need to make sure its hotter. Minimum card spend is £2.00, although the 20% student discount is appreciated.
Had the most horrible experience here today. I am 5 months pregnant and went into this shop to ask for toilet. The manager told me their toilet is only for customers. Really! I have never had this answer by any other coffee shops. I told him I am pregnant and really need to go. He told me to piss off. I am a lawyer and will look into this. Waiting for my letter, coffee shop owner!
One of my fave places to be. I love the coffee and I love the staff too :))
Like this place, especially free WiFi, student discount and atmosphere. Sofa are comfy.
Always get a good welcome here and their coffee is quality!
Good for a small chain, feel they get a bit lost with complicated orders, buts its large and nice.
Fast service and friendly staff member. Cake was nice. Well, I think it was. I eat it too fast!
I enjoy the mocha, milkshakes and the good choice of food here - for me the sausage rolls are my favourite. Single Espresso is well priced too.I first came to this cafe about 4 years ago when it first opened. Since moving to the area 9 months ago Ive been going often. I love it here and the staff, its both much better than the Costa a few blocks away and another cafe downstairs from my flat yet Id rather walk the 10 minutes to come here.
Lovely food and drinks & quick service, however manager can be a little abrupt.
Nice, clean freindly peeps and good coffee. Dont know what the complaints about the staff are, theyre very nice and freindly, I got near enough every week
Oh dear. Someone should tell this place that a flat white is not just an extra shot latte served in small cup. Dont come here expecting a good coffee, skilfully made - its not going to happen. That said, the premises are spacious, clean and comfortable an staff are as friendly as you would want cafe staff to be.
Nice cafe, right next to the tube. Good wifi.
Vanilla matche latte was incredible! Lovely people who work there! Very friendly
Nice coffee, bit dim inside though.
The owner of this franchise doesnt know what good customer service means. I wanted to buy a cup of hot water and some mineral water but she wanted to charge me for the hot water despite buying other products. Sorry but that is not service. I can see why other reviewers rated her as being rude!!!!
Very nice atmosphere, nice stuff, good coffees.
Very quiet calm place to relax although the personal facilities are not safe as they can be opened from outside, be careful!
This coffee shop is wonderful, delicious pastries and a drinks. We are guest at the neighbouring holiday inn just a few meters away and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.
The manager, or whoever the woman is, treats you like a thief every time. I have gone in twice and twice I told a member of staff that I was waiting for someone. I sat down and within a minute or 2 she was over, asking me to order or leave.. plus I once saw her telling off a customer because he opened a tesco sandwich in her shop (despite purchasing a coffee). She might be right, maybe he should not open a sandwich bought elsewhere but her manners are questionable.. My advice? Relax woman, after Costa opens up across the street you will probably be out of business..
Coffee is average but nice ambience with fast free wifi.
This coffee shop is great. The staff are nice, prompt and make good coffees. The cakes and pastries are yummy. Everything is reasonably priced, imo. The atmosphere is nice. Free WiFi. They could use more outlets, but I have always sat in the same spot without trouble, so that hasnt become an issue yet. Im so glad theyve finally opened a coffee shop near where I live!
