Eslite Hotel in Taipei

The room is very well furnished, but power outlets are lacking. The breakfast is horrible. However the staff at the hotel is very helpful and very professional!

Stayed at the executive double suite. Very friendly staff. View was spectacular. A bit far off from the transportation hub (about 15 mins walk), but quiet.

The executive suite room is equipped with a balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful and panoramic view of Taipei 101.The breakfast is located on the ground floor, and the guest will have to pick a time to breakfast upon check-in due to the COVID-19. The breakfast is getting much better than last time, and it served as a set menu including bread, fruit, snack and main course.A complimentary welcome drink is peppermint tea with strong mint-like smell perilla plum.Highly recommend visiting Eslite hotel or at least taking a photo in the lobby.

Really nice hotel! The design of the lobby and the rooms is very clean and neat. Highly recommend staying here even just for a night.

The room is spacious, clean and high quality. Im really pleased about the hotel services overall.However, the breakfast area is very crowed and difficult to move without bumping into another person. The hotel had combined two tables together in order to fit everyone in the area. I dont think its appropriate during the pandemic to seat so closely with other people.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Eslite Hotel and it was a great choice to stay at while staying in Taipei. The Eslite Hotel is a boutique hotel in the Xinyi District. It has its unique style to it which gives the hotel its charm. I was not able to ask what the bunny (rabbitmotif the hotel embraced, but whatever the reason, it worked for me.By the time my friend and I ventured to Taipei, we had already stayed at three other hotels in two other countries and were feeling the financial pinch. I happened to learn of the Eslite Hotel trough a blogger and made my decision to book our stay in Taipei there based on their recommendation.Check-in at the hotel was easy and fast. The staff escorted us to our room and shared with us what came with the room. Low and behold upon entering the room, I almost giggled like a school girl with excitement. The room had a HUGE bathroom area with a separate shower and a HUGE tub. I am not sure if I missed reading about the tub whether if it came with the room when I booked it, but damn, I was surprised. This was definitely a good omen.The room comes with a balcony. The room we had was a city facing room. I like city views from my room, but the hotel is close to the street and a train track.. Therefore, noise from both can enter your room. However, the room comes with blackouts drops and curtains which are controlled by your bedside so you can turn your room into "forever night"and drown out the sounds from outside.The hotel has a fitness center. The fitness center is small and best used for cardio purposes. The fitness center has lockers to hold your items as well as a separate shower/toilet with towels for your convenience.The staff at the Eslite is impeccable. They were prompt in providing service to our room and were always friendly. The concierge and the front desk attendants were helpful in providing directions to locations and overall information about the city. A special thank you to Alex, one of the managers at the hotel whom we engaged in conversation during our stay.The hotel is not close to a MRT line, but, taxis and Ubers are very inexpensive that you should just use those instead.Thank you Eslite Hotel for making my stay in Taipei memorable.

Nice hotel and dedicated service. But if the hotel can provide normal wood bed for younger kids,I’ll be better.

We stayed for the third time for two nights this time. I was surprised that the service has been improved. The receptionists became more efficient and effective. A small complaint to the receptionist was done and immediately the manager came to apologize and tried to fix the problem. Unlike last time, the overall service has been much better than before. The foods inside the hotel are tasty and delicious. You see the difference of keeping improving the service.After 4 months, I visited the hotel second time. I don’t see the improvement from last time. The checking process is slow as compared with other sane level hotels. TV has no airplay or equivalent function to play from own sources. The only built-in channel is Iqiyi. Perhaps the original intention was to attract Chinese customers. During COVID-19 pandemic, the boarders are closed so that it will be very difficult to run the hotel.It’s a cozy hotel. The suite is not big enough as compared with other branded hotels. The overall service is acceptable up to international standard. As Eslite started its business from bookstore so that most of the decorations relate to books or library. If you like books, it’s a hotel you may stay. The Eslite shopping mall is adjacent to it. It’s a complement of shopping and hotel.

Cozy and comfortable room, especially thanks to Terry and his team for prompt action and help. Much appreciate. It’s quite a nice experience overall.

This is a pretty good stay the room was clean, AVOD runs smoothly, hardwares were nice , however the check in experience was really upsetting even since the front desk clark was having difficulty locating reservation on record At beginning, then they were not really helping much regardless giving some instructions and so ob. Based on the check in experie that had definitly made the overall experince a not so pleasant one. Would really appreciate if they can enhance CRM and staff traihihf

I had a business meeting in Northern Taipei. A great environment, good food, very comfortable.Thanks also to Eslite for the flawless service!literally you cant know the hotel good or not till you repeat your visits, I spend a week each month in Premier inn and every time the front office team surprising me, Shyma,People who work here they are available 24/7 to help me with a smile, team for 4-5 stars hotel.

Good design, good amenities, staff is courteous, however doesnt seem quite full service. Rooms are well appointed and clean, but I did hear the TV from another room. Certain other details could be looked after - the nespresso machine was fully dry (had to put two bottles of water in before it would even make coffee, and not quite clean. The nice dyson hairdryer had a hair caught in the handle, and the lint screen hadnt been cleaned (ever, it seems). Its walkable distance to Xinyi area, although it does seem a bit far off at first. All in all, though, quite a nice stay, though I wouldnt pay anywhere near their list prices.

Finally, a Taipei hotel whose interior design and service are up to snuff! The savvy traveler is no longer required to choose between imported soulless chic or bland corporate blah. Comfortable beds, French toiletry, very quiet walls. You’ll be well cared for by Taiwan’s Eslite bookstore lifestyle brand. Soothing park views by day, glittering Xinyi district skyscrapers by night. All this within a short walk from the City Hall MRT station, the center of the Taipei urban universe.

Priceless city view of suite let me forgot that in fact I am in downtown of Taipei city.

Best hotel in Taiwan. Super scandi stylish rooms, lovely facilities, and grounds. The lobby is set up like a library with a lot of books and open seatings every where with big tables and small couches. Very nice for my meeting and greetings for business and social. Next to the Eslite mall full of cool shops and eateries to try for a very reasonable cost.

In a contemporary tower thats part of the Songshan Cultural and Creative Park, this polished hotel overlooking a lake is 9 minutes walk from Taipei City Hall train station and 2 km from the famed Taipei 101 skyscraper.Slick rooms provide flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and Bose sound systems, as well as minibars and Nespresso machines; some offer balconies. Suites add separate living rooms; upgraded suites provide libraries. Room service is available.Breakfast (surchargeis served in a book-themed eatery. Theres also a high-end steakhouse and a lobby bar. Other amenities include an arts and crafts store, regular entertainment and exhibitions.

This hotel is by far one of the most well thought well designed hotel room that I have stayed. The overall concept is based on a library/book shop. The room I stayed has a very homely feel to it that I immediately felt right at home even though I was in fact 2036 miles away from home. Every staff that I have encountered had been extremely helpful and kind to us. The way they carry their duties, is on par if not exceeding those luxury 5star rated hotels.

I do like spoil myself and at the eslite hotel I found my comfortable zone. Lovely people and modern decoration surrounded by a nice park.

Stayed here for one night only. Very nice welcome. Cool idea that the lobby is like a library and there are really nice artisan cakes for sale. The rooms were to a very high standard with very nice touches. Room also had a balcony with a view of the city.

During my travels for work I get to stay at different hotels which vary slot. Eskite stood out for me with the whole ambiance and decoration is simple but nice. The design to me is clean but not lavishly emdecorated.Furthermore they have a very interesting lobby with a huge book shelf that appeals to me and softens usual hotel feeling.

Eslite Hotel is located right next to the Songyan Cultural and Creative Park. At check-in, we were surprised by the upgrade to a nice suite facing the Taipei 101. The suite is simple and yet with a nice artistic touch. Great ambience and lovely decor. You can tell the hotel pays a lot of attention to the fine details. L Occitane toiletries, welcome drinks and fruits, Nespresso coffee machine, turn down service with an extra touch, Bose sound system, made to order breakfast, ... Oh, did I forget to mention about their warm and always helpful staffs. In sum, its not an ordinary hotel you will find anywhere. Its something you need to experience yourself.

Was here for a birthday dinner, the decor in the restaurant is very fancy, the view is to die for, very romantic!

This is my go-to hotel when I go to Taipei. I wish life can be one giant eslite hotel experience. The service here is impeccable. The decor tasteful, elegant, and Zen. The attention to details is amazing. I genuinely love this hotel. Id marry it if I could! I would have given it five stars but there are two things that can be improved upon. First, the breakfast could be better. Theres a lot of choices but I feel like the quality of food could be better especially given the high standards of the rest of the hotel. Second, this time round the bed we slept on felt different from our last trip. We were in a studio room, king size bed. The bed was comfortable but wobbled and shook like a mini earthquake every time either one of us moved on the bed. We didnt have this problem on our last trip so maybe its just this specific bed. Not sure if they changed the bed but management should look into it. Choose a room facing Taipei 101 for a quiet room.

Overall: a decent business hotelDiscovered popcorn under the tv cabinet, not sure how long that’s been there. Room was quiet and had a nice view, sofa was curiously itchy, beds were a tad soft.Breakfast was nice, the restaurant was bright and airy.Lobby Lounge was disappointing as it’s more like a public resting spot for non hotel guests.

Stayed on 13th floor mountain view side of building and road traffic noise was quite noticeable overnight, pick park side if this is lightly to keep you awake. Breakfast buffet is nice and filling. Nice bathroom and very comfortable bed and free own brand bottled water

Very nice hotel, love their homely and wooden interior design, spacious yet cosy, nice balcony and curtains. There can always be small things to be picky about but all in all this hotel is great enough especially its connected to the elite bookstore and all that cultural venues surrounding it! Not to mention the lobby is so comfy to chill in! On Saturday nights there is live music until 10.45pm!

Excellent hotel experience, they have great gym with impressive training equipment. Modern interior design with harmony material combinations, the breakfast is also delicious and healthy, The price is totally worthy.

Very near and clean. Great location near the cultural district and Taipei 101. Rooms are clean with great concept of having a mini library at the reception area as well as magazines in the room. Say no more. Take a look at the pictures and youll know why I love this place!

The furnitures and decorations are simple but elegant. It takes the theme of wood. You feel absolutely comfortable here. There are artistic and cultural places and events around.

A beautiful, upscale hotel done at Taiwanese scale. Quiet, with small beautiful tropical-style gardens next door. The next door Eslite Spectrum mall is very eclectic and convenient. Breakfast is quite good if you get it included with the room. You get a choice of entree as well as a mini buffet which we found plentiful enough. The lobby is great with a cool selection of books and long tables suitable for spending time on a laptop. Definitely a favorite place.

Excellent room with balcony and very spacious bathtubs.The lobby bar is peaceful and relaxing.The hotel seemed very quiet (it only opened a few months agoand there were teething problems for example key cards to rooms regularly failing (4 times in 24 hoursmeaning frustrating journeys downstairs to rectify.Given the hotel is so quiet they could have taken the opportunity to upgrade guests to larger rooms since the hotel is new however the welcome drinks were very much appreciated.I would probably return here.
