Excellent experience. When the game master is as passionate as you are, this can be only a good moment.We did the white diamond which is indeed a difficult room (we were a group of 2).It was really immersive and had a lot of puzzles. But was good :-).We had not enough time to do other rooms but well definitely come again if we are back in the area.

My group has done many escape rooms before but this was hands down the best one we have ever done! The Madhouse had two grown men screaming like children. It was very challenging and we barely escaped with less than 2min remaining. Such a great experience! We would go back and do the other rooms again for sure.

We played "Agatha". Fantastic room very atmospheric. And the stuff very polite. Will go again soon.

Πολύ ωραίος χώρος! Τα δωμάτια είναι ατμοσφαιρικά με έξυπνους γρίφους. Το προσωπικό είναι πολύ φιλικό! Περάσαμε ευχάριστα την ώρα μας!

For the first time I have ever been to an escape room my experience was perfect and I had lots of fun!

Μια από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες όσον αφορά δωμάτια απόδρασης!!Το δωματιο που επιλέξαμε ηταν το "hagatha".. πολυ εξυπνο,ατμοσφαιρικό με πολυ ωραίους στημένους γρίφους και πολυ ωραια σκηνικά.Οτι καλυτερο γιακάποιον λάτρη του είδους. Το προσωπικό πολύ φιλικό, εξυπηρετικό και με μεγάλη διάθεση να σου λύσει κάθε απορία και να σε βάλει μέσα στο κλίμα του δωματίου !!Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Primissima volta in un escape room! Esperienza stupenda, stanza horror veramente ben fatta. Personale qualificato e gentile, ci hanno addirittura tradotto in italiano alcuni indizi difficili per aiutarci! Grazie a loro ci siamo appassionati al genere, consigliatissimo!

Wir haben heute den Raum white Diamond gespielt. Es war sehr toll. Die Spielleiterin konnte gut Englisch und war sehr nett. Auch der Raum und die Rätsel haben viel Spass gemacht. Ein Besuch hier lohnt sich!!

White Diamond was a very fun escaperoom to play.We went in as a 2 player team with a lot of experience (80+ rooms), so we went for the harder version of the escaperoom.There are a lot of thematic puzzles and the host guided us when needed.With 8-9 minutes left on the clock, we made it to the end.Thanks to the enthousiastic hosts who made the experience more fun.

We played the white diamond room with 2 people, quite challenging but very fun. Very nice and friendly gamemaster, she really set the atmosphere.

This is an amazing experience! The staff here are excellent and the escape room is incredible! The room we tried was the madhouse and it was a perfect combination of all scary, fun and difficult riddles. Highly recommend!!

Η πιο δημιουργική εταιρία στο Ηράκλειο με τα καλύτερα δωμάτια (και άλλες μορφές escape). Τα αγαπημένα μου, αν και δνε είναι πλέον στην εταιρία αυτή, είναι το Madhouse0 και το Holy secret. Ο λόγος που κάνω την κριτική αυτή εδώ είναι γιατί οι ιδεες και η σύνθεση του δωματίου ανήκουν δικαιωματικά στην εταιρία Escaperooms.gr και είμαι σίγουρος ότι το επόμενο escape room(κάτι που περιμένω με τρομερή ανυπομονησίαπου θα φτιάξουν θα είναι της ίδιας ποιότητας.Holy secret : Είχα πάει σε αυτό το δωμάτιο οταν ακόμα ήταν στην εταιρια escaperooms.gr. Το "δωμάτιο" ηταν μεγάλο με 6 δωματια (αν όχι παραπάνωκαι με καταπληκτική ατμόσφαιρα. Ο μοναχός είχε πολύ χιούμορ και μας βοηθούσε όσο χρειαζόταν. Οι γρίφοι κυρίως μέτριας δυσκολίας (κατεμέαλλά πανέξυπνοι κατι που αποδεικνύει ότι για να είναι ένας γρίφος ωραίος δεν σημαίνει ότι πρέπει αναγκαστικά να είναι και δύσκολος. Αγαπημένος μου γρίφος είναι αυτός με τους ρωμαϊκούς αριθμούς. Επίσης έξυπνη η παραλλαγή ότι εν τέλη εμείς επιλέγουμε την έκταση και την δυσκολία του δωματίου πατώντας το κουμπάκι τις επιλογής μας.Madhouse0: Τι να πρώτο πω γιαυτό το δωμάτιο... Η ατμόσφαιρα; Τα props και η διακόσμηση;Ή απίστευτη ιστορία; Ή αδρεναλίνη; Το madhouse 0, από την σχετικά μεγάλη εμπειρία που έχω, ήταν το καλύτερο escape room που έχω παίξει. Οι γρίφοι ήταν κυρίως μέτριας δυσκολίας με 1-2 γρίφους αρκετά δύσκολους. Πανέξυπνοι γριφοι με αγαπημένους μου τον πρώτο πρώτο γρίφο και το γρίφο του διαδρόμου (εύκολοι μεν αλλά μου έμειναν αξέχαστοι). Πανέξυπνη η εμφάνιση της Amanda (και ο λόγος εμφάνισης της). Κάτι που δεν μπορώ να παραλείψω είναι πόσο ακραίος ήταν αυτός ο διάδρομος και πόσο έξυπνη ηταν ιδέα του δωματίου-κρησφύγετου. Δυστυχώς το δωμάτιο δεν ήταν όσο τρομαχτικό όσο το περίμενα και με συζήτηση με έναν φίλο μου κατάλαβα ότι η εταιρία locked έχει μειώσει τους ηθοποιούς και γενικά την ολική εμπειρία τρόμου.Τα υπόλοιπα δωμάτια είναι και αυτά καταπληκτικά(τα έχω παίξει όλα εκτός το εξωτερικού με τους αρχαιολόγους με το madhouse να έχει πολύ ωραίους και έξυπνους γρίφους και αρκετό τρόμο-δωματιο ΑΝΑΓΚΑΙΟ- για να παίξετε το madhouse 0 και να το απολαύσετε στο μέγιστο. Το White Diamond και αυτό με ωραίους και έξυπνους γρίφους, το εγκρίνω αβίαστα. Το time trapped εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο (το πρώτο δωμάτιο-υπερπαραγωγή της εταιρίας και γενικά του Ηρακλείουμε ιδιαίτερους και έξυπνους γρίφους. Το κουτί και αυτό πολύ ωραίο οι γρίφοι και ειδικά αυτός με τα γρανάζια πολύ έξυπνοι και γενικά η όλη εμπειρία πολύ διασκεδαστικη.Αν περάσετε ποτέ από το Ηράκλειο, Μην χάσετε την εμπειρία να δοκιμάσετε τουλάχιστον ένα από τα escape rooms της εταιρίας. Συγχαρητήρια στην εταιρία και σε όλα τα μέλη της που με τις πρωτοποριακες και πανέξυπνες ιδέες τους μας προσφέρουν καταπληκτικες εμπειρίες απόδρασης!!

It was an amazing experience, our first time to try this kind of game, but luckily we choosed this escape rooms --madhouse.The game design is very good, the connection and setting of various elements, and the rich decoration. Especially the actors, very dedicated and professional. While solving the problem, we were also frightened enough, Ha ha. Very happy experience! In short, we are very grateful for bringing us such a real and rich decryption experience! I want to recommend it to all those who want to play escape room games here!

Definitively one of the best experience in this trip, we even wish to return to try them all.Dont hesitate to go, just go and take the scary one !

Really godd just had a blast in it the ridles were pretty good but the mind games and the way they play with you it srtarted slow and then started chasing you and scaring you a lot they devided our group and got away with our clues so many times (im of course talking about the horror one )over all a really good expirience cant wait to bring some of my othere friends there

Hello, thank you very much for the great experience! Since we were in the Escape Room for the first time, we didnt know exactly what to expect. In any case, you exceeded our expectations! Thanks to the staff who received us so kindly and thanks to the actress who prepared us nightmares. It was unbelievable and an experience that we will never forget. It was a once in a lifetime experience, my friends and I had so much fun trying to solve the puzzles. It was very entertaining that there were so many different rooms and a super kind and helpful monk. I would definately recommend that! #Holy_Secret_room

I vastly enjoyed our visit there, even though Im not a huge fan of this genre. Very friendly staff, great actor (and very helpfull too). I definetly intend to revisit this place.

Weve played madhouse and it was amazing. Lot of shocking moments. Compliments to the actor.

Great fun, but most puzzles were too hard for 8yo that was with us.

It was an "once in a life time"experience. It was very scary (we went through the madhouse scenario), I almost sh@t on my pants. The staff really tried to make us feel in danger and they succeded. I totally recommend it.

Very nice experience

Absolutely awesome escape room with a great actor! We had so much fun and the architecture and decoration of the room(swas absolutely amazing!! Ive never played a room with an actor before, but I can highly recommend it. Its a very different experience from a normal escape room because youre not as stuck and focused on solving riddles, but it was such a fun experience! It was so worth it and if we would have had the time, we would have come back for another room for sure.

Played "Holy Secret" with my girlfriend and can highly recommend.

Went there with my Friends and WE just fell in love with the concept. Plus they did a very good job WE did all four room. I recommend it.

Great experience if you are a fan of Escape Rooms. We tackled all three of the rooms available during our visit; if you want a fun and imaginative experience then you should try Time Trapped, if you like clever riddles and teamwork then you should try the White Diamond and if you love horror and intense emotions then Madhouse is the one for you. The game masters and all the staff are extremely professional and make every visit an incredible experience!

A must for people who like solving puzzles. A wide variety of puzzle rooms from adventurous to horror.

The "Madhouse" was D-O-P-E.I heard lot of things about this Room so I really wanted to try it. And I did!.The puzzles were difficult but not impossible so they were actually really interesting,The Atmosphere was "Supreme" . It made me Shout to surpass my fear countless times(Yes indeed my voice faded away after that ).Those "little surprises" inside the room made me FREAK out. Once i let out all of my testosterone through a strong shout, I kinda got over it, but it was STILL Creepy and scary.I would totally Suggest this Room and this place to everyone in my vicinity or to anyone wanting to go to an Escape room.The staff and the game Master were amazing and really did a great job at spooking us out as much as possible and for that i am Grateful cause i had an experience which will definitely Haunt me for the next months that have yet to come.We had been told by the Staff/Gamemaster that they are preparing a way scarier/creepy Room that will not compare to this one. So i am definitely excited of Trying this one out as well!Best wishes .Will do come again.

Very creative rooms. Enjoyed every time we play a room there.

Really interesting and enjoyable activity. The staff is professional and they explain really well each game. I find it a bit expensive as an activity (around 12€ per person, or 10.5€ for each student), but its worth it. It has been my second time there. Keep it up guys.
