We stayed here for 4nights in Erdenet hotel .The hotel and the service were first class.Location was very close to important point.Staff was helpful, very polite and very professional. Everything was perfect.

Worst customer Service i ever receive in Asia. They give us a room with a broken bathroom and they know this. After a couple of hours of Discussions with Staff and after Police calling we can finally change the room.

One of the better hotels in Erdenet. Restaurant serves great food. Hotel allows loud parties in basement lounge. That can can be disruptive while trying to sleep. Cost is very low. We Paid about 20 dollars per night for 2 weeks. Hot water during the morning was limited if the hotel was full. Heater cannot keep up. Get up early if you want a hot shower to get ahead the rest of the patrons. You are deep in Mongolian culture and lifestyle here. Great restaurants in Erdenet.

Alongside the standard complementary soap and toothbrushes we got a condom and a beer opener, which should tell you something about the sort of crowd the hotel expects. That said the room was perfectly clean and pleasant otherwise. Fine for one night between long driving days.There is a disco downstairs which was quite loud, even on the 4th floor. Free but slow wifi.

When I was in Mongolia between 2006-2011, I have always stayed at this hotel whenever we went to Erdenet or just passing by. Easy to find, close to highway & local market. I never used its gym so I dont know, but the garage was nice. Right before I moved back to the states there was this new mall being built in 5 minutes walking distance. Hotel is nice, & the food is even better. The food is mainly Mongolian, but the best in town. I saw lots of foreigners come & go when I was there, but I also heard the locals saying even the locals come to this hotels restaurant for the food. So if you wanna try out very good Mongolian food, this is the place. I would definitely recommend this.
