Excellent place for kids birthday party! Had our 6 year old party here with unlimited jump and the kids had a blast. The host is great handing out the pizza and cupcakes (or cake brought by youto the children and engaging with the birthday child. Lots of different activities for the kids to enjoy. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience! We celebrated my sons 9th birthday. Our host, Collin, took care of our party and everything went smoothly.

Had my sons 5th birthday party here today and our hostess was Brielle. Not sure of the spelling but she was great. She was cheerful and communicated with me. Made the party such a good time. I Didnt have to lift a finger. My only negative was I was charged a $50 rescheduling fee. It was originally going to be $100 but I talk to the manager and she gave me $50 off. I had to reschedule because I had covid and I gave 5 days advance notice. Idk just seems like a lot for a party im still going to be having. Anyway, thank you epic crew for making my sons birthday epic!

We had our sons 8th birthday party there today. Everything was great. Well organized, good time management and our party host, Emma, was amazing. Would definitely do again and recommend to friends.

We just had our sons 9th birthday party here and I am so disappointed. I spent way to much for this party, the party host barely even helped the manager was rude, we were pushed around from one place to another even though there were no more parties going on, The only thing that was good was the pizza but that is because the pizza is from a Pizzeria named Nacys pizza so Shoutout to Nancys Pizza. I would not recomend having a party here to anyone, but the kids did have fun Next time I will just bring the kids and Handle everything myself this way I wont get treated like garage which is what it felt like!! Never Again way to expensive for such bad service

My son and his friends had a great time at Epic Air for his birthday party. It was convenient for me as a parent to have dedicated staff that served pizza and cake and organized a party dodgeball game. We will definitely be having more parties at Epic Air.

Booked birthday party Sep 2022 . On the day of the party, participants did not receive everything in our contracted pkg. In addition adults were charged the jump and separate sock fee but were then not allowed to jump. We expressed this to the teenage- only staff present and they were dismissive. I compared my credit card charges- deposit and final balance to the final invoice and they did not match. I was overcharged thru credit card. I went to Epic to discuss and staff was argumentative. I called to speak to a manager who was extremely unprofessional. I was threatened that all credit card signatures were on security camera and warned not to initiate a billing dispute with my card company.. My request to have the owner contact me was also dismissed. Ultimately I was contacted by the same unprofessional manager who stated that due to my inquiry- my family is banned from returning. If you choose to contract this venue watch all the paperwork.

I come here all the time. The staff is super friendly and the place is well kept. I enjoy my time here as everyone is super interactive! I recommend going on a weekday as they arent as busy. Overall I have a positive experience whenever I go here. Highly recommend if you are looking for some indoor fun during the cold season for the kiddos. Keeps them busy and tired and off the electronics!

So I come here weekly for with my family and if this was any other experience I have had here I would normally say its fantastic. Today is not that day, let me explain why. The first 2 hrs on a Sunday are for much smaller children which is a great thing for parents with really little ones. Around 10:20-10:30 a child who is just a year or 2 past the age restriction came in with what I would guess is a grandparent. The staff refused entry to them as the child was a little to big. Now this child has special needs and I fully understand the policy in which they are enforcing may be for safety and such. It was clearly rough for them to hear that as the child was very unhappy and bolted into the play area where multiple staff tried to stop them.. Again I understand the rules and why they are there. The problem is not even 15 minutes later I see a GROUP of older kids running into the play areas and not a single staff said anything.They had a party showing up early before 11am and not one thing is said. The special needs child had to be removed by their family member.... This is disgusting.

We have been going here for years and my kids always have a great time. Staff have always been friendly and the place is nice and clean. Great for birthday parties as they take care of everything for you. Highly recommend!

My daughter had an absolute blast for her birthday here! Emily was our party host and she did a fantastic job, always checking in and keeping me informed. The pizza was delicious and the kids had so much fun! What more can you ask for? Thank you Epic Air! We will be back 😁

Typically we have good experiences here, but unfortunately today was a very negative experience. At 10:20 we asked when the balloon drop would be, and we were told 10:45. At 10:30 they did the balloon drop early with only a few minutes warning- not enough to get 2 toddlers over in time. We will be trying the other toddler times at other trampoline parks instead.

My daughter had her 5th birthday party here. It was amazing. They took care of everything and the pizza was really good. I would recommend having a party here.

We just had our daughter’s 10th birthday here and everything was great! We did the basic package for 10 kids. Our party host, Gigi, was amazing and took care of everything for us. She kept us in the loop the whole time and it ran super smoothly! We opted for the ice cream option instead of bringing a cake and the kids really enjoyed picking out their own desserts. We just put candles in her ice cream cup and it was perfect! Everything that was included happened without a snag. My only con was that maybe the dodgeball game seemed a bit short, but it might just be because of how good one team was over the other. Lol. I would highly recommend having a birthday party here!!

I have had several group activities at Epic air and they have been very accommodating. The kids absolutely love it. Never had a bad experience. The staff is very very friendly and helpful!!!

I really want to recommend having your birthday party here because my son and all of our guests had a wonderful time, BUT I am really upset that our host was asking parents if they wanted to jump as well and then charged me for it at the end of the party. I provided my guest list before the party started and those were my approved jumpers. I did not feel comfortable complaining about this during the party, (nor do I like confrontation in generalso I sent an email when we got home, explaining everything. It took them 5 days to reply and they claimed I verbally agreed to add more jumpers, which I did NOT and added that since I did not speak with them during the party there is nothing they can do since its "finalized." Very poor customer service. Not even an apology.

Great place for kids. There are six play areas plus an arcade. The staff is friendly. Participants require the use of Epic Air socks. There are a few massage chairs we can use for a fee while waiting. There are tables/chairs and sofas parents/guardians can sit at while waiting. There is also a seating area zoned off for parties.

My four kids like coming here on the regular, but first and last time we have any Birthday parties here. Better off elsewhere!!1. Management was horrible2. We had our daughters 8th birthday 🎂 party 🥳 there today. My daughter and her friends had an Epic time!!! The new jumping area with slides was a huge hit!!! Kids loved the pizza and all the other jumping areas. They gave up eating all their cake to jump last 15 minutes. The staff was great. Our party helper was Alyssa...she was amazing!! Kids had a wonderful time and mom (meloved that all I had to do was greet our guests and socialize, preparation and clean up done for us. It truly was an Epic party. Thank you Epic Air!!!

Recently, had my sons birthday there. He enjoyed every bit of it, it was difficult to get him to leave. The new inflatable section was a great idea! Along with the soccer area. Party host was great nice and friendly.

We had our daughters 6th birthday party here! Great experience for all. The kids got to jump for 2 hours, we had decent pizza and plenty of fun! Definitely a good time was had by all!!

We just had our sons birthday party at Epic Air and it was an all around great experience. The party host was super friendly and available the entire time. She made the check-in process go very fast. I would definitely recommend having a party at Epic Air! So much fun!

Had a wonderful experience throwing our son’s bday party at Epic Air! The party packages are very reasonable for what it includes and kids ages 2-8 all enjoyed the experience! Staff was very sweet, helpful and accommodating. We have found if you have littler kids or require less noise and crowds, try going on a weekday! It gets very busy on weekends but our weekday evening party was perfect. Would highly recommend.

Epic Air is the perfect place for a birthday party or just a day to have fun! Clean place, friendly staff, and overall great atmosphere. My daughter had a blast celebrating her 6th birthday at Epic Air!

I had my sons 6th birthday party there. Nice and big place for kids to play and jump around. Him and his friends had tons of fun. They all had blast ju.ping around. The food was great. The service and accommodation was great as well. Overall, we were happy that we choose this place for his birthday party. I highly recommend it. Thank you.

We had my son’s 6th birthday here and he and his party crew had a blast. The private dodgeball game was a very fun time too. The only recommendation I’d give is to consider renting the family deck for three hours instead of 2. I was willing to pay another hour and there was no party reservation for after. Because they could not accommodate that, the party host recommended to move our stuff to the regular tables outside (which was fine as there were some availablebut given that I purchased unlimited jumping for all jumpers, it would be nice to be able to add an extra hour if we choose to and pay for it.

Had a birthday party for my son on 3/5. Here’s my review on each item.1. Scheduling and planning everything was super easy.2. Not sure if they are still at reduced capacity but it was packed today (5:15 arrival)3. The check in process was easy, got wristbands and socks right away4. The party host we had was super nice as was the whole staff.5. I get it had been a busy day, full of people but it did not appear to have been cleaned throughout.6. The pizza was good7. Party trays of food, ordered fries, tenders and mozzarella sticks (not worth the money.8. Our host was trying to explain that the sauces available were limited because they were running out….but they would try their best to accommodate. Didn’t make sense not to be prepared knowing there are parties etc. Again they did their best with what they had.9. The fries were awful, they were either undercooked or something, they were cold and soggy tasted off for sure.10. The tenders and mozzarella sticks were okay.11. I’m giving it 4 stars because the party host and staff were great. A bit unorganized and maybe frazzled from a long day with lots of people but did their best nonetheless.12. Quite honestly not worth the money of the family unlimited package.

Celebrated my daughter’s 9th birthday here today and the entire experience, from booking the party over the phone to walking out the door with presents, was incredible! Very professional, polite, and friendly staff, fun and upbeat atmosphere, and top notch customer service overall. Every kid at the party had a blast. Highly recommend this place 😀

Took my 2 children here today for a 2 hour jump and let me just tell you the staff is AMAZING!!! They’re all SUPER sweet and accommodating, my younger daughter wasn’t able to go into one of the courts due to her height and one of the workers came up to her and offered to play with her by the foam pit! SO cute!!! I always choose this place as my go to for family fun and always will

Had my daughters 13th birthday party here- it was great! All the kids ranging from 8 to 15 had fun. All I did was buy cupcakes and make goody bags- everything else handled by the great team! Jerry, our host, was accommodating and patient and did a great job!

The floor manager Carly is very unprofessional and rude. They gave us a pitcher of water with our pizza and said they gave it to us by mistake. later we went up to buy dessert and we had spent over $300 and my sister asked for a cup of water and said she would pay for it. Carly said “YOU HAVE BEEN TOLD!!!!!!” it was unbelievable how she speaks to people that are in their 30’s and 40’s like they are 5 years old. Then she put 8 sundaes stacked up and 7 bottles of water on one tray! it was ridiculous. A nice younger man worker said “ms would you like a bag” I was so happy that he had a brain unlike Carly. Then I asked her name and she wouldn’t give it to me I asked others they wouldnt. my husband went up for a cup of water. she gave it to him and he asked her name. It’s funny how she didn’t know he was with us but he gets water. then I took her picture and she’s like “thanks” very snotty l. Super unprofessional and ruined our time there. The place was nice and everyone else was kind and helpful. Except her. I think the other workers need a promotion and she needs to be fired!!! Worst experience ever!

We had my sons 5th Birthday party here and it was great! Our assigned party person was fantastic and always right there when we needed something and made sure to coordinate the day accordingly. The kids all had a blast and even the parents loved the idea! Would definitely have another party there in the future.

We threw an Epic Air birthday party for our son and it was so much fun. The kids all had a great time. We had our own space with a huge table and bins for shoes and presents. The pizza was good and our birthday host was wonderful. We would definitely do this again!

Probably the most fun my children have ever had! The trampolines are really nice and they have different areas for younger kids. They have hand sanitizer and a decent bathroom. 99% of the people were wearing masks, including children. I was here for a kids birthday party and the staff made it really special for the birthday boy! We cant wait to go back!

The most important thing : it is a good place for kids , not for adults .Epic Air Trampoline Park don’t have so many things to do .. for real ..i personally paid 75 $ for 2 hours .There were 3 of us , me , my wife and my 1,5 years old son .YOU CAN’T bring socks from other Trampoline Park , they say if is about safety but actually has nothing to do with it .now the most freaking thing is that they have height restrictions .My son was allowed to play in 3 areas only , and in those places adults CAN’T JUMP AT ALL .We sign the waiver to confirm that we are responsible for our safety , there is no need to force us to drive away .AS I SAID , THIS IS A GOOD PLACE FOR KIDS ,you can do birthday parties here . they will give you a discount on halloween if you will come in a costume which is cool !but for me there are too many restrictions and not so much to do .i was supervising my son and paid 22$ for 2 hours plus 3$ for socks . Even if you don’t jump YOU HAVE TO BUY THEIR SOCKS !HERE IS A RECOMMENDATION FOR THR OWNER :You can give discount at least for one of supervising parent if child is younger then 2 years .i personally won’t come here again on regular days .Thank you for your business !

We had my sons Birthday here on Saturday January 18, 2020. Our hosts Kaitlyn and Jerry were amazing. Both were very attentive. I was able to enjoy my sons party with him and his guests. From checking people in, serving food, serving cake, cleaning up and packing the gifts. Also love that there is a little something for all age groups. It really was nice since we had 34 kids ranging from 1 years old to 13 years old. The only one suggestion I personally would have is that kids from a party have to check out before they leave. Other than that is was a great time and a great party

Awesome trampoline place. Hidden away and clean. My daughter loved it. They have this jungle gym with light balls kids can play in, pretty unique. She spent most of the time there

Celebrated our daughters 3rd birthday party. She and all of her friends had a blast. There is something for all ages, 2yo-parents, all had fun! They decorate with balloons and you can add more decorations. Our hostess was a sweetheart and very helpful.

First time adventuring in this indoor park. Celebrated a birthday for a wonderful 2 year old!The event staff was very accommodating. Our Host Nick R was absolutely great. He was super friendly and learned our names very quickly.I will be recommending this place to all my friends and family.They have Dodge ball, basket ball, videos games. Several spots dedicated for children and whole lot more!If youre looking for an affordable, entertainingly physical way to cut loose and act like a kid, this is the place for you!!!Do yourself a favor a book an event. 😁

We had a BLAST last night at our daughters 9th birthday party! Our host, Taylor was so cute and so much fun! She totally ran the whole thing smoothly. I can tell she enjoys her job and playing with the kiddos, which is very important at place like this. Weve done parties for our daughter at other Jumping places before, and the host barely spoke to anyone, which can be a drag. Taylor really did everything for us. All we had to do was talk with the other parents and enjoy the party! She even jumped with the kiddos! Well probably do her 10th birthday party there too, and well be back this winter to jump some more!

Im giving 3 because of cost. It was a little pricy for basically pay per hour place. And the kids play house that is pretty impressive, but a bunch of the ball guns didnt work and Im not sure if they actually get fixed or not. If I go a week later, may be in same condition. But the employees are polite and dont yell at the little kids for taking to long to get out of the foam. They are a little more strict with which makes the kids listen a little more, just not overly strict!! I did have fun and my son loved it, so thats all that matters.
