Servizio impeccabile, bella struttura, stanzecomode e pulitissime, piscina con vistaeccezionale. E una struttura gestita dallabellissima ARIANNA simpatica e accogliente,spicca in particolare la sua professionalità,che ha un energia e carisma veramenteimpressionanti. La struttura indubbiamente è accogliente. Ovviamente meglio le camere vista mare e piscina delle altre. Discreto il servizio, gentile il personale. Camera ampia e accessoriata, con frigo e cassaforte. Per la colazione mi aspettavo una maggiore varietà e un respiro più internazionale. Consiglierei un inglese più appropriato alla reception.

Wir waren Teil einer Hochzeitsgeselkschaft, die zusammen in diesem Hotel untergebracht wurden. Wegen Überbuchung wurde unser Zimmer und zwei weitere einen Tag vor Anreise auf ein anderes Hotel umgebucht, welches eine halbe Stunde mit dem Taxi entfernt gewesen wäre. Eine Stornierung wurde nicht durch das Eolian offeriert. Für diese Umbuchung wurde uns kein Rabatt eingeräumt, obwohl das Hotel um einiges günstiger war und vom Standard nicht gleichwertig. Die Reaktion des Hotelpersonals war absolut frech, als wir uns geweigert haben auf ihr Angebot einzugehen.Schlecht organisiertes Hotel mit unfreundlichem Personal - absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

Lhôtel peut paraître beau mais on nous a attribué la pire chambre alors que nous avions réservé longtemps à lavance. Contrairement aux autres chambres toutes avec balcon, la nôtre était au- dessus de lescalier menant à la piscine et, sans balcon et vue sur les st udios. Tout cela pour le même prix que balcon vue mer. UNE ARNAQUE !

Esperienza meravigliosa ci siamo tornati per la seconda volta questanno hotel con un ottima posizione se poi si riesce ad avere camera vista mare è il top top top. Un paesaggio e una vista incredibile. Servizio eccellente personale disponibile ottima colazione e in più posizione strategica per andare in giro per la Sicilia. Noi siamo andati a Taormina gole di alcantara e un bel giro per le isole Eolie. Consigliato

Ottimo hotel situato a milazzo, a poca distanza dal centro città. Camere confortevoli e pulitissime. Colazione sufficiente e nella norma. Non tutte le stanze sono vista mare, bisogna richiederle. Bella la piscina. Personale disponibilissimo.

My wife Emma and myself stayed overnight in preparation for boarding a CLC Yacht in the harbour the next day for a tour of the Aolian Islands and we wanted to feel refreshed and chilled before getting onboard. We had a superior room with a spectacular view overlooking the pool and the harbour, the room was really well equipped including a large double jacuzzi bath, balcony and large double bed and of course air conditioning (essential). On arrival we were met by Rosalina who was on reception and who could not have done more to welcome us, she explained about the restaurant and bar in the hotel and also recommended some good local restaurants close by, she was Italian but spoke excellent English. We used the larger outdoor swimming pool to relax for the afternoon as they serve food and drinks and it was beautiful. The following morning we had our free breakfast which was continetal style but a perfect start to the day before lounging by the other pool for the rest of the day and then joining our yacht.Fantastic hotel, very smart but not pompous, and really well run, a delight to stay at for couples of families, highly recommended.

Note positive: Struttura moderna e comoda al centro di Milazzo.Colazione soddisfacente con varietà di cibo.Note negative: La nota negativa per quanto riguarda la struttura riguarda principalmente il personale accoglienza(reception).Una volta arrivati abbiamo dovuto fare noi domande su domande per avere informazioni su colazione, orari,servizio piscina e servizi a disposizione per poter usufruire delle attività nei dintorni…….in poche parole ci sono solo state consegnate le chiavi della camera e riferito il piano della stanza.La ciliegina sulla torta è avvenuta quando (visto l’orario pranzo di arrivoabbiamo chiesto se all’interno si poteva usufruire di una zona snack per poter stuzzicare qualcosa.La risposta è stata che potevamo dirigerci nella zona esterna della piscina dove avremmo trovato il bar.La beffa è che dopo 10 minuti che cercavamo di capire dov’era questo posto abbiamo scoperto solo grazie al personale addetto alle pulizie che al di fuori ,dalla parte opposta c’era un altra piscina dove li si trovava quello che stavamo cercando.Finalmente arrivati siamo stati “accolti” da una signorina che ci ha praticamente detto senza giri di parole che per accedere avevamo bisogno di una prenotazione(teniamo in considerazione che la piscina era praticamente vuota)In malo modo e scocciata ci ha fatto entrare avvisandoci già,come per voler mettere le mani avanti che il giorno successivo non avremmo potuto entrare. Tra l altro ci ha fatto accomodare dove ha voluto lei senza poter aver scelta.Sono del parere che non è compito mio chiedere ma dovrebbe essere il personale a dover spiegare il tutto.Oltre a questo sgradevole malinteso dove non ci siamo per nulla sentiti a nostro agio e accolti, il servizio wi-fi era inesistente per problemi con la nuova installazione della fibra.Penso che per i soldi che abbiamo speso il rapporto qualità/prezzo non sia stato a livello di quello che la struttura ci ha messo a disposizione.

Vergognatevi !!! Abbiamo affittato una camera per la notte del Ferragosto in questo hotel convinti che lindomani avremmo potuto trascorrere la giornata in piscina come avviene in tutti i luoghi che rispettano i clienti,ma a malincuore siamo stati invitati dal personale a lasciare la struttura entro le ore 11. Grazie per questo bellissimo ferragosto ... A Mai più!!!!

Belissimo hotel con vista mozzafiato sul mare e sul castello. Unottima colazione a buffet e personale particolarmente cordiale a colazione e alla Rezeption. Solo da consigliare!!!

Wonderful hotel with a nice sea view and a good services.

Ciò che colpisce è la fantastica piscina dove hai la possibilità di vedere un panorama mozzafiato! Camere pulite e confortevoli. La colazione non lho trovata per nulla abbondante, semplice e di poca qualità. Il bar dellhotel risulta poco funzionale.

Ci ho pernottato solo la prima notte di nozze quindi valuto in base a poche impressioni. Camera bella ma non spettacolare anche se so che ce ne sono di più belle ,a detta di altri amici. La posizione è ottima perché non molto lontano dal centro ed il servizio lascia a desiderare,ma prendete con le pinze questo perché potrebbe essere stata solo una eccezione o almeno me lo auguro per l hotel. In pratica ci siamo seduti al tavolo per la colazione e lunica donna dedicata al servizio chiacchierava con una coppia seduta vicino noi,senza darci nemmeno unocchiata ed allimprovviso è scomparsa quindi non sapevamo a chi chiedere. Dopo qualche minuto è comparso un omino al quale ho chiesto se poteva venire al tavolo e nel dire arrivo ,si è dimenticato di noi ed ha iniziato a servire altri ospiti arrivati in quel momento. Dopo 5 minuti lho richiamato dicendogli che si era dimenticato di noi e si è scusato. Da un lato ci sta ma dallaltro non cera nemmeno tutta sta confusione da non avere il tempo da dedicarci e dimenticarsi di noi. Spero vada meglio la prossima volta

Abbiamo passato li la prima notte di nozze, struttura accogliente, camera pulita e con tutti i comfort. Al mattino abbiamo goduto di una vista bellissima su Milazzo.Buffet Colazione abbondante, una pecca il personale al momento della colazione forse poco presente, abbiamo dovuto sollecitare più volte per avere un cappuccino.Per il resto consigliato.Vi mostro il panorama dalla nostra stanza....

Fuimos a un congreso de trabajo y el hotel organizaba toda la recepción. El motivo de mi comentario es dejar constancia del mal trato recibido por parte de Marco (por lo que tengo entendido el Director del hotely Rossana, nos trataron fatal. Cuando llegamos quisieron cobrarnos por unas excursiones a las cuales no nos habíamos comprometido a ir y de hecho no podíamos ir. Cuando intentamos explicarles la situación nos trataron con muchísimo desprecio, su expresión facial y sus palabras fueron de una falta de profesionalidad tremenda, nadie merece que se le trate del modo que se nos trató y mucho menos después de un viaje de tantas horas. Recomiendo que se alojen en el hotel La Bussola si lo que están buscando es un hotel limpio y agradable en el centro de la ciudad.

Nuestro motivo de viaje fue un congreso, cuya inscripción no era precisamente barata.Algunos de los asistentes se alojaban en el Eolian y otros estábamos repartidos en diferentes hoteles de la ciudad cuyo nivel era bastante diferente entre ellos, habiendo pagado todos lo mismo (el hotel Bussola en nuestro caso). Sin embargo, fue el Eolian el que se encargó de toda la gestión del congreso. Si que me gustaría dejar constancia de lo simpáticas y atentas que fueron algunas de las chicas (Estefania, Laura...), así como el personal de cocina para los lunch y coffee breaks (como Pascuale).Muy al contrario, el director del hotel (Marcoy otra de las empleadas (Rossanafueron no solo poco profesionales sino también desagradables con nosotras. Llegamos al hotel tras varios aviones y bus (2h y mediay nos lanzaron directamente a engullir como patos en 20min algo de comida que iban sacando en unas fuentes. Seguidamente, nos llevaron a las dos primeras charlas, donde estuvimos hasta bien entrada la noche (22hantes de llevarnos a nuestros respectivos hoteles. Posteriormente, nos dejaron hacer el check-in del congreso, donde el welcome package se reducía a un test de antígenos. Y de pronto, nos querían hacer pagar por unas excursiones a las que no podíamos ni asistir. Si bien nosotras pudimos negarnos a pagar, otros fueron obligados. Es más, tras expresar nuestra situación, nos trataron con desprecio y malas caras, siendo muy poco empáticos en nuestro estado de no haber dormido durante muchísimas horas. Acto seguido, nos dijeron que igualmente nos cargarian las excursiones a nuestra tarjeta. Eso no fue posible al no contar con nuestros datos bancarios, pero se nos persiguio no una sino dos veces para realizar dicho pago. Primero por whatsapp y luego por e-mail. Sinceramente, no fue agradable que el primer contacto con el hotel y el congreso fuera de este tipo, nos sentimos mal y desde luego no es la bienvenida que se espera ni en un congreso de este tipo ni en un hotel de 4 estrellas.El resto del congreso fue bastante mal organizado, solo salvado por la calidad de las charlas y las chicas maravillosas que ayudaban en todo lo posible. Pero los transfer llegaban tarde y llenos, obligándonos a esperar entre 10-20 minutos, haciéndonos no llegar a tiempo a charlas por las que habíamos pagado. Para dar el colofón final, ni siquiera nos llevaron de vuelta a nuestro hotel tras la conference dinner, de calidad mejorable y que comimos con mucho calor, que también nos estropearon queriendo llevarnos al aeropuerto con 10h de antelación, probablemente por no querer contratar más autobuses.Goza de amplio aparcamiento.

Hotel molto bello, in posizione strategica, alla reception la signorina Arianna è stata sempre pronta e attenta alle nostre esigenze, veramente il top.

Never again. The staff barely speaks english and is not trustworthy (my Ipad misteriously dissapeared from the room). The breakfast is first price supermarket stuff. Location is not very convenient (30min from port, 1 hour from train station by walk). 1 star for the spacious room and nice view on the pool, but the rest is not worth a 4 stars hotel.

Wir sind nun schon zum X-mal in diesem schönen Hotel. Für uns ist Sizilien, der romantischen Ort Milazzo und speziell das Hotel Eolion der Ideale Ausgangspunkt für viele unterschiedliche Unternehmungen um Land und Leute kennen zu lernen. Der stets freundliche Empfang, die modernen, sauber und gut ausgestatteten Zimmer mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick über die Altstadt, dem Hafen sind unbeschreibliche Dinge die nicht in Worte zu fassen sind, sie müssen selbst erlebt und genossen werden. Natürlich kann man hier auch die Gute sizilianische Kochkunst genießen.Rundum sehr zu empfehlen 👌

I coloured my hair the day before we arrived.On the first night I had a shower and I stained the pillow with leftover dye.I didn’t say anything, thinking they change the pillow cases anyway.But on the last day we were checking the room to make sure we didn’t forget anything.I turned the pillows over to realise my stained pillow was simply put under the cleaner one.Staines over curtains.Staines over walls.Gym closed.Pools closed.Terrace closed.Breakfast not 4 star, simply supermarket stuff, better off to any local coffee shop that bakes at 5am.Staff is amazing, they simply do their jobs (except the cleaners).It’s only expensive for the view.NOT coming back.

Nothing to say about the view and the location, but the price paid compare with the services offered dont tie up.The breakfast did have only few options but worse did not have any of the traditional Sicilian breakfast dishes (brioche with granita, pistacchio, mandorla, etc.). The jam came only in three flavors apricot, orange and peach, while there was no brioche but only croissants.As I said, the view was nice and several rooms had a table on their balcony, but not mine.The facility has two swimming pools but only one was available (due to the Covid). The good thing is that you could book your spot at the swimming pool (3 hours slotbut then nobody from the hotel helped to respect the booked slots, so when I arrived my slot was busy and I had to deal to have it. The second time it happened I just stop going to the swimming pool to avoid any discussion whit other guests.Overall I do not recommend the hotel as I think there are better accomodations for a cheaper price.

The stuff was very friendly and kind, had our 19th anniversary and they went out of their way to make a special one for us.Definitely will recommend this hotel and if we ever go there next time its going to be this hotel again for us. Thanks a lot guys.

Love the views and the rooms. Little bit hilly getting to parking, in house restaurant a little too fancy for my dinner taste. Overall it was a pleasure to stay there.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were OK, but you will hear your neighbours every time they leave depending if they learned to use a door handle.The card reader for the door lock did not work properly, also we couldnt switch on the bathrooms air vent. But all in all a good hotel with a nice view. Staff is friendly and invites you for a drink at the entrance bar...

Pseudo-luxuous hôtel with a nice location in the cap of Milazzo. Rooms were large and confortable but we did not feel the 4-star of this Hotel except on its price... Parking is not very practical (away from entrance), Location is impractical by foot (25 min from the port and ferries). Breakfast was great by the way.

Lovely hotel situated in a quiet location.Seaview room was exceptional.Modern room & bathroom with Nespresso machine (ask for it).Also good breakfast

Dishes were fresh and well presented here. This would have been 5 stars but unfortunately service was a little bit lacking - a bit slow and we expected a bit more attentiveness for his calibre of food.

Really disturbing view from everywhere in Milazzo

Very unpleasant experience.There was someones blood on the pillow when we arrived.We had lunch as soon as we arrived at their restaurant "best in Sicily" , yeah right.. best for you to get stomach problems.Balcony also very stupid with view on parking and no chair or table to seat there.Hotel is noisy as hell. You cans sleep during the day or evening. Quiet only after 2 a.m.We booked here 5 nights, but wanted to leave this place after 10 minutes as we got into the room.We left it after one night, but they charged us for full 5 night stay, wow.Eolian Milazzo Hotel is bad. Never again. Period.

Good facilities, a bit far from the city centre. Only place in Sicily where the service wasnt very friendly. The room was good though.
