Staff are always very professional and the meat is tasty

Been here with my friends a few weeks ago and both the food and service was amazing. We had the cheese assorment and the 75 % ham and I truly recommend them!! Also, the staff were super helpful and made some good recomendations - special mention to Rosa and Rafael. Great quality-price.

Unnecessary expensive!Paid a croissant Jamon £7!Just crazy! And why are you adding service charge?there is not service whatever!Avoid a RIP OFF and dont go there!

The seafood Paella was very disappointing as it had two pieces of squid on three prawns. Obviously trying to save money. I pointed this out to the staff and they said they would let the chef know. I think the management needs to know. Spent over £50 and still hungry. Only so much rice I can eat in one go.

Drink service slightly slow but the meat is good.

Over 10 waiters for 20 tables and 20 mins wait for a plate of ham... being spanish I have seen restaurants working faster with 50 tables and 5 employees. And the portions are ridiculous. The wine is great though

Only had coffee but there was no pressure on us to go quickly. It was strange looking at all the hams hanging on the walls!

One of the waitress at the ham table has a bad altitude, black hair, and a tanned, mean face. I walked in, worrying that I cant finish a paella myself. Another waitress was trying to tell me how big is the pot and kindly told me I may not finish it. But she tried to make fun of me : of course, if you eat a lot. I didnt think the joke is funny. Instead she was rude and unhelpful at all. The seafood paella (12.5poundI have to say was too salted. The seafood was fresh. I also had a drink. Quite nice. Better than the paella....

After we left the restaurant we have seen that they charged us double and they do not seem to be willing to reimburse us! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE !

Super wine+ we had the Jamon de Bellota with that yummy bread and the service was very good. Defenetly go back as my husband found a new place to eat/trink. Bonus for me😊 I can leave him there, go shopping and when I come back he is in a super happy mood as he did had delicious food and was served by a love staff. I give 5 stars for the taste of Jamon! I have bought different types of jamon and I am so impressed. It reminds me of Spain.

I shared a seafood paella with my wife, I wish I hadnt. Lacking of the socarrat in the paella, which is traditional everywhere you order it. The dish overall was just mild, cant say Id go back to try again.

Food was tasty but very overpriced, service was poor and meat from snack counter was a very inferior cut with large amounts of hard gristle and chips of bone.

Really tasty meat but to expensive for my taste plus the portions are to small

Dont really complain, but service is bad.Ive only given it 2 stars, as one of the young ladies clean my table as I arrived.Whilst sitting and waiting, and waiting.....no one attempted to ask what Id like. One team member just kept looking and then putting her down, walking past me and doing other things.What I would say to the young lady, is youre in the wrong business.In the end I had to approach the bar area and ask if her colleague wanted to serve me.

I love this place!! I usually go every week. The team is incredible, specially Lorena she is really lovely explaining with detail the quality of the jamon because I understood nothing at all before. I recommend it!

The service was fantastic. Food even better. I would highly recommend for a quick pit stop or a relaxed meal and drink

Great Spanish cured Ham and reasonably priced beverages with a good view of passing shoppers.

Good quality ham etc from Spain. I like their coffee too! Not a cheap place but you get great products!!

The service is not exactly terrible. But its almost terrible. The waitress brought me the wine without allowing me to taste before serving it. The bread wars hard and kind of passed. The idea is very good, but for a place so high priced, it should be much better. It lacks the sense of experience. You dont feel welcome or even comfortable. The products are good and the idea is amazing. Its a pity.

Amazing hams so tasty. Sit and have paella or a ham baguette to take away. Estrella on tap at £5 a pint. Hams for sale whole, or presliced in packs.

The paella is pretty good but I would recommend grabbing a serrano ham and manchego baguette catalán style to take away (tomato rubbed on the bread with olive oil). They will oblige you if you ask for it!

Paella was horrible, prices were above expectations but wouldnt mind paying if paella was paella. Go for drink or something else but not paella.

Went for a tapas on my sisters bday to share with their best Rioja. Great meal although staff got impatient as we did not order quickly and it took even more time to get there attention when we wanted to pay the bill.

Lovely food but unacceptable service. The waitress dropped a knife when she was cleaning up, didn’t even say sorry. She was incredibly rude, didn’t even say a word to us. Smashed the water to the table.

Food was OK，however the service was unacceptably bad. The waitress who served us dropped the bill and glasses on the table without a word. She also dropped a knife on another customer without any apologies.

Matured Jamon (hamwith warm baguette was ok. The baguette with a ham so called "Bellota " was for me inedible. It was like a thin long piece of wood. I was unable to bite it nor chew it. Not sure this baguette is worth £9.80. Had baguette much better from the same company with cheaper ham. Sometimes, the most expensive doesnt mean it is the best

The first waitress didnt take our order correctly and my partners food was left off our order!. Ad there was just the 2 of us I found this very bizzare! I asked for 2 seperate dishes, both were not available! And when my partner eventually had his meal arrive, it had been rushed and wasnt cooked properly. Wasnt a very good first impression

First time here, given the price range I expected better quality care for the dishes, had the Spanish omelette as a starter and it tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave as it was lukewarm and lacked any real texture as the potato tasted like mush, the only positive being the ham which tasted fantastic. For the other dishes I ordered I felt extremely disappointed as I could clearly tell no love or care had been taken into making the dish as it was easy to see the carrots had been brought pre prepared, same goes for the red peppers and too much stock was used along with the addition of the cured ham which made the whole dish unbearable salty after two bites and again it was all just one texture which was mushyThoroughly disappointed as paying £12 for a paella I expected better quality.

Terrible experience! Not the first time there but it was for sure the last! My baguette came to my table with almost no jamon in it... when I called the member of staff to have a look on the amount of jamon I had it, that was almost none, it was more bread than something else... he just replied that is the right quantity! Really? I went there to eat jamon and not just bread to pay £8! Than he asked me if I wanted to add more or to change for a different baguette... I just said I want the same one but with a proper amount in it obviously! He went back to the kitchen, and when he came back with other one, I open the baguette and I just said "now its okay, thanks"... with rudeness he just replied to me turning his back "its the same lady"! What???!!!! Is this a proper way to treat a costumer?? Im not coming back for sure! They should listen the costumers! And I didnt complain for no reason!!

Waste of money and very little flavour. My brother and I bought a cone of jamon, 2 cans of diet coke, a sandwich and some jamon serrano to take home which cost £35. The two members of staff who served us were so rude and very much lacking in good customer service skills.Wont be returning ever. Good thing my Mother brings some over with her whenever she visits from Spain

Appalling service. Just sat there for 5 minutes in an empty venue, watching (wait for it3 members of staff doing nothing (ok, one was trying to get people to sample the ham, but god forbid you try to take a pre-cut piece from the tray next to you. I believe i was told "dont touch"). So after 5 mins i got bored, told the now 4th member of staff their service was terrible (she just simpered and shruggedand went elsewhere.

Good ham and wine but unlike before, if you order ham they play a little trick where they dont ask you which grade or quality you want.. You end up with a bill of 34 pounds for 100g of ham and 2 glasses of wine. Same thing if you order from the deli counter, they dont ask anymore which ham you want and give you a more expensive one. Fair enough its up to the buyer to watch out but personally I dont like this attitude.

Sell top quality hams in grams or whole legs, great for a party and the staff are excellent and helpful.

Nice if the menu had an English option, when in Italy write in Italian, when in London at least have an English option available or maybe English speaking Italian staff?

I really liked the salad. Excellent smoked ham. Nice staff.
