Enosfera in Vatican City

Veramente intimo e piacevole! La base è la degustazione e la vendita di vini ma anche il cibo è fantastico, grazie Lumi!!

Proprietario accoglie le persone come la sua famiglia e ti fa sentire a casa...

I ate here a few times when I visited in 2018. It is such a welcoming place with great food and wine. I promised a review (because I enjoyed it so muchbut forgot until now. Highly recommend if you are in the area. Not too far to walk after visiting vatican city.

This evening I’ve been invited in this place where never I’ve been and it was simply a great discover that I’m sure is not ending tonight! The best carbonara I’ve tried so far in Rome! Genuine service by Lumi! In what it is so called Osteria. The owner “oste” Fulvio can introduce you to the story of this place and its origins. Wine, oil of olives, all ingredients comes from the excellence of Tuscia... stopping writing to let you go and make your discovery!

DO NOT COME HERE. Horrendous experience. The menu caught our eye, was still a little bit more expensive than other places but we wanted to go for a nice dinner out so we decided to go in. The waitress assured us they would be able to make us two nice vegetarian dishes so we agreed. We ordered a salad, a mushroom lasagna and some "pasta with vegetables", some tap water, a beer and a glass of wine. Firstly, it took them 1h15 mins to bring out the lasagna and the pasta: the lasagna was tiny and the pasta was very undercooked and it has a basic tomato sauce. Both dishes went cold instantly. We complained that the salad was taking forever to bring to us considering it was a starter and the waitress rudely told us that "you dont understand, we make everything fresh here, thats why it takes so long". Very condescending and uncalled far since the salad they brought to us after AN HOUR AND FORTY FIVE MINUTES was some lettuce with poorly chopped onions, olives and feta cheese. We ordered some wine and they poured us a glass worth 9 EURO?!?!?! I mean... it was mediocre wine at best and they had the audacity to charge us for something that had a lower price on the menu.We were shocked to see that a meal for two would be 54 euro, we didnt leave a tip and left feeling scammed and frankly, embarrassed. How they can sleep will remain a mystery to me. If you want actual good food go to the restaurant next door: MiVà!For the love of whats sacred to you, do not come here.

Had a great time and delicious meals here for dinner! Food and service were excellent, and owner & staff inviting & friendly. Will definitely be back!

Price was different on card and different on bill. Size of dishes were half than in other restaurant. They are scammers! Watch out. We offered to pay prize from menu and after threatening police they agree with us 😁. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

They wanna cheat us. The price in menu wasnt correct than reality- 2€ per dinner (higher of course). When we go out the owner offended us.

Entrato per caso, ho trovato una ottima accoglienza, buon cibo, buon vino e buon rapporto prezzi/qualità!

Di solito se il titolare o la cameriera si offrono di farmi assaggiare del pane bruscato con olio nell attesa del piatto che ho ordinato, non dovrebbero farmelo trovare nel conto. A questo aggiungo 8 € per un calice (sporcodi vino che non posso definire cattivo ma nemmeno di qualità. Avrei dovuto capirlo da subito, visto che al mio arrivo nel locale non cera nessun cliente, ed era sabato sera alle 21. Queste sono le motivazioni della mia unica stella.

When we decided on a bottle of wine, the boss filled 5 glasses of three open and one new bottle for 5 people. He did not tell us that he was going to charge 5 glasses of 9 EUR each, and not a bottle of 34 EUR as ordered. The glasses were not clean. This was our last visit to Enosfera!

Was in Rome for few days and i took time in this restaurant and bar, their service is the best the waitress and the old man there are so nice that they even make a sound out of drums called konga, was a lovely experience to be there

Totally agree with Mark, if I wanted microwave food I would stay at home. All these good reviews were made by local owner friends. Dont recommend, wont visit it again, I suggest everyone the same. Food was bad bu wine was good, ah right it was from the bottle...

Locale piccolo ma curato con buona musica di sottofondo. Buoni e gustosi i piatti: ho preso zuppa di lenticchie e baccalà con patate. Ma il punto forte sono il gestore e il personale molto affabile e disponibile.

Ah, il convivio! Bel locale alta qualità dei vini, chef molto bravo e piatti deliziosi. Ambiente amichevole.

Ordered the saffron risotto. It came out cold. I sent it back and then heard the ding of the microwave and out came my food again. If I wanted microwaved food, I could have stayed home. My wife got the chick pea soup and it was bland. We ordered an appetizer and it never came. At least we werent charged for it. They did bring us a small bag of bread without asking us with 3 pieces in it...and charged us 3 euros for it. The owner was nice, but that was about it.

Provato per cena : ottima proposta gastronomica con taglieri di salumi e formaggi selezionati, sfiziosi crostoni, tartare sia di pesce che di carne, primi ricercati e dolci molto buoni . Ampia la carta del vino ed ottima la mescita. Consigliato !

We have been in Italy for two weeks and this is the best meal we have had. The lasagna was far and away the best Ive ever had. And coffee cream desert was to die for. My wife had the meatballs and she loved them. This place (which just openedis amazing!
