We are new homeowners in the area and we absolutely love this place. If you like to dance and listen to good live music, this place is a must. The owner(sand staff are very nice, and the food and drinks are good, too!

Excellent dinner entrees, friendly, attentive service staff, reasonable prices and terrific live music by variety of genres. Real Florida bar/restaurant setting and an owner that actually walks around welcoming and thanking his customers. A real treat of an experience and well be back frequently. Dont miss this place!

Dinner is OK, fairly priced. Drinks are watered down a bit. But music is excellent most nights. Mostly blues but they have other bands too. The music venue is the draw.

Beautiful place entertainment Raising Cane was phenomenal. Cheyenne the server was a delight to speak to and she took great care of us.

The food was absolutely amazing, the service was outstanding, the outdoor patio area was very tropical - beautifully done. Add to it - the friendly atmosphere with live music! All outstanding! We will definitely be back!

We were surprised at the fine quality of food here. All entrees were tasty and, as we reserved a table, we were close to the stage for the evening entertainment (Paisley Craze). Service was good, although a bit slow as it was very busy and few venues have enough staff these days.

Funky, eclectic, great atmosphere. Awesome music. Superb service with a clean environment and top notch food! Reasonably priced for the quality of food! Will definitely go back.

It was a great evening for us.Good option for vegetarians.The pasta was amazing and burger was so good.The owner was so friendly and so was the staff.We felt accepted as people of color.Good folks.

We always have a great time at Englewoods! Tony owns it and he always makes sure everyone has a nice time. Unique, down to earth.We sit out back on a brick patio with a huge tree growing in the middle. My favorite dish is the Snapper Picata with red cabbage and mashed potatoes (theyre real not box). Band plays most nights. Its always packed so get there early or call for reservations. See you again real soon, Tony!!! Thank you!!!

You get good eats and well entertained at Englewoods on Dearborn. The food is excellent! The music is always fantastic. And Tony, the comedian, "are you fing keeeding me?" makes sure you are entertained in his own way. We musicians like it for the vibe, the audience always leave with a smile on their face. Check this place out!

Great food great music and great service. Although I asked for red pepper and was surprised they dont have it. A restaurant that serves spicy food without red pepper?! They did give me hot sauce which made me happy. Next time Ill bring my own. Lol

Best dining experience in Englewood area by far while on vacation. We were there on 3/16. The lamb chops were perfectly seasoned and cooked. We sat outdoors and there was live music that had some folks up and moving/shaking. Attentive service considering the festive environment. Definitely recommend. P.S. - Wife had the shrimp and grits (actually polenta cakes- she enjoyed as well).

We were there for the entertainment and were not disappointed. Twinkle and her band played. The food was good too. Great atmosphere in their garden area.

A wonderful experience from the time we walked in the door and were greeted by the owner until we left. My first time but is now my favorite restaurant in Englewood. Nice selection of food and drinks but the best thing about it is the ambiance. The entertainment was great and it was just a fun environment to be in. Not a long wait for a table as in no wait. I love the schnitzel but the Hungarian goulash is what Im ordering next time.

Stephanie took amazing care of us last night! The owner is so friendly and amazing at making sure everyones having a great time with great food. Band was also awesome! Our whole table was smiling all night long. Cannot wait to come back!

While visiting friends this week, they raved about the Old-World Vienna Schnitzel (pounded pork, lightly breaded and pan friedentree. We ordered it with the mushroom glaze, mashed potatoes, and vegetable medley. It was all so delicious that we cleaned our plates. Our waitress Karen was sweet and attentive. Both the manager and then the owner stopped at our table to confirm that we were enjoying our meals. We could not have been more pleased with our dinners. Very fun night listening to a great band. Wait staff was wonderful always attentive and knew when to reappear. We had the salmon and the veal, both were very tasty. We will definitely be back!

Great schnitzel but limited drink menu and slow service. Live music was entertaining but there was unfortunately a cover charge on a Wednesday night we decided to skip out on and just sit outside instead. A bit pricey but a good atmosphere overall.

Great service and recommendation for the Hungarian Goulash! Also, shout out to Bobby for fixing our reservation mix-up. Nice to meet Tony who gave us the tour and history of the place. Not to mention the great music! Well be back!

This was our first time at Englewoods. We loved it! We sat out back in the open air dining area. They have it set up really nice with a small pond and beautiful tree growing up through the middle. Rick, our waiter made us feel right at home. We even had a chance to meet the owner and share a couple laughs...he has a great personality! The food was delicious...both dinner and dessert. We will be back!

Great atmosphere. They had live music out back starting at 7:00 on the Friday my family and I were there. Food was excellent. Very Florida.

Place is bigger and more fun than it looks from the street. Stumbled upon this place - friendly staff who ushered us to the live music out back on a beautiful patio. Great find!

Fabulous Restaurant! Many yummy items on the menu ranging from seafood, chicken, and steaks. One of their specialties is the schnitzel, which is what I ordered with mashed potatoes and red cabbage. It was the best ever!! They have a lovely open area in front with a few tables and a small bar, as well as a back room area with entertainment. Happy hour 4-6! I highly recommend this venue for the food as well as the atmosphere.

Alright. Here is the deal. Upon walking in you are actually greeted and made to feel welcome. Upon being seated you are treated well and the staff knows the menu very well. The drinks? Wonderful. The food? To die for. Their take on cheese grits ( a flash fried blockis absolutely to die for. The shrimp and grits was wonderful and true to its origin. The lamb chops (lollipopped and cooked to perfectionwere flavorful and savory. The pepper jelly that came with them was also a satisfying sauce. Then, for desert, the key lime pie was heavenly. Throughout the experience they had a 60s->70s band that sounded wonderful. This place is definitely worth a visit. Do. Not. Miss. Out.

Great night at Englewoods! The music is outstanding - so fun. We had 7 in our party, all ordering different entrees and all were excellent. But best was our service - our waitress was terrific, our food was prompt and hot, the staff as a whole is a happy, cohesive team (not something you see often).

Our party of eight was very happy with our decision to try this restaurant. We were seated by a lovely hostess in an outdoor courtyard with trees and lights and a stage with live music. Our party chose an appetizer of coconut shrimp with a sweet and very slightly spicy sauce (maybe mango?and the homemade chips with ranch. For entrees we had ribs, shrimp scampi, Mr Peepers Chicken, and seared ahi tuna (an appetizer as their mealand not one bit of food was left on anyones plate. I had a beach beer shot (Licor 43 with cold form creamthat was heavenly. Another guest had a red wine and blackberry brandy sangria that she loved. Key lime pie and chocolate lava cake was devoured for dessert. We had a nice slow dinner and enjoyed the live band and watching people dancing. One star was left off only as our server was a bit scattered but in her defense tried hard, seemed new and it was very busy. It was odd that multiple times she took half the tables order, left and went to another table and then came back again. This happened during placing our drinks, ordering our food and when we ordered dessert. But overall food and venue were exceptional and I believe the owner or manager came over to check that we enjoyed our meal. We will definitely be back on our next visit to Englewood!!

Fantastic atmosphere ! The back area is super cool with tables positioned around large trees. There was a blues band playing. Food was good not great. Slightly pricey.

Food was delicious. Best steak I have had in years. Ghoulish was authentic,my husbands new favorite dush. Cindy our waitress was attentive.l. Tony is a great host and owner. Too boot they have live music Great ambiance. If you want great food and lots of fun, this is the place to be.

We had a table of 8 with the best service. Tha food is fantastic, atmosphere is energetic and fun, and the music is over the top.

Had a great dinner of scallops, real mashed potatoes and mixed vegetables! After eating, we danced the night away to a band called Torched and had a wonderful time :-)

Very friendly and attentive staff! The food is better than I expected based on reviews. The bar in the back is smoke-free.Tonight I had the Greek salad and the chicken was exceptionally well cooked.Solid music, too.

Had a great evening listening to the blues. I had the scallops dish and it was worth every penny. Our server, Kay, was fantastic given it was busy and we were inside because of the chilly weather!

We were seated right away by the very friendly owner himself. Our waitress, Angie, was very attentive. Jerry enjoyed his Shrimp Etoufee. My Swordfish was moist and delicious. I ordered Red Cabbage for the first time and it added to the flavor of my meal.

Went there for the 1st annual biker show and had fun great bars and right by the beach a lot of neat and different bikes there rated this a five star and will be back.

Very good food, good friendly service, and great entertainment from time to time. A little more Dance Floor room would be nice, but even as it is everyone is having fun. Highly recommended!

Best live Blues Entertainment, Best Dining Two outdoor bars, Super friendly owners. Had my wedding there! Best seats in town. Famous ENGLEWOOD T-Shirts and hoody’s for sale too. Best seats out front for the Car Shows and any downtown events.
