Little sitting space inside the shop but I love the interesting variety of the sushi! Adorable and Yummy!

serves lot’s variety of sushi and surprisingly taste good! price wise around 2-3RM , need to pay extra for sauce and wasabiwould def comeback !

Have been supporting them since they open in the middle of the underground. Until one day I went gurney i thought it zaplap already. And I realized that they actually rented one of the shop directly facing the lift. Continue to support them for the affordable and tasty sushi.

On 6th June evening I went there to try out the sushi branch because I used to order from Queensbay. Turns out the sushi rice is like eating kuih or rice cake. The seasoning of the rice is also bland. I couldnt bother to write about the other fillings and toppings theyre also below average compared to the other Sushi Empire branch.

Geschmacklich vielleicht nicht das beste Sushi der Welt, aber Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis unschlagbar.

i dont know what’s happening here but dont throw your emotion to customers. all staffs show annoying faces and roll eyes some more (for no reasonsangat teruk!

this is the most special sushi shop ever seen... their special: not need to que... as long as u buy around 3/4 pieces the casher will let u pay 1st... dont understand why the owner put the que sign sticker... ya... dont buy much ya if not u need wait... 😉

The Malay boy stuff dont even bother to answer your questions when asking, just stand there watching you like a rock..

My mom was there today (25/1/20212.45 pm, happily lining up waiting to put in an order. She was standing behind a lady who is served by one of your staff (male). My mom tried to get a better view of the menu from where she stood without interrupting anyone. However, the male staff told her off with a rude “Shu” gesture telling her to stand in line. While waiting for her turn, mom returns a text message and must have lost sight of what is happening. Knowing my mom is in the queue, the male staff didn’t acknowledge my mom but yet skipped her to serve the person behind her. Mom was shocked with the treatment she received but did not want to make a scene there so she walked away. We go to them every now and then but not anymore after this incident!

Bad and unfriendly service crews, work impolite way

went to the branch at Gurney Plaza, saw the sushi there wasnt fresh nor appetizing so I went to Gurney Paragon branch. Same issue but i decided to order anyway.. I told the staff there I wanted salmon, she didnt understand what I wanted, so I pointed to her then I realized that the placement of salmon is on mochi instead (wrong price/name). I ordered some other sushi and wanted to scan empire sushi membership but the aunty told me the scanner is not functioning.I went home to try out the food. Found out the salmon slice is paper thin..😂 Overall its a upsetting experience... If this chain were to die off Id be happy.. theres plenty of other affordable sushi restaurants.

Convenient location. Easily accessible on concourse of shopping mall. Reasonable price is the strong point of this establishment. Quality and taste not too far off from the more premier brands.

Tax 6% I dont know what tax you tax me. GST or SST? The worse is during this covid season hygiene is the first priority and you didnt clean your tray you pass over to counter to pack and you just recycled use it back without washing. See the pictures below you know another one thing missing on the hand.

Visit yesterday. Didnt put price tag properly...cucumber sushi didnt put name & price tag..im vegan diet but didnt notice cucumber with egg😢...

Its located right inside the mall, down on the basement area in the centre. For the 🍣 sushi lot of choices to choose from. Price is reasonable. There are lot of table to find a place and enjoy your meal. Grab and go is what most the customers do, easy lunch or dinner if you want some Japanese. The problem is when reach the basement the are so many restaurants to choose from. So choose wisely.

Extremely Rude services provided!! Impolite worker scold us just because she thought we didnt order any sushi and sit on their table. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Speechless with their services.
