Vibrant shopping mall offering global brands, beauty & health services & international eateries.
I really like to have my buffet hotpot in Sukishi, you get free fried chicken, sometimes even the handmade meatballs too. I always order Sukiyaki soup base with either Japanese Mala/Premium mala soup base. Cant wait to go next round for meals again.
Overall is a nice mall to bring kids and varieties Restaurant to choose from. The issue is the escalators. Most of the time is not functioning. Not convenient for elderly or those hv knee/leg issue.Lift has to wait for quite long as only 1 near Caring pharmacy.Hope the management can address the escalator issue quickly as it has been months or longer.
Your escalators, unbelievable, there is never a time all of them are functioning at the same time for as long as I can remember. And recently it’s worse, many of those going up are not functioning, all at the same time. So save your gym time, come visit Empire Subang for a good workout.
The mall is nice but the toilet was terribly dirty. It didnt use to be like this from my past visits so I hope this is just a one time thing.
New management took over, changing it to halal. Years eating there, ordered non halal to change its menu, if not get out of the mall? Nicely done new management, i hope i can send piglets to ur office.
I require disabled parking access due to my mothers condition. Empires parking has disabled parking next to their travelator entrance. A sloping travelator is not wheelchair friendly. So the security officer advised us to take the lift that takes you to Red Box. But the lift was out of service. So we tried the bomba lift... Out of service too. So we walked to the hotel lift, and there is a ramp to get into the lift area, but the ramp is blocked by park cars so you cant push the wheelchair pass the cars to get to the lift area. I wont even go into our experience in the mall when we finally got in there. If you are a wheelchair user, dont bother visiting Empire. There are much better malls to visit.
Stuck in an elevator with my 82 year old MomMy Mom and I were both stuck in the all-glass elevator in Empire Shopping Gallery mall (the one in the middle of the malllast Sunday. I kept ringing the bell and when the security answered the call, they said they will come in 20min (by the way, the volume of the speaker was very, very soft - barely inaudible). I told him "No"; I want him at the elevator NOW and my reason is because I had my 82-year old mom with me. At that point, I felt like we do not have enough oxygen to last that long even though there were only mom and I were in the elevator (just moments ago, a whole family were there; luckily the father with a stroller with a very young child, decided not to cramp into the lift). After insisting, the security arrived but there were already two people - one guy and one girl (she works at Red Boxwho have been helping me (I praise these people who came to our rescue and at least, supported us throughout - at least someone is there to be with us). I asked the security to try to force open the door and he said he could not do it as he needed the keys. He said the maintenance team would be there in 20 minutes (he said that 10 minutes agobut from his body language, I did not feel he was certain. While I understand he is trying to keep everyone calm, the lack of responsiveness of the entire team, made me worried - somewhat panicked. So, that 20 minutes mark was his guesstimate - a perpetual moving target.I asked the guy and girl to help me force open the door. Guess what? It did open finally. When I came out, I firmly told the security guard that he ought to have the spare keys. He said he did ask from maintenance but refused. Then, he said it can be opened from inside and I know he was saying it on hindsight - this is because he kept saying we needed the keys before. My message here is less about the security guard but I am addressing this to the management team in Empire. It was a weekend with many families in the mall, the all-glass elevator is everyones go-to to avoid the escalators - people with strollers, elderly people etc., and I strongly believe the team should have been more prepared in circumstances that I had experienced. Good that we came out in one piece. Had I just obeyed the instruction to wait for another "20 minutes" (or more), I cannot imagine the consequences.
Condition of the mall has been pretty bad lately. Indoor/outdoor Ceiling leaking, air conditioning not working, escalators and travalators not working for awhile too
This mall used to have a nice variety when it come to its F&B but this will no longer be the case in another month or two as popular and busy restaurants are told to leave since the takeover by the new Management. Which is such a shame as it was a nice neighborhood mall. Good bye, Empire. You were good while it lasted.
Its just an ordinary shopping mall here. Not really fancy about it. Thumb ups for clean toilets but sadly not their restaurant. Had an unpleasant dine in at Rakuzen where I have to kill 1 baby cockroach and 2 adult cockroach. Another advantage in here is that they have tng reload machine and its free of charges. Not really keen to come or make a return trip there if no resolve their hygiene level.
Disappointing lack of good brands and almost no Deepavali decorations at all. Honestly their Halloween decorations are more noticeable. Decent amount of food though
Last visit: 19 Oct 2022Not a big mall, but upscale. Nice and clean. Plenty of restaurants.
This is a great Mall in Subang Jaya. Lots and lots of restaurants. Variety. Parking can be a challenge during busy hours . So plan your trips. At night however an additional parking level is available for visitors. Some of my favourite restaurants are here. Jaya Supermarket is here too.
Decent mall. Clean area, nice toilet. Not that many people on a Sunday compared to last time. Hope the mall still survive.
A semi busy mall. Not so packed during the weekend. Only the ground floor and eateries are happening. Connected to the Empire Hotel on the top floor.
Nice shopping mall but the toilets need to be looked into. Some without seat toilets and at times they dont have toilet paper. Should check their apparatus in their toilets.
Interesting. Quite a few food shops. Jardine coffee was nice but saw the staff cleaning the desert area with the desert in the showcase.
Please improve your customer service. Mall open at 10am but the customer service still not open and ask patron to wait u til 11am for wheelchair rental.
This is a Convenience Mall!! 😂 Located right in the middle of Subang neighbourhood, it has a hotel, designer boutiques, grocery, fine dining, LA BODEGA!!, fast food, locksmith, laundry anything you need is here. I wonder whos their MP 😂
Nearest shopping mall for sunway & Subang Jaya residents. Parking available here. Nice place for shopping. All kind of shops available here... 😂
Awesome place for fishing especially if you have kids. Go on weekdays for a better experience for the kids. Watch okjompancing on youtube for LS Fishing Pond tips and bait choices.
Regular spot as it is near within d vicinity. An Up-to-date mall wt frenzy new outlooks & vibrant environmnts always.Eateries outlets r fabulous & aplenty of choices..A variety of designed fashions stores...
I been stuck for 1/2 hrs in the lift today and the help was so slow. For an Asthmatic person, the urgency of help is so slow and I started feel anxiety and breathless. For such a big mall, this kind of thing should be avoidable
This mall is not very large but has many shops with the things we usually buy such as clothing, home furnishings, groceries, etc. and many restaurants.
The only time I visit this mall is for Marutama, Robataya, and Jaya Grocer haha.Parking is so dark and dodgy I feel like imma get robbed and kidnapped everytime I go to Empire alone. 🥲
I had indecent experience when I last had my dinner at La bodega, excruciating loud noises from the jack hammer, apparently an ongoing construction going on within the mall. An miserable night out, to be concluded :( I truly hope the management of Empire mall will take serious note about it! Thank you!
A good variety of shops and places to eat. Purchased a much needed new suitcase. Enjoyed a lovely lunch with our host at Rainbow River Fish Restaurant. Tasty river fish and prawns. The drive there was a bonus..... beautiful mountain scenery!
Easy to find parking. Parking rate not expensive but its cashless. Should give option for ticket also. Many place to eat but not so much for shopping.
Quite a number of shops here but the escalators are quite often not working. Also, not all the taps in the toilets are in working order. Amenities need to be properly maintained!
Good place with some good eateries and stores for most common needs. The only downside to the mall is That it has only one accessible lift, and it is always full of inconsiderate, healthy, abled people using it needlessly. If you are in a wheelchair or have infants in strollers, this place is a nightmare.Update 19/07/2022: some of the stores upstairs have closed. Making the upper levels a little vacant. ToysRUs, Mr. DIY and Popular are still around. There are still many people here but majority of them are at the lower levels either eating or buying groceries.
This is the mall that killed Suvang Parade, and they sell to be a little more busy than the other. I find the tenants here are a little more lifestyle, therefore they cater to a bigger crowd. Choices are more interesting than the old mall concepts.Again, the lower levels are busier as most of the F&B are found here. Overall facilities are well balanced and the anchor is Jaya Grocer. Still not a bad place to visit after all these years.
Went here for lunch with some colleagues on a week day.The car park has a few levels underground and was very busy. There are lots of good places to eat here but are on the expensive side and very busy during the lunch time.We had called earlier and made a booking reservation and was lucky.Apart from the many food outlets there are some clothes stores, a hotel attached and a few other outlets but nothing special if you are comparing to other malls.Convenient place if you looking for a meal and the company is paying... Haha...Car park is payable via Touch and Go.
This shopping complex has been in operation for many years. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, quite some outlets had ceased operation. Still have some nice food and a big supermarket. Bright n spacious for walking around, lots of parking spaces n parking fees are reasonable.
Its next to the federal highway and subang parade. Good place to hangout, not much the place for fast food restaurant but it is good for family dining. Could be crowded during peak hours
Toilet is brightly lit and clean. Many eateries in this mall, there are some located outside the mall but within the mall compounds. Parking is RM 3.30 for the first hour if Im not mistaken. Nice place.
I like this neighbourhood mall because its relatively easy to park and has a good mix of retail and food & beverage options. Easy to navigate and the floor space isnt so overwhelming. And surprisingly many of the merchants here accept American Express !
Definitely a great place to chill yet the location is kind of in the far end of the golden triangle, after the mall is where you get to the highway. Liked the experience here, can get jam-packed while on peak hours. This mall is a place where I dont have the desire to go back, as if there was some sort of emptiness when I shopped there, beautifully designed but nothing gets you, like a beautiful disaster. Basically you can get your essentials after walking around. Good luck to those visitors tried to come with public transport because walking is fun and suntanning is healthy.
Parking- you should not make patrons pay 10% charge using non-cash method. Imagine if ones RM10, RM1 surcharge!! Absurd! A penny is a penny. Even if you want to recoup cost of putting the infrastructure, a fixed cap surcharge would had been more sensible!! Anyway, should not have surcharge at all! I have been there 4x last 4 weeks and normally dash to B3 for minimal hassle to get a bay.. Today, ticket machine could not dispense ticket. Forced to use T&G card. Restrooms- toilet rolls not replenished, and dirty. So dirty for a relatively "young" mall. Bad infrastructure. Only one lift taking patrons from B3 to level 1- for a huge mall..if I had not sessions in Level 1, I would not had patronized this mall.
The parking used to be fulled but now easy to get parking due to covid19.The only reason I go to this mall is to have Madam Kwan Curry Laksa. Since i had a bad experienced few years back, I never did visited the place until recently. I have noticed many shopped also closed (gulung tikar). This time, I made a visit to meet a friend at Lisette Cafe which I found the place is also over-rated.
Though this shopping mall is quite small but it is well inclusive of eateries of various kinds and also shops with daily essentials. Shops selling kitchen utilities, bedding products, skin care products, DIY and plenty more. Western, Fusion, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Malay and Indian foods can be found here. Not forgetting to mention, there are also some fine bakeries and cafe here. Even there is a choice of different hair salons for you to choose. Jaya Grocer can be found at the lower ground floor and can be easily accessible from the basement car park. To sum up, there are plenty to fill up your shopping lists at this mall .
nice mall but its shocking that their management allows people to smoke away freely around the La Bodega and near the so-called basement "underground parking". its unfathomable that we actually pay a higher parking rate at this area but are subjected to so much second-hand smoke from cigarettes and vapes. have submitted numerous complaints to the Ministry of Health but no action taken so far and also sent email with pics as proof to their HR email add (since they didnt have any other email add on their websitebut not surprising, golden silence from them.
A comfortable place for shopping and dining around Subang Jaya. Some of the tenants changed after the MCO like Charles and Keith, Pedro, Croc, McDonalds no more.. The washroom here has a lot of big mirror. Good for checking our outlook from front to back.
Was recently introduced to this new Japanese joint Robataya by my daughter for their set lunches. They cooked their Saba mackerel over charcoal fire which you can observe. Super value for money for their set lunches.
Nice neighborhood shopping mall. I think its just the right side, not too big and not too small. A very successful mall. Lots of good food and a good supermarket.
Nice and experience. Not crowded, plenty of choices, clean and good ventilation plus aircond is cool. Like coming here to shopping and just to chill out.
An awesome shopping mall, a food paradise. Lots of good restaurants found in Empire Shopping Gallery, e.g. The Social, Jibby & Co, Robataya Izakaya, Din Tai Fung, Chilis, Madam Kwans etc. It is really a great mall teems with food exploring vibes. A good neighbourhood mall for lunch & dinner.
Nice neighborhood mall. Not crowded. Has nice stores and great restaurants. So nice to live within walking distance to this mall.
This is an exciting shopping mall to visit in Subang area. It is very near Shah Alam so is quite convenient compared to travelling further to areas like Peraling Jaya or even KL.The food there is good and the crowd is happening. The only thing lacking is perhaps a cinema and a good pub
Whatever at your pleasure in this shopping gallery which seemingly draws aplenty people. All the time, let’s not even mention peak hours and weekends. Shopping, eateries or simply idling your time away doing nothing as well. Other than that, it’s basically another shopping mall.
A medium sized mall with good selection of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Blok Space is a great place to drop the kids for an hour or two of fun Lego time. I do my grocery shopping in Jaya Grocer weekly here. Parking is relatively easy to find, except on the weekends.
