Horrendous service , ordered a philly cheese steak pizza , was given chicken mayo pizza. Chicken mayo was written on the box , on telling the cashier he said the writing is wrong and it is the correct pizza. It was the wrong pizza

Not a nice place. Even the owner is very rude.We found a cockroach on our pizza, we will never go back there again.

Very friendly service, but the pizza has no taste, not much toppings, no sauce. We added our own sauces and spices just to make it edible.

I saw 2 roaches in the store. Ordered 2 large pizzas the Bahamas was burnt and the mafioso was just average. Not a great experience.

Best Pizza I had in a long time.

I phoned and ordered 2x pizzas + 1 malva pudding @ R290. The menu promises an extra pizza for every ONE pizza you order but i got NOTHING extra. When enquiring about it on delivery, she said she doesnt know about that. Then the top of the malva pudding was ROCK HARD by the time we wanted to serve it like theyd left it too long in the microwave!!!! So much for wanting to spoil my bedridden mother and Althimers father😢. What a waste of money too!!!😡🤬

Must be the worst pizza I have ever got from a place that is supposed to specialize in pizza. I dont know what cheese they use but it isnt Mozarella and it tastes awful.

Phoned on Friday 23/7/21 4:30 to place an order for delivery. Waited 3hours and still did not receive anything. Staff on the phone is rude and kept on saying the driver is on his way. Very very disappointed.

Great service and the pizzas was nice

Delivery experience is terrible. We have had problems the past 4 times weve ordered. Such as missing delivery, wrong sizes of orders and a short of change. We ordered once and waited 5 hours to have them deliver and when we called in they simply forgot to place the order. We checked in multiple times and when we had my daughter call the man owner started fighting with her and said that our order isnt in the system and that she should stop calling and accusing them for wrong services.

The level of hygeine is concerning... The cashier in front which i think is the owner was not wearing a mask..... Yet there is a big sign about wearing a mask....to top it off he sneezed ryt before i placed my order so already that made me uncomfortable. My order took long and the guys that arrived after me got their order first and i ordered a small pizza and they ordered three large pizzas. So i dont know how a small pizza takes longer to prepare than 3 large ones. Maybe my pizza has magic!!! Totally disappointed.

The Owner had a really bad day were fighting wid customers on the phone and even with the staff his mom came to us and apologized for the way he went on

Horrible service from Antonios.We ordered from Empire Pizza for years and ALWAYS they delivered straight to our doorstep. Today when I phoned to order for delivery, Antonios told me that they dont deliver to my area. I then told him that they always do and he said there is no way and all of a sudden the phone number we use isnt found on the system. He also accused my "short" dad of having trouble with one of the drivers and the Burgers we apparently ordered. We NEVER order Burgers from Empire. His attitude was also very unacceptable and he just told me "Sorry, boet".Very sad to get such poor service from a place weve supported for years. We wont be supporting them again in the future.

Very good pizza and a good variety of extras on the menu that is also very delicious!

I love the design of tje place really modernised and i love the costemer service but the layout just felt a little cramped (for mebut other wise good. They always have good deals and we saved up to R164 of R300+ seeing as we bought the Large pizzas so... Good place and i would go again.

Slow service and wrong order. We ordered subs, it was super dry and it took 2 hours, and in the end it still turned out to be the wrong order. So disappointing, we were always so happy with the food and service... But now the last 3 times we have ordered the food has been dry.

Yesterday saw our last visit to Empire Pizza. With the way the prices have gone up, youd think the pizza would be better. Absolutely disappointing. Pepperoni pizza had what looked like diluted tomato sauce, it was so light it looked pink. The pepperoni pizza used to have a bit of a kick which wasnt there. The second pizza was a Philly Cheese Steak on a thin crust, the crust was undercooked. I used to be a fan of your pizza but a lot has changed.

Pizza used to be great, but the one I just received is horrible! Tastes like plastic or carton, still trying to figure it out... maybe its melted plastic on carton

Had a lovely experience here last week, the employees are beyond friendly and helpful, and were willing to change up a salad just slightly to assist with my dietary needs, the pizza that I ordered for my boyfriend was also fantastic. Keep up the great work guys!

I wil never buy pizza there again manager so rude screen on his staff and then when i ask a simple question he went off at me.... i must have n nice life he said so unprofessional. And to top it off when i went to my car 3 rats running out by the dumpster buy their shop......discusting
