Its interior is quite appreciable. Very good design of Restraunt, nice tables and chairs and some terracottas are also decorated there. But, I rated it 2 star because -1. Food Quality - 1/10. They decorate the dishes in nice plates, serving is very good. But their food quality is Horrible !! We ordered a Chicken chow and the taste was so hilarious that I had vomiting after going to home. Later, we could realise that the food was cooked before Two days and served to us by simply heating it, adding some spices and salt. JUST HILLARIOUS.2. Time Management - They are just disobeying the rule of Time. We ordered our dishes in 9:20 pm and it had reached us nearly around one hour. Believe me, they give a lot of excuses but simply killing your time.So, this Restraunt reveals that ALL THE GLITTERS ARE NOT GOLD.

They dont have any interest to feed you food it seems

The worst restaurant in Guwahati...I booked it for my sons birthday party, and they ruined the party in every single aspect...the ACs were not working (just imagine the plight of the people in this hot humid weather inside a hall with fixed windows and ventilators without AC)....the washroom and toilets didnt have any water and were dirty and stinky....the food was 3rd class....we asked for local fish, but we were served rotten foul-smelling saalani fish. On top of that, at the end, they argued and demanded money for 65 plates of food, whereas we used less than 50 plates of food....Anyone who doesnt wish to waste their money and time, should never visit this restaurant....All in all, this restaurant is a big ZERO.BEWARE!!! as per information, they are set to change the name of the restaurant, but will continue with the same old staff and service...so, I urge everyone to not get fooled by the change in name and logo of this place.

One of the worst ,hopeless restaurant,a restaurant with no class at all, hopeless food,all the ACs are a showpiece( not working),no water in the washroom & toilet.All round its a classless restaurant which should be closed permanently.Its a total waste of time and money.It does not deserve a single star.Bakwas

Honestly guys im very disappointed with this Restaurant coz the food that we ordered was too salty, the AC are not working properly, washroom are dirty with no water available.. and on top that the price are so higher and quantity is very less.. so please dont waste ur money out here...👎👎

Probably one of the worst restaurants in the city. The attendees have no clue whats in the menu. Overpriced and horrible quality. Please dont get fooled by the ambience. I just wish they invested more on the staff rather than the interior. Just a waste of time and money.

This place is the worst I have been to.. first there was no running water... Plus the dubious menu... They project combo meals for 249/- 199/- and then they bill per item of the bill for 249/- which makes the bill 1046/- ... Nothing but a scheme to defraud the customers...

Worst restaurant i have ever visited in my life..the food quality was pathetic with sub standard quality of rice and other staff..moreover the quantity was too less compared to the price..street foods are far better than the quality of food they offer..and to add to the misery the condition of the washroom was even worse with no running water facility..and the attitude and behaviour of the staff is worth mentioning..stupid people ..doesnt know how to behave with customers..wastage of time and money..thats all..opening a restaurant with such a royal name and high priced menu and serving people with poor and substandard quality of food..attending customers with such untoward attitude and behaviour..Shameful!!

You should shut down your restaurant. Y Oi r service was horrible, I had to wait for 2 hours for the food and it wasnt even good. There was no water to drink and the place kinda stink. Not to mention the lighting that was really dim. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Now these people are playing a game of hiding my (and my friendsbad reviews again and again ...went there 2days back with 15 of my friends, horrible service. Very very horrible. Waiting for more than 1and half hour for the food, it was almost 2hrs. And the food wasnt upto the mark. Not at all upto the price and yes the quantity too was less. There are way better restaurants in Guwahati(qualitatively and quantitativelyand trying food isnt something Id recommend..

Not professional..no waitors dress code,they may have dress code obvviously but I cant recognize them..I cant see any system going on there. Yes I was late there.. my seniors,frnds have already gathered there I rush to it even then I have to join them to wait for the orders.. Frankly speaking they need to upgrade the whole restuarant thing from customer service to the very interior lightning and A/C.

the service was really pathetic.we (group of 14have to wait for 1hour and 45 mins for our orders to arrive.the lighting was so dim,the AC was broke and whole room was kind of suffocating.there was no water in the restroom.the food as whole was kinda okay but please dont ever try their "lime soda" ,that thing was so gross.it taste more like a the cheap government supply ORS.i would not recommend this restaurant even to my worst enemy.the restaurant is not half as worth your time and money.

The service quality was of the worse manner ,for such a restaurant to have unwanted and ungrateful manner of service it deserve to go down hill and I urge every other future customer to escape this monstrous place.The food here is gross not only that the time they take to serve food was more slower then tortoise ,Im saying again anyone please dont ever dare lost your money and time in this dump of a place .

A well to do chinese food oriented restaurant with nothing exception in menu. The interior is big and ok with need to better the service and food quality. Lavatory clean and available.

Most items on the menu card arent available. The staff are busy watching TV and dont bother about guests. Their card machine also doesnt work which they slyly inform at the very end when it is time to pay up, so that you have to walk to the ATM in the next block to withdraw money and pay. Absolutely unrecommended.

My second visit after three years. Great restaurant, food quality very good. Need to wait for items to arrive. Bit costly but worth paying. Fantastic place for families. They dont accept Card payment so be ready with cash in the wallet.

This was really cool place to dine in. We went there at a odd timing so the restaurant was really vacant. Waitress was really polite, courteous. Food was also great. i loved all the items except the soup.Small playing area for kids is an add-on.Overall a must visit.

Pathetic customer service! We ordered home delivery at 8:17 pm. After 10 mins they called us and informed that the order will be delayed and will be delivered by 0930 pm. When the order did not turn up at 0940 pm we called them again and they said they would deliver by 10 pm. After waiting for 2 hours we again called them and after 5 calls when they answered the phone they informed us that the delivery will not be possible! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER! REstaurant is run by incompetent people and owner has no clue about the business.

My experience with this restaurant was very good. Food are really tasty -specially Chinese! They have lots of options in main course! Like Veg, non veg, chicken, see food, pork, lamb and good cold drink options! Dessert also. They do not have many unnecessary items in menus but only limited and necessary. Also the location is great.
