Empanadas Monumental in Paterson

Las empanadas mas malas . Poca atencion al cliente. Compre dos chimis, me los dieron en pan de hotdog. No les recomiendo este local.

Mala atención y comida media mala vallan a otro e parada monumental que son buena pero no a este

The empanadas from here all taste like trash. They use very little filling and a lot of bread. The ingredients are tasteless and very low quality. I ordered 5 different flavours of empanadas and they were all trash. Their guava cheese dessert empanada looks and tastes like vomit.

Jesus Christ I never had worse empanadas. I ordered like six different flavors, each one was worse than the last. The two other people with me both agreed every flavor was bad. The worst was the guava cheese one which just looked like pink slime. I hesitated to try it. I actually spit it out, it didn’t taste like guava or cheese. I actually feel sick and a little shame after eating the empanadas. Go somewhere else.

I think you should get people were more experience cooking at the meantime they had to know when somethings not good not even to feed the dog I just spend my money there I had to throw them out

Loved the food. When I ordered from Uber eats it was nice and warm. The chicken and cheese empanadas were great. The sandwich was not the best but overall it was good.

Me encantan sus quipes y bolas de yuca, pero el lugar es muy pequeño y es un poco incomodo quedarse a comer ahi me encantaria que tuvieran mas espacio ya que me toma 40 minutos llegar aqui.

I went there today to buy two chimis. First of all I called before hand because I was going to drive 15 minutes and I wanted the food to be ready when I got there. Joan (the person there at the time and who took the order over the phonetold me when I got there that he got confused and thought i said i wanted two quipes, which makes no sense whatsoever because I told him I wanted the meat well done, and he said okay. Quipes don’t need well done meat. So I waited 15 minutes, took my food and paid. When I got home, I opened my chimi and I got meat on only half of my chimi, the other half didn’t have any meat. I called him and all he said “okay I’m listening” I asked him for his name and hung up. Didn’t even apologize for the mistake. What I don’t understand is how someone so incompetent is left alone to run a business? The meat was hard and didn’t even taste good.

Son muy buenas las empanadas me encantan. Me gusta la atención de las chicas son buenas empleadas y atentas, en cambio no me gusta la atención del chico por que no sabe preparar las yaroha y no sabe dar la orden bien.

Me gusto mucho las lo atenta que fueron los chica que siempre que voy me brindado un buen servicio.Pero hubo un chino que me atendió ese día y fue muy ignorante no supo hacer mi jugo y siempre estuvo de muy mal humor

Antes las empanadas eran buenas, hoy volví a comprar y lo primero es que los empleados no saben nada de servicio al cliente, no saludan ni sonríen es como si no quisieran trabajar ahí, lo segundo es que tomaron la orden y después me dijeron que no habían empanadas de jamón y queso, de 4 que pedí solo me dieron 2 no hubo ningún interés en vendernos otra variedad de nada, lo otro es que pedí una yaroa y agarraron las papas con las manos sin guantes lo cual es algo inaceptable, el jugo estaba súper aguado y al final estaba esperando a que la chica me cobre y parece que lo olvido mi novio se lo tuvo que recordar.

Las empanadas y quipes son muy buenos, pero hay un detalle muy importante, que los empleados no usan guantes para trabajar y eso es de muy poca higiene, eh visitado el lugar varias veces y siempre lo mismo, para que restaurant salga adelante lo primordiar es la hiegiene para que el cliente se enamore del lugar...la ultima ves que fui, fue con mi hermana y mi tia y por la razon de que los empleados no usan guantes para nada dijeron que no volvian , es muy desagradable que toquen las comidas sin las manos protegidas por que hay muchas vacterias que afectan ademas no se ve de calidad y delicadeza para el negocio..el manager o dueño debe tomar nota en eso...un negocio atrae clientes cuando todo se ve higiénico y delicado..

The best empanadas with in 50 miles radius of nyc. You have to make your way here. And I had the papaya shake. Was the best i had since i was home in Dominican republic. You will not be disappointed coming to this hot stop. And the owner is amazingly freindly. I will definatly be back thank you.
