Emerald Inn in Emerald

This was a lovely refurbished unit with a comfortable bed and full kitchen. It had a quiet but convenient location. We walked to local shops and into town.

Great spot away from traffic close to restuarants and fast food cinema close by appartment style rooms with washing machine and dryer in every room full blown kitchen and seperate bedroom

Very impressed with the motel! Fully self-contained and is very much a home away from home. Spacious and has all the mod cons.

Clean and well equipped rooms, only fault was bed a bit uncomfortable.Probably overdue for new mattress.

Positives : Very clean and tidy. Foxtel. More up to date than most other hotels Ive stayed in.Negatives : Deliberately booked for spa. Was not told upon booking or even check in spa is not allowed due to local water restrictions. Found out once inside room with a little note above the spa. This is rubbish guys, be up front and honest and stop deceiving people.Mattress is long overdue for replacement. Way too much sag and i couldnt sleep on it.

Good location, well-equipped kitchen and laundry

Lovely place to stay and Ali was very helpful. Washing machine a real bonus! Unit had everything we needed and also walk in shower.

Great rooms and price

The 1 bedroom apartment we had wad very comfortable. Fairly well equipped for cooking. Did have a coffee machine if you love coffee. Only drawback was shower over spa bath. Had requested by email and phone, 2 apartments with walk in showers but did not receive them. Host was nice but did not apologise for the mix up.

Clean rooms with plenty of space to spread out. Management went above and beyond to look after us during our stay. Definitely be back if travelling through Emerald again.

Just a perfect place to stay for 1 or as many nights required. Clean, everything looked new, central and close to all food outlets and loads to do around the area or just good to stop off before travelling out West or to the Coast.

Been travelling and staying in Motels for over 10 years. Realaxing place to stay.Rooms are spacious and clean, bed comfy and great staff.

Still a nice place to stay but getting a bit tired. Needs new clothes dryer makes a awful grinding noise every time it changers direction. Fridge very noisy too. Some cracked and loose floor tiles. Bed is comfortable and otherwise quite neighbourhood. Nice staff.

The hair conditioner despenser was broken therefore unable to use. Exhaust fan cover filthy apart from that nice clean spacious room

Nice large apartments. Full kitchen with a reasonable assortment of cooking and eating utensils. A full sized fridge, which is great. Staff were friendly and approachable. Close to a number of places to eat, pub, resturants and fast food. Shopping centre 5 min walk away. Only complaint was the small TV, but only a small gripe. In all, a very nice place to stay for a reasonable price.

Comfortable and well equiped accommodation and facilities. Terrible and very loud nouse coming from close premises next door made rest difficult for a weary traveller.

Im a rep on the road and had just traveled 600klms to get their last room. The tv did not work but they went above and beyond and got one for me. Thanks i totally recommend emerald inn
