Nice, nice shopping plaza except dont go when it rains a lot, the parking lot is like a lake.

I love that it is so close However... I want a Good Food Store in like whole foods. I dont care for who they said would be going in there.

How sad! What was once a thriving shopping plaze now seems abandoned. Hopefully new life will grow here and the shopping plaza thrives onces again.

Has some good shops. A pain to get out of but you cant have it all.

Winn Dixie is gone, but Wells Fargo and the Dollar Tree brings us there. Pizza Hut used to be another draw....miss that.

Its a shame that this center is so empty. I dont understand why the owners arent willing to help keep businesses from giving up. Its not good for anyone.

Grew up near here on Palm Avenue and Sheridan Street in the 90s.My parents still live close by, so we are here often for the bank,dollar store and to pump gas.I remember when this plaza was full of stores and restaurants and busy with people.Kind of sad to see what it has become since covid,only a handful of stores remain and it looks like a ghost town.But the stores that are still open meet our needs and we do visit a few times a week.

Many shops are closed, including Winn Dixie. Tuesday Morning is worth the trip to Embassy Lakes.

Great food and service other than Walmart all the time

Place is really run down. Needs to be updated. The property managers should be taking care of this place better for the tenants in the shopping plaza.

Not many stores to go. I just go there when I need to buy something in dollar tree. It is big and always has what I need.

We went to Eddies Thai. The pad thai was very tasty in the meat was very tender. The service was quick, but the waitress was grouchy. She didnt even ask us if we wanted anything else. She just put the check on the table. There was only one of the party in the restaurant, so theres no reason why she wouldnt have time to give us exceptional service.

This is a nice Shopping Plaza located on the corner of Hiatus Road and Sheridan Street in beautiful Cooper City.

Time to get a move on to who ever runs this Plaza!! A few great places, but you have so many empty spots. You are doing it wrong!! Incredible area, you are missing out if you dont fix your plaza and adjust rent to accommodate great places lots of competition out there!! We go for Eddies Thai, Accessory Obssession, Sew&Fix.

Winn Dixie has been gone for a while now. The sign says something is coming, but not what or when. There are other good stores in the shopping center, Optical Impressions, La Brochette, Tuesday morning and others.

Not many good popular store in plaza other than dollar tree and Tuesday morning. Dead plaza. Bogarts American kitchen is amazing open for breakfast lunch and dinner. They need to start fixing up the old winn dixie, its suppose to be luckys but who knows how long that will take. Plaza lost alot of customers due to that. Parking is a lake when it rains poor drainage.

I went to La Brochette Bistro , a French restaurant, food is delicious, service is greatI will recommend it for groups or dates, couples. Nice atmosphere

Winn Dixie is closed, but the DOLLAR GENERAL is the cleanest one Ive ever been to!!

Right now its kind of a ghost town since Winn-Dixie shut down. But I am sure it will pick up when somebody else Moves In.

This Plaza has the best pizza place for a authentic thin-crust New York style pizza and other things go to Joes old school pizza

We have brought our pets there for over 20 years dr. Levin does an excellent job and is a caring Dr I highly recommend them

Looks a bit run down. We had a mixed experience at Eddys Thai. My partner ordered delicious food, whereas, my eggplant was disgusting.

One of my favorite Publix supermarkets! Bright and clean, with a good variety of merchandize.

This is a great shopping center where you can find just about everything due to the different businesses that occupy the place in addition theres always plenty of parking. I dont know how its going to be after April when the Winn Dixie closes as that was the biggest store of this shopping center

Food very expensive for what it is, mozzarella app is terrible, lobster bites were ok, not worth 14.00. Service, meh.

The Strip Center desperately is trying to reinvent itself. It always looks run down however the tenants there are not bad. Tuesday Morning bogeys Diner Pizza Hut.

Hard to find parking, but the plaza its has great selection of stores. I can the day shopping.

Tuesday Morning and La Brochette are the highlights. A TrueValue store adds to its convenience

Got pretty dead here... Bogards for Breakfast is a must though... Thursday morning is good for European cookies.

Got all your basics, used to be busier back in the day but definitely check out Bogarts for breakfast and if you want to have a nice dinner you cant go wrong with la brochette

I used to shop at Publix but this Winn Dixie has me coming back again and again. The employees and managers are helpful, the prices beter than Publix and Winn Dixies brand name products are as good as the Best Selling Lables.
