Elsa Hotel in Skopje

We made a reservation for angel residence but adress was different. They said that our hotel is Elsa hotel. Whole hotel was under construction and there wasnt nobody. When we arrived to hotel they gave us is different room that ı was not reserve. Regarsing to this problem, they offered a new room but room was soooo dirty. Bath was terrible. Toilet was not working and dirty. No sun light at room. I couldnt sleep whole night because ı felt very uncomfortable psychologically. Not recommended..

No cleaned rooms, dirty , used sheets, no staff, absolutely not recommended!!

The rooms are dark and sombre, reception staff are okay, the guy who serves breakfast is very poor, toasts and coffee are cold, scrambled eggs are not scrambled and come with bits of unknown brown flakes, if you miss his breakfast two days in a row, he will suspect you are down with some infectious diseases

The best part of the experience is no doubt the service, joined by the perfect location only minutes from the center. The only downside is the wifi not being able to reach every room such as mine (104).

We booked the hotel through booking. We can not find in the hotel because we have feast in the middle of the suitcase and elsa hotel exhibited the attitude of the hotel is not human at all. There may be mistakes, but they acted so bad that I cant put it into words. I had stayed in Skopje through booking before and never experienced such problems. After this problem, at least one person who does not wish to apologize, no one should stay in a hotel run. Do not choose the quiet elsa hotel during your trip to Skopje .

Секако, свињата останува како самите нив. Безобразен хотел. Вработените се нечесни.Дефинитивно не изберете да обезбедите информации околу вас.

We booked the Elsa hotel through booking for 7 people in 3 rooms in full. The next day we set off from Skopje on the way from Ohrid I called the hotel for 2 hours there are no problems, even though they say there is no problem we have learned that they have given our rooms to others. They didnt even apologize, the sullen gentleman at the reception said that the manager of the smashed rooms gave the others. We were in the middle of a bunch of luggage with our child and old father. We looked for hours in another hotel. The hotel was outrageous because of the Elsa hotel. definitely do not recommend Elsa Hotel in Skopje. They were rude, but they didnt even apologize.

Definitely do not choose. Approved to sell our reservation to others to offer us to stay in an apartment they thought we had a place in the hotel again, we went to see what we see even let the animals can not live in a filthy place of course we have to find another hotel and humanity management

Great hotel in the heart of the city, with very polite staff. My only issue is that the WiFi doesnt work in the rooms (works excellently outside)

Hotelot e mnogu daleku od 3*, a uste podaleku od 4*. Najgolem minus - nema parking. Ne sovetuvam.

Très on rapport qualité prix. Personnel très sympathique et surtout très bon emplacement dans Skopje.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is well located right off the main walking street, close to the Mother Teresa memorial. Parking was a bit difficult to find, but staff member took the time to guide us right to it. Highly recommended!

This hotel needs parking for the clients. Worst experience with this parking and only because the staff was good its for 3 stars.

Rooms is good but view is bad

Very, very good hotel!I like the hotel very much, especialy the location. It is in the city center and it was close to the company that I had to do business with. The parking is 150m from the hotel, but it was a secure and safe parking with video and porter, and most important it was free of charge!The rooms was large, bright and clean. The breakfast was very tasty. I like how the staff always make sure if everything is ok and if you need something they go beyond to do it for you.I am definitely staying again at Elsa Hotel next time I am in Skopje!

Veri nice stay at the hotel. Close to main center and veri nice restorans in the near. Staff very friendly. Rooms were clean and warm.

The best hotel in Skopje as far as I have seen. Rooms are spacious and properly equipped, staff are very supportive and friendly and breakfast was amazing! I am definitely picking this hotel again, when I come back to Skopje!

A good value central hotel. Undergoing some renovation when I stayed. A little hard to find, convenient once done so. Excellent service by Todor and the other professional staff.

MENZOGNE SOLO MENZOGNE.Abbiamo prenotato su booking 3 stanze con vasca idromassaggio e allarrivo ci hanno rifilato 3 stanze di cui una sola aveva una vasca idro che non corrispondeva allimmagine della prenotazione. Le vasche idro non sarebbero comunque potute essere utilizzate perché il boiler che scalda lacqua é troppo piccolo per riempire la vasca. Lacqua della doccia é poca, appena tiepida e per questo motivo,ho dovuto risciaquare i capelli nel lavandino. Ho deciso di dare 2 stelle e non una perché le camere sono sufficientemente pulite e in macedonia non è così ovvio che lo sia.Dietro al comodino ho trovato indumenti e fazzoletti di non so chi....Premetto la mia stanza era una suite.

Small cosy hotel with friendly young staff

I have stayed in this hotel yesterday, during my business trip to Skopje. I have couple of friends in Skopje and I invited them to my room to chat, but at 1am I got call in my room from the front desk agent asking me how long my friends are gonna stay. I was surprised asking me this question. He told me that they can not spend the night in my room. I explained him , that there is only one bed and its not possible for three big guys to sleep in , anyway. We were just talking, catching up. A half an hour later I got another call from the same guy, telling me in a very rude way, that if my friends wont leave the room, Ill be in trouble. So I was forced to send my friends away...Another thing , that came to my attention were the dirty bathroom, I found a lot of dust and little pieces of paper in the bathroom drawers. To sum up, for my money I received a bad attitude and a dirty room.I will never book a room in the same hotel ever again. I would not recommend to a friend !

There is free WiFi... And it is awful. It drops every half an hour and if you connect it is very slow you cant do any work over Internet there. My bathroom has a drawer with dead insects in it. Most of the staff is not well trained and they dont know how to treat business guests. I advise: avoid this hotel. At least I know it will be my last time visiting. There are a lot of nicer hotels in the area.

Ende Mai war ich drei Tage im Hotel Elsa, das mich sehr enttäuscht hat,Die ersten zwei Tage gab es kein warmes Wasser. Es funktionierten nicht:der Eisschrank, WLAN und TV. Und das obwohl es ich um ein 4-Sterne-Hotel handelt.
