Very unique educative and wonderful

I wish I could give this place a zero (0). Dark walk ways. Random men just walking around. Did not feel safe at all. Rooms are mosquito infested. Nasty unsafe hotel

Lots of repairs needed for cupboards, air conditioning and lights.Towels are disgraceful and look very unhygienic.Breakfast serving staff need training for good manners and customer service; they should learn from the lady who welcomes guests as they enter the restaurant.The front desk staff are very polite and prompt to answer phone calls and act on queries.

Serene atmosphere and wonderful cuisine

The Sunday buffet is great for authentic local cuisine. Plus a live band to keep you entertained. Staff are helpful too. Oh and did I forget the lovely view and sea breeze?

A simple getaway haven!I their comfortable beds (it was my favorite thing)Waking up to the sounds of the sea and enjoying the breeze on the balcony was another highlight my stay.The facility news upgrading tho.The architect isn’t so impressive apart from the reception hall.Most of the fridges, and settings in the lounge were outmoded.The staff were friendly and had contact to drivers who helped us around town.I couldn’t use the gym and tennis courts but they well maintained.A 7/10 experience

Great location, serenity guaranteed but their meals are below standard. Had a terrible time in my washroom too.

I used to grade this resort 5 stars. However, there is need for protective maintenance. Air conditioners, TVs and internet need to work well. I also suggest some bathrooms be pulled down and modernized. I hope to spend a weekend at the resort again soon.

This is a very nice hotel with very friendly staff. We had no reservation but they were able to find rooms for us. I gave it 3 stars only because I found a dead roach in my room

The service was great. The staff is ready to serve and seem delighted to. The views are beautiful and serene. The pool overlooks the ocean and is nice. Theyre Sunday buffet was excellent. Another day we had lunch there; the food was a bit slow coming out but was delicious when it came out. During our wait we enjoyed the view and walked the grounds.

Eating by the seaside was so lovely I could spend all day just sitting there sipping on some nice red wine

Nice location and the food was okay,I expected better and particularly because of the strategic location and tourism opportunities. Seems the place isnt being effectively managed.It wasnt a bad experience... I just expected it to be better

More renovation needs to be done. But its a nice place beautiful views.

The place is always cool. I really like this place due to the Ocean view, automatic door system, how peaceful, how cheerful the workers are, among other things.

When we arrived, the restaurant was completely empty which is always a bad sign for me. We ordered a cola and water, but received two colas. After that, we were waiting for the glasses for 15 minutes, so we decided to find disposable glasses instead. Whenever we called the waitress, she was too shy to answer our questions, she was murmuring in herself. I ordered fish and chips, received it with a worm. At least, the manager came and apologized for it. We asked for a cable to charge our phone, since we needed navigation in order to return home, but they said, they cant help us. When I checked the bill, we had to pay for 2 colas. I made a complaint, but they said, Cola and water are at the same price. The only positive point I can mention is the view on the ocean and the castle

Nice ambience, decent food, pricing is OK but maintenance requires a bit more. TV never worked throughout my stay. Not a bad deal though. The night views of the ocean are breathtaking

Its only my first night here and Im already having problems1.The basketball Hoop is not a basketball hoop one of the hoops doesnt even have a rim no netting and is very worn out and the court is poorly taken care of.2. The shower i have doesnt even work its already flooded my bathroom and burned me as the heat is uncontrollable aswell there arnt enough towels for me to use when bathing.3. The WiFi doesnt work ive been trying since I came to connect it to no avail4. Ive tried calling the front desk to complain about my room problems at 10pm and they did not pick up at all

This is not the Elmina Beach Resort I remember visiting a decade ago. It feels like nobody is managing the place and it has fallen into disrepair. It just doesnt feel high-end anymore. I didnt stay overnight and I dont think Id want to.I did have lunch in their restaurant and was presented the option of serving myself from the buffet or ordering off the menu. I appreciated the option, but the buffet looked like it was over already, what was left didnt look very appealing at all. So we ordered from the menu. Im sad to say the chicken and yam chips were not tasty at all. The chicken was dry and not flavorful at all. We also ordered a pizza and had the same criticism. We were hungry but we simply would not eat all of it.

The view from the resort is very beautiful! If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway, this is the place for you!They also have a really nice restaurant with a variety of meals to choose from. I had the seafood platter which was delicious! The lobster was cooked to perfection.Only downside I would say were the flies which kept disturbing us as we were sitting outside having our meals.

Nice conference rooms, good food , great WiFi 👍 great working staff except for one or two kitchen staff that need a little more training when it comes to dealing with customers. Nice place to hold conferences

Three days spent in Elmina Beach Resort was never a waste. Nice serene environment with fresh and cool sea breeze. Security level is not bad. Meals are from local to continental dishes with some fresh fruits. I long to have a return trip 😚😚

This hotel is situated in a very quiet environment. A typical relaxation on the terrace provides a unique view of the Atlantic Ocean and the historical Elmina Castle from a distance. A great location for a weekend getaway from the bustling noise of Accra.
